A moment earlier...
The sound of the explosion could be heard even from Kuoh Academy.
"What's going on?" Issei asked.
"That explosion came from somewhere outside the city," Sona said.
"Do you think Boruto might have something to do with it?" Tsubaki asked.
"Probably, Rias and I will go there to check it out."
Currently...
Boruto was surprised by his younger sister's presence; the blond immediately ran to her and hugged her.
"Himawari, I'm so glad you're okay!" Boruto was so happy to see his sister that tears began to fall from his eyes.
"Onii-chan, I'm glad to see you too."
"How is it that you're still yourself?"
Just as Himawari was about to answer, she suddenly fainted.
"HIMA!" Boruto caught his sister before she hit the ground.
"You know, thanks to Kurama, I managed to get out before the otsufication process was complete. However, because of that, I used up most of my life force. I didn't have much time left," Himawari explained, surprising his brother.
"Why the fuck, why did this have to happen to her and not me?" Boruto cursed himself silently. "I'll carry you to my house, you should rest." The older Uzumaki picked Himawari up and they headed to his house. On the way, they met Rias and Sona's group. The blond explained everything to them, and they all went with him to his house.
At the same time, Kawaki regained consciousness.
"I underestimated her, but I won't make that mistake again."
Upon arriving at the apartment, Boruto laid his sister on the bed.
"You're friends, Boruto. I'm glad my brother didn't become a loner and made new friends."
"It's all because of that bastard Azazel. He forced me to go to this school," Boruto complained.
"Yes, if it weren't for Azazel sensei, you probably wouldn't have left your home," Akeno interjected.
"Onii-chan, could you bring me something to drink?"
Boruto nodded, fulfilling his sister's request, while Himawari turned to several girls.
"You like my brother, right?" she asked with a wide smile, making Akeno, Xenovia, and Tsubaki blush. Suddenly, her expression turned sad. "Take care of him while I'm gone."
"What are you talking about?" asked Rias.
At that moment, Boruto entered the room, so the girls ended their conversation. "Here, Hima, this is your water."
"Thank you." Himawari accepted the glass from Boruto. After drinking the water, she stuck out her fist to her brother. "Fist bump with me, Onii-chan, I want to tell you something."
Boruto raised an eyebrow, but did as Himawari asked, placing his fist against his sister's. A moment later, they both began to sense Kawaki approaching.
"Damn, that bastard is coming." Boruto was about to leave, but Himawari stopped him. "Hima, what are you..."
To everyone's surprise, Himawari punched Boruto in the stomach, knocking him to the floor. "Sorry, Onii-chan, but I have to defeat Kawaki. We won't see each other again, so remember that I will always love you." With those words, the younger Uzumaki ran out of the house.
"Hima...Asia, can you help me?"
"Sure." Asia approached Boruto to heal him from the injuries his sister had inflicted, paralyzing him at the same time.
A moment later, Himawari stood in front of Kawaki.
"What's the matter, Hima, aren't you going to run away?"
"I'll never run away again, this will be my last fight, but I will defeat you once and for all! Ready, Kurama?"
"Are you sure you want to do this?"
"Yes, I've already decided."
"Let's do it then!"
Orange chakra appeared around Himawari's body, and a moment later, a cloak of chakra covered her body.
"The same power as Nadaime, do you really think you can defeat me with it?"
"Yes, that's exactly what I intend to do." Himawari disappeared from Kawaki's sight.
A second later, she appeared behind him, about to strike him, but Kawaki easily dodged her blow.
"You may have the power of the Nadaime, but you're still nowhere near his level." Kawaki punched Himawari in the stomach, knocking her to the ground.
He then sent a dozen or so rods her way. Himawari transformed her chakra cloak into tails, which she used to catch Kawaki's rods. However, before she could do anything more, Kawaki appeared before her, grabbing Himawari by the head and throwing her to the ground.
"It's over."
At that moment, Boruto was healed and immediately rushed to the battlefield.
"Please, Hima, don't do anything stupid."
Himawari jumped on Kawaki, her body glowing brighter and brighter.
"Tsk. What are you going to do?"
"Goodbye, Boruto, and I'm sorry to leave you." Himawari's body, along with Kurama's chakra, exploded, destroying the entire area.
"That explosion...no...HIMAWARI!"
