Synopsis
Dr. Essam al-Naji, a psychiatrist who prides himself on logic and medical science, takes a position at the "Dar al-Sakina" Psychiatric Hospital. His world is upended when he is assigned to the hospital’s most mysterious and high-security ward: Room 6.
Inside is Nour el-Din al-Slaoui, a highly intelligent man who committed a horrific and inexplicable massacre of his own family. While the medical community labels him a paranoid schizophrenic, Nour el-Din claims to be a witness to an ancient, terrifying reality. He challenges Essam’s scientific beliefs, suggesting that human "madness" is often just a veil for a much darker, supernatural truth.
