{A FORESHADOW}, I stood in front of the dead man holding a dagger, blood dripping from the dagger, the man's throat,his mouth and me. I was panting profusely due to loss of energy. I was about to freak out and run from the mortuary until I started to feel extreme cold and nudge on my right arm, I stopped and checked my arm what was revealed to me was {BLACKOUT} " HORRIFYING". {BEFORE THE KILLER EVENT}
"Sigh" I said as I stood in front of a battlefield filled with dead bodies.
"sheesh this place is messy,but our war remains victorious",the partially injured warrior with only a bleeding head said then turned to me "you are up kid"he added as he pat my back and rode away in his horse.
I sighed again as I picked up my bucket,knife,wheelbarrow and pitchfork and got to work.
I was done with packing the dead bodies at the battlefield so I decided to have dinner,so I went to my usual cheap bar to get bread and cheap booze.I sat down and waited for the bartender but some rich fucks sitting behind me gossiped about me outloud.
"look at him all he does is to clean dead bodies and shit" the first guy said.
"yeah he lives on bread and cheap booze all his life" second guy said .
"and those hands covered in tissue paper he is totally an underground grub"the third guy said. It got me so hard that I wanted to sink into the ground "hey kid they are not worth shit they are royals that's how they badmouth all my customers, , also since you are my favourite customer here is some leftover bread on the house"he said I took the bread and smiled,"thanks"I said as I left the bar.
I took the bread and walked to my house but I realized those royals I met at the bar followed me,so I tried to escape them by running but they caught up with me and hit a bat on me, I started to bleed on my head.
"so u think u can just walk out on us while we abused you HUH DO YA!" one of them said.
He kicked me on my stomach I fell to the ground in pain. Another one pressed my head to the ground with his feet my bleeding became worse then they started to kick and bat me I guarded myself I and was scared,I thought this was my end until I heard a gunshot,It was the bartender and he pointed the shotgun at the royals and threatened to blow their heads off. One of the royals laughed he moved closer to the bartender and pressed the gun to his head[the royal].
"c'mon man,my father is the king, he can shut down your little bar shop so it is better you just get going" one of the royal said.The bartender looked at me and sigh.He put the gun down,He went to pick me up and took me to my house and dropped me at the door.
"Those royals did a number on me it hurts so bad I was scared I thought I was going to die"I said. "don't mind them Ten, they wont bother u anytime soon so I advise you to stay safe"he said I was about to open the door to enter until when he tapped my shoulder and said.
"whatever the world gives you,give them back, okay kiddo" he smiled that smile,I looked at him and tears started to flow from my eyes down to the floor I knelt on the floor and started to cry he patted me and said "dear dear its okay".
The next day
I left for work at the mortuary. I don't know weather it's normal but I talk to the dead bodies like they were still alive,
"okay,so your name is Mr Hiratoshi Mizuki And your death case is an axe sliced through your head during the war" I said to the dead body as I cleaned it up.
"Mehn the other day was though, after packing the dead bodies I have to clean them and give a proper burial because that is what you all deserve right Mr general Renji?" I said to another dead body behind me but no answered followed only the sound of a fly perching on the general Renji's eye.
"My job is pretty hard am I right" I said but still no answer followed. Mehn my life is a mess.
"I pack dead bodies, clean them,bury them clean scat and I still live under a low income bracket lifestyle" I said but no answer followed.
"life is soo unfair am I right guys ,oh c'mon how do you expect me to talk to royal bitches when I don't look attractive, do you know Mr Minori advice didn't work I took his advice and talked to royal bitches but all plans backfired quickly,those bitches reported me to the royal authorities for sex offender if the bartender wasn't there I would have been in prison " I said so loud that it echoed all over the place *sigh*" Life" I said

