"thank you so much ma'am, you look really beautiful yourself, I would have thought you were Hardin's sister" Hailey responded with a smile and Erica blushed.
Hailey wants to get Hardin's parents on her side, she could do that then maybe he would treat her better for his parent's sake.
Hardin just stared at his mom in shock, why the hell isn't she throwing a fit.
"You came after all" Cedric said as he walked down the stairs and Hardin smiled at him, if his mom won't say something about Hailey he was more than sure his dad would.
Cedric came down fully and his eyes met Hailey who quickly smiled at him, just like his wife he was extremely shocked when he saw her and Erica noticed it.
"Dear, this is Hailey, Hardin brought her" Erica said smiling at her husband, she seemed to be trying to convey a message to her husband and Hardin couldn't quite decipher what it was.
"Ohh okay" Cedric said and Hardin frowned, something is definitely wrong, why was his parents entertaining Hailey, he hates to see that smile on her face.
"Let's eat" Erica said and they walked towards the dining table to eat.
Hailey was more than glad with the way Hardin's parents were behaving, they seemed nice even though their reaction when they first saw her was weird, they were very nice to her.
Her plan must be working perfectly.
"I need to make a call" Cedric said and stood up, Hardin was getting fed up with the situation, why was his parents taking Hailey's presence?
"I would get dessert, Hardin, would you mind helping me?" Erica said as she stood up and Hardin stood up knowingly.
His mom would definitely ask what's going on?
"I hope you're not troubling the innocent girl" Erica said as soon as they entered the kitchen and Hardin scoffed.
"What are you talking about mom?" Hardin asked, pretending not to know what his mom was saying.
"I know that's not her, she just looks like her, she's dead and I remember that clearly, so what do you think you're doing Hardin?" Erica whispered and Hardin sighed.
"Doesn't seeing her bring you pain, I know it does and you'll take your anger out on her but she doesn't deserve it" Erica said again.
"End this before it gets out of control" Erica said and walked out of the kitchen with the desserts.
Hardin sighed again and took the remaining desserts leaving the kitchen.

Hailey bid Hardin's parents goodbye and she was about to start walking towards the estate gate but Hardin held her hand and led her to the car.
She was surprised by that cause she was sure she didn't come here in his car, was he doing this because of his parents?
Hailey bit back a smile as she sat on the passenger seat, she knew this plan would work.
"Why didn't you tell them we were married?" Hailey asked as Hardin drove out of the estate.
"That's none of your business, you shouldn't prey where you're not supposed to, you think I don't know you have been snooping around the house?" Hardin said and Hailey held her breath.
How the hell did he know that?
"You think because my parents like you, you're safe? Think again" Hardin said with a scoff and Hailey bit her lips, she should have known better.
Hardin was a demon sent from hell especially for her so obviously she wasn't safe from him no matter what happened.
Hardin pulled up in front of their house and Hailey got down, she walked upstairs to her room without looking back and Hardin scoffed before going to his bedroom.

The noise from the alarm clock woke Hailey up and she sighed before turning it off, the chef would be coming here soon and Hailey was more than ready for him.
She has to say, she has been learning a lot from him even though he was being extra she was learning a whole lot from the chef.
She walked downstairs and she was shocked to meet Hardin on the living room couch, he had his laptop on his legs as he typed away.
"Morning" Hailey said as she walked towards him and he ignored her, Hailey bit her lips while taking a deep breath before going into the kitchen to get a glass of water
The door bell rang and she walked towards the front door expecting to see the chef but it wasn't the chef but a lady, an extremely beautiful lady.
"Who are you?" Hailey asked but the lady ignored her and forced her way into the house.
Immediately she saw Hardin; she quickly went up to him and hugged him tightly. Hardin dropped his laptop on the couch, hugging her back. Hailey just stood by the door watching them.
Hardin didn't push her away and they were awfully too close for just normal friends as Hailey had hoped they were.
"I missed you so much, Australia was nice but all I could think about was you, I am so happy to be here" the lady said with such enthusiasm as she sat comfortably close to him and Hailey sucked in her breath.
A sophisticated b*tçh just came in and is sitting awfully too close to her husband, Hailey had no feelings for Hardin but any wife would be outraged to see the scene in front of her.
