That terrifying fire came charging straight at Tom! In that split second, using his telekinetic powers, Tom lifted the rocks and stones scattered around the area, which was heavy with Chakra. He quickly pulled them together, forming a solid shield to block the attack.
To everyone's surprise, the shield didn't just stop the dragon's flames—it absorbed the fiery blast along with the surrounding natural energy! The next moment, he channeled all that trapped fire right back at the dragon, blasting it away. Just like that, he pulled off a narrow escape.
Meanwhile, a whole pack of dragons swooped in, targeting William as he rushed toward Tom. In a matter of seconds, the dragons swarmed around both William and the Master. But without flinching, the two of them fought back with everything they had.
On the other side, the attacks on Tom grew even more intense. A sudden blast of fire caught his hand, leaving him with severe burns! He screamed in agony, but he refused to give up and kept fighting. However, another brutal blow caught him on the head, sending him flying into a massive boulder nearby. With blood streaming down his face, Tom passed out cold.
Seeing this, Rosie panicked and ran toward him, yelling, "Tom...!" But right then, another huge dragon swiped at her, sending her tumbling back. Danger was closing in on her too.
Witnessing all this, William completely lost his cool. Consumed by rage, he charged at the beasts to tear them apart! He activated his Eyeose ability to track the dragons' rapid movements and tapped into Muscle Shifting to double his physical strength, going all out against them. But the dragons swarmed him together and knocked him down.
With Tom and Rosie unconscious, the dragons turned all their attention toward William. They ganged up on him, unleashing a relentless assault. William couldn't hold out against their overwhelming force and ended up completely trapped among them. At the same time, William's father was also getting worn down by heavy attacks from the beasts.
Even as he lay battered and bruised, William's mind was spiraling out of control. Tears streaming down his face, he tried to rally himself: "Get up, William... You can do this! Don't lose control... Tom, hang in there, buddy! Don't close your eyes... You can make it through this, get up!"
Seeing his son and his friends in such dire shape, and with the Master trapped in the fight, Thomas couldn't hold back his emotions any longer. In the middle of the chaotic battle, William's father let out a raw, thunderous roar, releasing his full power!
It was as if that emotional roar carried an ancient, mystical command—the dragons instantly froze in their tracks. It seemed as though total control over them had shifted right into Thomas's hands. "Stop!" Thomas shouted again. The beasts halted their attack, staring at him in utter shock.
A moment later, as the dragons tried to snap out of their daze and attack once more, Thomas tapped into the incredible power within him and commanded them: "Halt!"
Miraculously, the millions of dragons obeyed him completely. They stopped fighting and bowed their heads respectfully before Thomas. An eerie calm settled over the battlefield.
Everyone stood there stunned, staring at Thomas in disbelief. Nobody could make sense of what had just happened.
Thomas slowly walked toward the dragons. One of them stepped forward—a small dragon that looked strangely human-like.
Looking at Thomas with deep emotion, it asked, "Where have you been all this time, My Lord...?"
The Master and William exchanged baffled looks. Forgetting his pain, William stared at his father. But Thomas was completely confused. "What?" he asked, utterly lost.
The creature replied, "Everything will become clear to you soon, My Lord."
Thomas asked suspiciously, "Who was controlling all of you until now?"
"The Dragon King!" the creature answered. "We will lead you to his domain. From now on, we fight alongside you."
And so, they joined forces. One by one, the warriors mounted the dragons and surged forward toward the Dragon King's realm. But as they drew near, the Dragon King unleashed a horrific, blood-curdling roar! Hearing that monstrous screech, the dragons began turning against Thomas and his team once more.
Thomas wasn't about to back down. He summoned the flames within him, fighting to regain control over them. A intense tug-of-war for control over the dragons broke out between the two. Finally, Thomas drew upon a vast, divine power from deep within, firing a small wave of light at all the dragons. With that, complete control over the dragon horde belonged to Thomas.
Meanwhile, William was sitting on a dragon's back, battered and barely able to move. That same dragon was safely carrying two other injured teammates as well. Spotting the Dragon King, William shouted at the top of his lungs, "Dad, watch out! He's way stronger than we thought!"
They engaged in a brutal battle against the Dragon King. After a long and punishing ordeal, it seemed like defeat was inevitable at first. Yet, refusing to give up, they kept pushing themselves to the absolute limit.
Right in the heat of battle, William suddenly remembered his dream. 'If it's like what I saw in my dream, maybe attacking it from underneath is the key to beating it!'
He quickly yelled to his father, "Dad! Strike him from underneath! That's his weak spot!"
On Thomas's command, the dragons fired a massive barrage of flames directly at the Dragon King's underbelly. Thomas didn't hesitate—he rushed straight through the wall of fire, concentrated all his power, and drove a devastating blow right into the Dragon King's chest! Unable to withstand the strike, the massive Dragon King collapsed to the ground, defeated.
As the Dragon King crashed down, a strange, otherworldly power began pouring out of its body. A massive wave of energy surged forward and seeped directly into William and his father, Thomas. Their bodies glowed brightly for a moment under the intense energy flow.
At the same time, where the Dragon King had fallen, they found a mysterious pendant. It looked almost identical to the Serpent King's pendant they had found earlier. The moment Thomas picked it up, another surge of power rushed into his body.
Perplexed by what was happening to them and the mystery behind these pendants, William and Thomas looked at each other in confusion. Afterward, they ran tests and searched for answers regarding the pendants, but they couldn't uncover anything concrete.
The only thing they knew for sure was that all these dragons were waiting for something—or someone. But for whom?
With the mighty Dragon King gone, the remaining dragons began to fade away one by one. Right before it vanished completely, the small, human-like dragon whispered its final words:
"God is coming... on his birthday, at 12!"
Hearing those haunting words, everyone stood frozen in silence. The heavy mystery of those words hung thick in the air...
