In the garden, Meridia was playing happily with the children.
From the window above, Gabriel stood quietly, watching the scene unfold.
Suddenly, Meridia ran from the garden straight into the house.
Noticing her sudden rush, Gabriel went downstairs to see what was happening.
Meridia opened the refrigerator and took out a bottle of water.
Rafaella asked, "What happened, Meridia?"
Gabriel added, "Where are you going with that bottle of water?"
"I'm taking it for Noah," Meridia replied. "He's thirsty."
Rafaella frowned. "Noah? Who is Noah?"
"My friend," Meridia said casually.
Rafaella's eyes widened. "What? He's here and you didn't even introduce him to us?"
Meridia smiled. "Alright, I'll introduce him now."
She called out loudly,
"Noah! Noah! Come inside."
Moments later, Noah walked in.
The moment Gabriel and Rafaella saw him, they burst out laughing.
Rafaella laughed, "He's just a child!"
Gabriel teased, "This little kid is your friend?"
Noah crossed his arms defiantly. "I'm not a child."
Before anyone could react, Noah ran toward Meridia, kissed her on the lips, and declared boldly,
"I'm going to marry Meridia very soon."
Rafaella stared at Gabriel in shock, her eyes wide open.
Gabriel muttered, almost impressed, "Well… he's definitely not a child."
Rafaella smirked and said,
"What you couldn't manage to do, this kid just pulled off effortlessly."
