Early in the morning Gen woke up Dave as per his request, both his blue and yellow energy having fully recovered before the sun had come up
wiping the sleep from his eyes Dave got stayed on the bed as he wasn't planning on being up for very long due to knowing that using up all of his yellow energy all at once he was most likely going to pass out and he would rather do that while on a soft bed rather than dropping onto the hard wooden floor
"Gen, any ideas what I should generate as I'm struggling to come up with what to create" Dave admitted
"given that a large portion of a persons life is spent in bed and that in order to gain more yellow energy you will require plenty of rest I suggest that you improve your bedding" she suggested
"that's a great idea" Dave exclaimed going into deep thought "ok, I would like to generatea weighted blanket, a soft pillow that helps me get to sleep faster and a soft matress that will help with muscle recovery"
"acknowledged, checking required yellow energy, required yellow energy 12"
"damn, 1 energy short huh, then, um, add a juicy delicious apple to make it up to the full 13 energy" Dave said after thinking for a second
"understood, adding juicy, delicious apple to the generation, required yellow energy 13, do you wish to continue as this will cause the user to lose conscious" Gen stated
"give me a second" replied Dave, lying down in bed "ok, do it"

this was the last thing that Dave heard before blacking out due to the energy usage
hours later Dave re-awoke with a small headache "ok, note to self, avoid using all of the yellow energy unless I somehow come to like the feeling of being hit in the head by a sledge hammer" he groaned, going to check the achievements page finding exactly what he hoped for 9/?

"well at least I got what I was aiming for" Dave said, hopeful that he wouldn't have to go through that kind of experience again if her could help it

"more time to meditate and exercise then" Dave thought before realising something "wait, I generated a new sheets, a pillow and a mattress, what happened to my old ones" he said looking around but only able to find the apple that he had generated
"the system seems to have generated the new beddings in the exact same place as your old one leading to them no longer existing" explained Gen
"that is useful to know, hopefully I never have to use it in that way" Dave replied, becoming slightly scared of the power that the system seemed to have as he ate the apple he had generated
and with that the day began with Dave putting on his weighted vest and heading downstairs for breakfast
