Synopsis
Ethan, Alice, and Julián were an inseparable trio of friends who met at the orphanage... at least until they were separated. In a world full of heroes, the three promised to reunite at the elite hero academy and form a team. However, the reunion was far from what they had imagined when they parted ways. When Ethan met them again, he did not find his friends. Instead, he found Alice, the number one genius of her generation, and Julián, the arrogant heir of the Black family, who looked down on him for not having powers. Just a few days before graduating, Ethan will realize his true talent in engineering, creating weapons and robotic armies capable of surpassing the greatest superheroes in the world. Thus, a newly graduated Ethan is ready to prove the world wrong, to become the greatest hero of all time even without powers and, if possible, to fix his old childhood relationships. ———+———+———+———+——— That is what it says. So then, what the hell is this? Why is the protagonist already the most powerful by the end of the second season? Why did Julián, who was supposed to be just a minor villain, become a final boss and sacrifice himself at the end? But above all, why are they now fighting outer gods, opponents that even Ethan cannot defeat? How is it possible that most of the world’s guild leaders turned out to be traitors? Why do people keep dying while the protagonist can do nothing? All of this came out of nowhere. Wasn’t the work called…? "..." "...Hero of a Doomed World?" "Okay, maybe it did not come completely out of nowhere." Those were Julián’s last words before suddenly dying of a heart attack and reincarnating in the very novel he was complaining about, in the character who shared his name, the one destined to be a villain almost until the very end. At this point, anyone else would change their path, try to fix their reputation, and become a hero. But not Julián. Julián knows that his character is meant to sacrifice himself only to delay the invasion of the outer gods in the original novel, and he has no intention of doing so. Thus, Julián will not choose the path of the hero. He will become a far worse villain than his counterpart in the novel, even if that means being hunted by the entire world, as long as he can ensure the deaths of all the traitors of humanity, the leaders of the most powerful guilds in the world. In the end, when everyone is dead, when Earth is safe, will anyone thank him?
