Jessica was beautifully dressed on her way to the market to buy groceries then came across a well dressed gentleman.
Immediately she saw him her heart fluttered, she was immersed by his looks that she didn't realize that she has been staring for too long and that he was also staring back at her.
"Ma'am, are you paying with card or cash?" The cashier called out. Jessica realized then awkwardly repiled
"Ehmm, card... she said looking for her card. Had it not been for the cashier she wouldn't have realized the awkward situation she was in.
Flustered she immediately paid and left escaping the young man crimson blue eyes which she found cute.
His perfectly curved face, succulent pink lips, crimson blue eyes, broad shoulders and a good physique she wasn't sure any girl could resist.
She rushed home to do her required work but was suddenly stopped by someone turning she saw the same guy from the mall. At that that point it fell time had stopped his beauty was captivating she swore she hadn't seen a man has handsome as him.

"Excuse me..... He said waving his hand in front of her face. Then she realized she had been staring at him since, She lowered her head shyly.
" Sorry to bother you... Ehmmm.....
He said even more shy than jessica expected, she clearly didn't expect someone like him to be shy.
"Do you live around this neighborhood?"
"Yes.... Can i help you with anything?"
No,not really i just ..... wanted to talk to you"
"Me?"
"Yeah...Am actually new in this neighborhood so what about if we ehmmm become friends? "
"Friends?, She asked slightly pleased.
" Yeah,um_______
she cut him off then said "Could we talk and be walking?"
"Yeah no problem."
At first they both walked silently in the street then jessica received a text
"𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒏'𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒖𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈?"
"Um..... She said keeping the phone aside.
" I'm actually busy so if you want to tell me anything please do so"
"Oh....um, we could talk later since you're busy"
"Oh.....okay". Jessica said about leaving when he called out again.
" So how are we going to meet next time?"
" Ehmmm..... i don't really know, you live around so we will eventually meet later".
"Wait" He called out again stopping her mid-tracks.
"What if we meet at a restaurant later in the day?"
"Oh.....well no problem,... which restaurant are we meeting?"
"The one opposite Ashley's mall"
"Ohk"
Jessica replied walking away,she didn't act excited when talking to Alex but she was actually happy. She didn't expect things to work out so fast.

Few moments later after Jessica hurriedly did her work at home she immediately got dressed anf went to the location. No exact time was set so she didn't know if she was late or not.
Luckily he was sitting their patiently waiting. He wore the cloth so jessica wondered if he actually went home, or if she did too much by changing clothes.
"Hey...he said waving at her direction, " You actually came"
At this point jesic a was equally dumbfounded
𝑾𝒂𝒔 𝒊 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆?, 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒌?, 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒊 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒊𝒕 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒍𝒚?, 𝒎𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒊 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆.
She finally sat down," Was it a joke? " She asked voicing out her thoughts.
"What's that?" He repiled confused at the immediate question.
"The invite you made it sound like it was a joke"
"Oh....Am sorry i didn't mean it that way, I was serious when i asked you, but..... I thought you won't take me seriously because you didn't know me".
"Well, i think i proved you wrong" She sai laughing, Alex also joined in.
For the next hours or so they talked and got to know themselves better. Strangely though jessica felt very comfortable around like they've meet before.
Or rather they felt comfortable around each other,Alex shyness seemed to have left him, he talked freely.
" Get home safely i hope we cross paths again" He said smiling as they bade goodbye.
"Yeah,of course we will cross paths, Besides we're in the same neighborhood."
"But.... why are you going in an opposite direction?"
"Oh am going somewhere"
Jessica was glad she got to know someone new,but who knows if the relationship will be a good or bad if they will meet each other again.
Jessica went home happily her siblings gave her the cold shoulder,they didn't answer her if she asked questions and they ignored her if she talked. She didn't know what she did wrong she felt invincible in her home.
"What's wrong,why are you people ignoring me,huh???"Jessica asked her youngest sibling. She looked at jessica then reluctantly answered.
"Well before you left you were supposed to do something and you didn't do it" Her sister repiled.

"So where is dad and mom?"
"Well because what happened they had go somewhere... They might return late evening or ... tomorrow morning "She repiled then left.
Jessica stood then " 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆"she thought for some time then thought again "𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒅𝒂𝒚"
She blushed as she remembered alex face them went to her room to rest.
