What does she think?
Lu Wanli had to bite her tongue to stop herself from cursing.
If she didn't know better, she would have thought that this man was trying to seduce her.
His eyes looked bewitching and when he leaned forward slightly, it almost seemed like he was the devil trying to steal her soul away.
What other thoughts was a girl meant to have when he was looking at her like that.
Lu Wanli shook her head and took a deep breath but before she could say anything, the sound of a door opening and rushed footsteps rang out loudly.
Mo Jingshen broke their eye contact and looked in the direction of the living room.
Very quickly, a man with brown curls that bounced as he walked rushed towards them.
"See, Linyue, I told you that my brother would have food waiting for me. Heh?"
Mo Zimo paused and then stared at Lu Wanli like he had seen an alien.
"Brother, what is this?" then realizing his words sounded bad. He shook his head hurriedly. "Who is this?"
Behind him, the clicking of heels rang out and a young woman came into view.
"Didn't Mom tell you that brother had a guest over?" Mo Linyue said as she came to the table and stood beside her twin brother.
With both of them standing together, Lu Wanli was shocked at the resemblance.
The two of them looked almost the same aside from Mo Zimo having a sharper jawline and shorter hair, there was hardly any difference between them.
In her past life, she hadn't met any member of the Mo family but there were two that she knew because they were in the limelight.
Mo Shaoting and Mo Linyue.
Mo Shaoting was the deputy mayor of their city while Mo Linyue was regarded as the number one socialite.
It was also because of her words that Mo Jingshen was considered the national husband because back then, when she was asked which man she thought deserved to be in first place, she had answered that she had yet to meet a man that looked better than her second cousin.
Mo Linyue also followed Mo Shoating around so she could be considered to be well involved in politics.
Although she didn't know what level of influence she had now, Lu Wanli knew this girl wasn't someone to be messed with.
When Mo Linyue's eyes fell on Lu Wanli, her eyes darkened and she glared at Mo Jingshen.
"Cousin, haven't you been scammed too badly?"
On the side, Mo Zimo nodded hurriedly.
Aside from her red hair and shabby dressing. This girl looked quite young. Most likely younger than him which meant although Lu Wanli was far from ugly, her style and her aura were beneath their standards and expectations.
Mo Jingshen glanced at the both of them, then without caring used a serving pick to put fish on Lu Wanli's plate before replying.
"She's prettier than you."
Just four words but the faces of the two girls changed immediately.
Lu Wanli glared fiercely at Mo Jingshen for causing trouble for her while Mo Linyue glared at Lu Wanli.
This girl prettier than her? How come she couldn't see it?
Mo Zimo saw that things seemed a little tense so he pulled a seat and sat beside Mo Jingshen.
"Auntie heard that you brought a girl home so she called me to come over and look. Since Linyue was at my place, she decided to come along."
Mo Jingshen said nothing but he made a mental note to talk to his staff after this.
After all, he had yet to inform them at home about the marriage.
He had planned to tell them after he got to know her a bit more.
With two additional people, Lu Wanli didn't continue the conversation they were having and instead focused on eating the food before her.
The dishes were well made and tasted very good. After a few bites, she quickly forgot about the other three before her and simply enjoyed her food.
She used to love food a lot in the past but later on, because of her addiction and her daughter's health, food had stopped being a priority.
Especially because Han Yifan was never home. Their house was huge and she would be the only one there with the staff.
How could she have an appetite?
Since she was lost in thought while eating, she didn't even notice the expression of the other people on the table.
As more food appeared on her plate, she simply ate.
Mo Zimo felt that her current food grubbing look was especially cute while Mo Linyue felt that she lacked manners.
However, both of them kept their thoughts to themselves.
Once she was full, Lu Wanli dropped her chopsticks, drank some warm water and then looked at the three people that were opposite her.
"I'll go for a stroll. You guys can continue."
It was their first time meeting and things were a little awkward, it was best to not try to force conversation.
Since she had eaten a little too much, Lu Wanli walked out of the main door. She took a stroll within the compound and was even more impressed when she realized the gardener was a robot.
This was what it meant to be a tycoon!
Since she had been involved in technology in her past life, she could see that some of the technology that was in Mo Jingshen's house were things that hadn't even been announced globally.
Back in the house, Mo Zimo was the first to speak up.
"Isn't she too young? She looks like she could still be a student."
Mo Jingshen remembered the information on her documents. "She's twenty one and still a student in Imperial university."
Mo Zimo's lips twitched. 21?
His cousin was going to be twenty eight this year. Wasn't this age gap a little too much?
Was he any different from an old cow nibbling on young grass?
Mo Linyue also frowned slightly. "Cousin, since you are the one in charge of the family business, your wife would have to manage finances and all the side families. She's too young to handle things like that."
Mo Jingshen hadn't really focused on her age since it was just an agreement.
But seeing the weird looks on their faces, he felt a little uncomfortable about it.
"Her family said they were ready for the marriage arrangement and set the date."
"As for the family matters, She won't be involved in any of that until she's done with school."
By then, they would be divorced anyway.
Mo Zimo still had something to say but he got a stern glare from his sister and kept quiet.
After taking a walk around, there was a thin layer of sweat coating Lu Wanli's face when she entered and her delicate brows raised in surprise when she saw three figures sitting on the couch like statues.
Nobody was looking at their phone or saying anything.
Mo Jingshen cleared his throat gently and Mo Zimo shot up to his feet.
"We will come back another time to greet you, sister in law!" Without waiting for Lu Wanli to reply, Mo Zimo dashed off.
Mo Linyue was more composed and gave Lu Wanli a polite nod before heading out.
Lu Wanli glanced over at Mo Jingshen.
"We passed by their houses on the way here," Mo Jingshen explained as he saw the question in her eyes.
This time, Lu Wanli was surprised at his wit as she hadn't been too obvious. She had just simply wondered why they didn't stay over since it was so late.
"Can you show me to the room I'll be staying in?"
Mo Jingshen turned around and led the way.
