Chapter 30 – A Long-Awaited Reunion

Watson Mansion – London
The grand entrance of Watson Mansion grew busier with every passing minute.
Luxury cars arrived one after another as influential business families from around the world stepped out and entered the mansion.
Inside, the atmosphere was elegant.
Board members welcomed every guest personally while the media captured every important moment.
Near the entrance, Keifer stood beside Kegan, Honey and Mr. Ryder, greeting the arriving guests.
"Welcome."
"Thank you for joining us."
One by one, business leaders congratulated him.
"Congratulations, Mr. Watson."
"We're looking forward to today's ceremony."
Keifer smiled politely.
"Thank you."
Just then...
Another luxury car slowly came to a stop outside the mansion.
The driver stepped out and opened the rear door.
Angelo stepped out first.
Then Aries.
Keifer smiled.
"Angelo... Aries."
"It's good to see you."
Angelo walked over and shook his hand.
"Congratulations, future CEO."
"You deserve this."
"Thank you," Keifer replied sincerely.
Before anyone could continue...
A familiar pair of heels touched the ground.
Jay stepped out of the car.
Keifer's heartbeat stopped for a moment.
"...Jay?"
Jay looked up and smiled.
"Hi."
For a few seconds...
Neither of them moved.
It felt as though the rest of the world had disappeared.
Finally, Keifer walked toward her.
"I thought you couldn't make it."
Jay smiled warmly.
"I wouldn't miss today."
Keifer couldn't hide the happiness on his face anymore.
He gently pulled Jay into a warm hug.
"I missed you."
Jay closed her eyes for a moment.
"I missed you too."
They stayed like that for a few seconds before slowly pulling apart.
"Ahem..."
Angelo deliberately cleared his throat.
The two immediately looked toward him.
Angelo folded his arms.
"So..."
"Are you two planning to stand at the entrance all day?"
Jay instantly looked away, slightly embarrassed.
Keifer rubbed the back of his neck with a shy smile.
Aries shook his head with a faint smile.
"We just got here."
"At least let everyone enter first."
Jay laughed softly.
"Sorry."
Angelo smiled.
"That's better."
"Now let's go inside."
The five of them walked into Watson Mansion together...
Completely unaware that another unexpected guest was about to arrive.
