Andriana quietly walked into her sister's room closing the door behind her.
"You took your time " her father muttered. He was already in the room seating beside her sister's bed.
Andriana breathed. When she received his call, her heart almost jumped out of her chest. He wanted to meet at the hospital where her sister was, she had opposed, but he insisted.
She looked back at him and he smiled.
"You dont look happy to see me again, what's wrong, my dear?" he stood up.
She paced back and he smirked.
"Don't think I forgot you shutting your door in my face last time " he said.
"What do you want ?" She moved to her sister's bed.
He gazed at her and sighed.
"While I need the things your mother left you " he said
"What ?...so all this time you knew and didn't even appear at her burial ", she cried out.
"I was busy with something, but no worries, I'm here now ", he said.
She scoffed.
"Come on now, I know you don't like seeing me here, so tell me how I can get that money ", he said.
She smirked, "so your just here for money ...well I hate to break it to you but she left nothing "
He laughed, then turned back to her, "You know what I'm like when angry, so just tell me where that woman kept that money, and I will be on my way ", he yelled.
She flinched back her body trembling. But she gulped standing her ground.
"And I said there is nothing. Everything was sold to cover most of the cost of her burial and my sister's medical fees" She was holding her breath.
He gritted his teeth in anger , she could see it in his eyes.
He looked at her , he was studying her face .Then turned and stormed off.
Andriana felt her feet give way as she slid down on the floor, catching her breath.
"I did the right thing, I need to protect you " she looked back at her unconscious sister .
Karlye arrived late at night. He had been so busy that he had not met or seen Andriana for the past few days since he last picked her up from Samantha's place.
He kept getting updates from the maids and her boss at work on how she was doing.
He got out of his car, still on the call, when he saw her standing up on her balcony watching him.
She smiled, waving down at him, and he waved back.
She gestured for him to come upstairs, and he nodded.
Karlye hung up and rushed into the house.
She was almost at the door when it swung open. Karlye walked in. His tall built frame came into view as his cologne filled her room. She ran into his arms, his strong embrace warmed her up.
She looked up at him, moving back he closed the door. Silence filled the room as they stared back at each other.
"You're back late again ", she stated.
"Mm, but I won't after tomorrow", he replied, holding her hands.
She nodded.
"I missed you, bae ", he went on.
Andriana moved closer grabbing his tie and pulling him down to her. She placed a peck on his cheek.
"I missed you too " she whispered.
Andriana felt his arms grab her shoulders as they shifted, her back hit the door as he bent down to kiss her lips arching her neck to him.
Her hands grabbed his shoulders as she tiptoed, the sound of their lips sucking and kissing each other filling the room.
His right hand grabbed her thigh, moving inwards, She moaned when a finger touched her wet part.
"Let's move to the bed ", she moaned.
The air around her shifted again, and she realised he had her in his arms, moving to the bed.
Gently he placed her down, his lips finding hers again.

"Did something good happen last night ?" David asked his friend who looked alike he was glowing.
"How did you know ?" Karlye glanced at him.
"It's practically written all over your face... you're glowing and it's pissing me off ", he fumed.
"Just because you're having problems with your girlfriend doesn't mean I can't love mine ", he said.
"We are working through it, and when did you ask her to be your girlfriend?" he asked.
Karlye frowned and David glared.
"Don't tell me you haven't asked her or said anything to her ?"
"Do I have to?" he asked.
"Come on now, I know you have never had a real relationship, but I thought you were a gentleman", mocked David.
"What do you mean ?" Karlye asked.
"I mean, you're practically doing what that crazy stalker of yours said, using her without giving the relationship name ", he explained.
"But I love her, and I want her to be my girlfriend; in fact, if I could, I would have married her already ", he said.
David laughed.
"Then tell her , not keep her doubting what you have with her. Show and tell her so that she knows where she stands in your life, "David advised.
Karlye blinked.
"You mean she has been doubting my feelings for her ?"
David leaned back falling silent. Karlye frowned.
"What did your girlfriend tell you about Andriana ?" he asked.
David gulped not answering.
...
"So he hasn't asked you to be his girlfriend ?" asked Mira.
Andriana shook her head.
"I don't think he must say it, actions are bigger than words" she said.
Both Sam and Mira scoffed.
"We have gone to dinner, he bought me flowers, protected me and even asked me to move into his place. Isn't that enough to say how he feels " she stated.
"I don't care about all he's done, after what you both keep doing in the middle of the night, he needs to say it ", said Mira.
Samantha laughed, seeing Andriana's face blush.
"We don't do it every time " she stuttered.
"Mm, yeah, that's a terrible lie ", said Samantha, she had noticed the hickeys on her neck .
Mira laughed too as she brought in the fried chicken they had ordered.
"We will get back to that but now it's time for this " she placed it on the table.
"Andriana will have the biggest piece since she loves it ", she picked it up, passing it to her.
But she moved back covering her nose and mouth.
"What's wrong?":that both asked seeing her reaction.
She blinked and got up rushing off to the bathroom.
They heard her throw up and both looked back at each other.
