Ryan was in the forest, heading away from his home. It had been two years since he acquired his element, and now he had reached a critical point. He was about to squander his energy and jump to the second stage of his Ice element.
Ryan approached a tree and placed his hand on it. A layer of ice began to appear on the tree, but Ryan didn't stop and used more sparks. The tree began to freeze from its trunk, then its branches, until it was completely frozen.
But half of its spark remained in his hand, still attached to the tree. Then he heard a loud explosion; the tree shattered into small pieces of ice and fell to the ground.
Ryan was breathing heavily, steam escaping his mouth with every breath, but he succeeded; he dissipated his energy.
He started walking to get out into the forest, but instead of heading home, he went to the city because he felt something.
Half an hour later, Ryan was wandering around the city.
'There are people following me.'
When he blew up the tree, he felt different temperatures in the forest. The plants had the same temperature, so he suspected something was up.
Ryan was thinking,
'Do I have to run to lose them?'
In the past few years, he'd focused not only on improving his element but also his physical abilities.
'No. If they can hide without me noticing, then they're professionals.'
'Good thing I didn't go home.'
At that moment, he heard a familiar voice.
"Big brother."
His eyes widened, and he felt a surge of concern.
"Ari, what are you doing here?"
At that moment, the three people's temperatures began to rise rapidly.
Ryan was horrified.
'What the hell?'
He started running towards Ari, picked her up, and ran.
Ari was surprised.
"Brother, what are you doing?"
He said, without thinking,
"Shut up."
Ari was surprised; it was the first time her brother had ever said such words to her.
Ryan, however, didn't notice; he was lost in thought.
'What do I do? What do I do?'
The three people's temperatures were rapidly increasing.
'They will catch me soon..'
At that moment, one of the three was ahead of them, blocking their path.
"How?"
Ryan noticed an alley and went into it. As he ran, he saw someone in front of him. The person looked up and said,
"Where are you going, Ryan Darvin?"
Ryan tried to turn around, but it was too late; the three men were right behind him.
Ryan asked anxiously,
"Who are you people?"

Lyara was buried in papers in her tent.
'Do I have to do this every time I defeat the intruders?'
She was on the border between the city of Narivare and the kingdom of Kavalon. A few days ago, she had killed some intruders, but their leader's brother had escaped.
She clutched her head and began to mutter:
"Ugh, this is annoying. Why did four people survive if it weren't for that idiot Quill?"
At that moment, her assistant, Jeffrey, burst in, shouting,
"Commander, important news! We've found them, but it seems they're planning something!"
Liara raised her head, her expression serious.
"Where are they?"
Jeffrey quickly began his report.
"They were seen entering the forest leading to Narivara, but isn't that your hometown, Commander?"
Liara felt a terrible feeling. She rose quickly and gave an order:
"We'll set off for Narivara now, quickly!"
It will take an hour on horseback.

"Who are you, people?"
Ryan hugged his sister tightly.
"We owe a debt to your sister, Liara, and we want something from the other one, Mira."
Its spark was low due to the advancement of
'My spark is less than half.'
There was no other solution but to buy time until someone noticed their absence or saw them fighting.
Ryan formed a group of ice shards and set them afloat. He looked at the person he thought was the leader with his cold eyes, exhaled a breath of steam, and then hurled the shards at him.
When he saw that, the man tried to avoid it, as there weren't many pieces, but he was surprised that his legs wouldn't move. He looked down and smiled.
'Looks like he has some tricks up his sleeve.'
Ryan formed a layer of ice to bind his feet so he wouldn't move. The man's gaze fell on the ice floes rising toward him.
'I can't avoid them now.'
Then it formed a wall of fire. The pieces collided with the wall and had no effect; its ice simply melted.
This man's fire was hotter than The coldness of his ice
Even the ice on his feet melted.
'This man is dangerous , I can't fight him at my level.'
Then the man looked in the direction of his men.
"What are you waiting for? Grab him. It's alright if he gets some injuries, but kill the child."
Then the man looked at his mans
"What are you waiting for? Seize him. It's alright if he gets a few cuts, but kill the child. That way Liara will know how terrified we are."
His sister trembled at those words. Ryan held her head and reassured her.
"Don't worry, you won't die."
Then he looked at the fire element man with bloodthirsty blue eyes and spoke in an icy voice.
"If you try to touch her, I'll tear you to pieces."
The man didn't say a word, then he fashioned a chair of fire and sat down.
Ryan turned, focusing his attention on the three men , since the fire-man had no intention of interfering.
At that moment, one of them disappeared, Rayan thought.
'The Shadow Element'
He could sense that person's heat, so he formed ice blocks and hurled them at him, thus negating his opponent's invisibility.
The fire element man said:
"Feeling the heat, so that's how you knew they were following you."
Then one of the three lifted the rocks from the ground, made them float, and changed their shape, making them pointed like spears.
He threw it towards him, and it was very fast, but Ryan was quick-witted and formed layers of ice to prevent the rocks from hitting him and his sister.
The rocks were hitting the ice layers, but the layers weren't holding up, and Ryan had to pump his spark faster to create the layers more quickly.
At that moment, a figure appeared on Ryan's right side. He was as fast as the wind and had a knife in his hand.
Ryan pumped his spark from his right hand since his left was occupied and created layers of ice.
Then the person cut through the air with his knife, and a blade of air shot towards him at great speed, breaking all the layers of ice in one fell swoop.
Ryan instinctively stepped back and leaned his back against the wall, closing his eyes and waiting for the attack to hit him, but nothing happened.
He opened his eyes and saw that his body was fine, but he felt a warm liquid flowing down his right hand. He turned to look at Ari, and Ryan's face went pale.
