after having washed up and cleaned his teeth, Dave went outside for the first time since he was transported to this world, the fresh air filling up his lungs as he looked around the new world
from a quick look around he could tell that he lived in the countryside due to the large number of trees he could see in the distance but the thing that made him most happy was the size of the garden
plenty of space to run around and a tree at the bottom of the garden with a branch at just the right height and thickness to be able to do some pull ups on
"right, time to find out just how much stamina 13 yellow energy actually is" he thought to himself as he started jogging at a brisk pace, aiming to find out just how long he could run for while also hoping to increase his reserves
after about 10 minutes of running and starting to feel worn out Dave decided to stop and see just how much of his energy he had remaining

"well it hasn't increased but is suppose that makes sense" he consoled himself, slightly disappointed that he hadn't seen an increase "but it's good to know that it seems that 1 energy seems to relate to 1 minute of jogging, now let's find out how long it takes for the energy to recover"
nearly 20 minutes later the energy finally restored by 1 unit
"20 minutes" Dave complained in shock "that's way to slow, I feel like even in my past life where I didn't do any exercise I could recover faster than that, and this is with it recovering at twice the speed"
"may I make a suggestion" chimed in Gen
"sure Gen, what's up" replied Dave, curious about what Gen was thinking about
"since things can be generated by both blue and yellow energy this should theoretically mean that the energies are interchangable, maybe if you focus you might be able to change your blue energy into yellow energy"
"THAT'S POSSIBLE" Dave exclaimed in shock
"unkown, but it is worth a shot" she replied
"I guess so, but how do I do it?" Dave asked
"my best guess is using the way the system was designed to be used and generate the energy"
"let's do it then, use all of the blue energy to generate yellow energy"
"generating, blue energy required to generate yellow energy is 2 units for every one, do you wish to continue"

"generating" acknowledged Gen, a sudden feeling of energy filling Dave's body, looking at the screen it showed that his yellow energy showed 8/15 and his blue energy showed 0/10
"did that just" quickly navigating to the achievement bar to find 2 new achievements
'interchangeable' requirements: change energy form from blue to yellow or yellow to blue, rewrads: +2 to max blue and yellow energy
'timer' requirements: figure out how long it takes to recover yellow energy, reward: time taken to restore yellow energy set to 10 minutes (note, 8 hours of sleep will automatically cause all yellow energy to be recovered, yellow energy will recover even if user is exercising)
"this is incredibly helpful" Dave said reading through the achievements "and +2 for both energy, this is the biggest energy increase I've had to date" he celebrated
"I hypothosize that it is due to you slowly increasing your abilities and that the system is making sure that you have a stable growth so that the system doesn't limit your potential" suggests Gen
"this system is the best thing ever, I'm so happy I have it, I could actually feel myself getting slightly stronger from that double point boost" Dave said renergized "time to get back to it then" taking back off to run again for another 7 minute as now he knew that that would be his limit... for now
