Standing at the door was the man who exuded an eerie aura. He was still wearing a wet black suit, and he stood there with a smile, giving Yin Xiu a silent greeting.
Yin Xiu was not surprised. According to the town's rules, this person was indeed his roommate. He was obviously in the beginner dungeon because this "newcomer" was here.
Yin Xiu remained calm, but the little girl sitting next to him instantly became agitated. After spotting the man, she clutched her toy tightly and shrank behind Yin Xiu, whispering nervously, "Brother, was that person also someone Mom asked to take care of me?"

In the blink of an eye, she transformed from an innocent little girl into a terrifying monster, roaring and glaring. Even through the screen, players unconsciously took a few steps back, afraid of seeing the same scene as in the next room.
But Yin Xiu remained calm.
He stared at the little girl's gradually deforming body, grabbed her sharp hand, and pulled her towards the table, lazily saying, "Don't cry. It's all your fault for accidentally losing the note. But I remember what was written on it, so I'll copy it for you, okay?"