I got slapped by a young lady because I asked for food.
"get away you freak, don't you have manners when begging someone of high class" she said as she placed her left palm on her chest.Then she picked up mud and threw on me "here eat that you slim freak"she said.
{present time} "yep my life is a total mess" I said to them . "Oh me ? of course I'm intelligent" I said to Mr Hiratoshi.
"I have studied things from general knowledge to the human anatomy down to technology down to tactics to Mathematics to biology to physics to psychology"I said .
"I never went to school crazy right?, My caretaker was a Lecturer so when I was young I started learning how to read and write then two years later I found interest in reading books so I read all the books at the university library,local library, office library, library library"I said.
"My actual parents? Yeah they are still alive... no, they did not fight war.why is war the only thing on your mind huh Mr Hiratoshi,my father left when I was 4 and my mom chased me out of the house because she was ashamed of my appearance,I wear bandages because of my ability and defect" I said .
"COMBUSTABLE ARMS,When my arms come close to any flame bodies it burst into flames , there's a kind of scent it releases that has a lot of effect like reduces strength.Now for the demerit,it sounds so cool,flammable arms but when it gets hot it can also burn things around it and it is also painful for me,I burned things like houses,wagons,shops and so on,on accident"I said. "What no they did not instead of people to help me avoid me like I was radioactive poison .I didn't even have a good appearance because of my defect I was very slim" what no it doesn't woo girls" I said as I started to laugh,then suddenly my mood changed as I remembered how my caretaker took me in even now I wear rags and manage my finance.
{FLASHBACK} it was a rainy evening my mom threw me out of our house "get away from me you freak, you have caused me nothing but harm and disgrace "she said.I got up and did not say anything,I started to approach her "but momma"I said. "Aaaannnddd done" I said as I did the finishing stich on the last dead body "there guys I'm done cleaning you up , now for the final ritual" I said. I put all of them into coffins and buried them.*sob* "thank you all for connecting with me" I said.

After my work I decided to go get some water from a nice widow before I start my scat man work.
"Thank you very much ma'am my organs would have withered if not for this water u offered me" I said as I drank the water while sitting in her shop on a barrel.
"No problem Ten,you are like a son to me" she replied.I kept drinking the water as I heard a loud announcement.from a depressed looking gestures at the center of the Market.
"ATTENTION PEOPLE OF THE KINGDOM, TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN THE KING IS HOSTING THE VERY FIRST SCHOLARSHIP EXAMINATION PASS THE EXAM BY 70 PERCENT ABOVE AND YOU WILL BE SEEING YOURSELF STUDYING IN COLLEGE U THE FEE FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM IS 250 GOLD PIECES .THE SUBMISSION OF PAYMENTS WILL END ON THE 10TH MONTH AND THE EXAM WILL TAKE PLACE THE 11TH MONTH. Hey just exactly what I need a free entry into school,I have always wanted to go to school so I can get into politics and bring down those partial royals this is a golden opportunity .

"yeah,besides how are you going to be able to afford the scholarship exam when you are poor"another one said. MEHN these guys are a pain in the ass.
"are you guys also applying to this school too"I asked.
They looked at me in disgust and laughed "are you kidding our father own all things that makes the village beat like a heart,of course he owns the school, besides we attend an out of town college, one of the most exquisite colleges on the land "one of them answered.
"besides you don't know what it feels like to have a rich father"the first guy answered.
"Or even a father at all"the Second guy answered. "or even parents" the third guy answered.
"or even a family at all!" they all answered together and burst into laughter. I couldn't stand there and let them mock me so I ran to an alley and hid. Their laughter was still ringing in my head and it HURTS REALLY BAD.
"why,why is my life like this why do I have to suffer like this, why I asked myself . I pounded the ground with my fist and cried out tears of sadness.
"oh I remember, I have work to do.I picked up my shovel cleaned my tears and went to work. After the days work I just went to my room and laid on my bed,I looked up to the ceiling and said "I'll show them, I will make it to college and even succeed" then I went to bed.
The Next Day
So I asked my boss if I could work some extra shift not really up to my surprise he was OK with it. So I started working at the mortuary at day,scat man at noon,then cleaned the dead bodies at night. I ate dinner at my usual bar at midnight,he knew what I was going through so he stayed open and made sure I ate.It was so stressful I worked from day till night for three months to the fact my arms were aching me but the scholarship fee was worth-it.The next day I was at the bar counting my money with the Bartender.
"308,309,310,311,Hurrah! Ten you just made 164 more of the expected profits congrats bro"the bartender said.
"Thanks bro" I replied.
"so aren't you going to submit the fee to the school ?"."oh I almost forgot"I said.
I ran to the school and submitted the form before it was dawn.
"excuse me please"I said to the gate keeper who was about to lock the school gate.
"I want to submit my fee to the executive ambassador" I said to the man.
"Well you're in luck kid he is right over there about to leave" he said as he pointed to his direction where he was about to board on a chariot.I ran to his direction and submitted the fee.
"Say kid what is your name?"He asked me.
"Tenshakuri sir" I replied.
"Why do you ask?" I asked.
"Most student come here in large chariots or with large escort some send their butlers to submit it,but you are the only student to come all alone,where are your parents?"he said,but I didn't reply instead I looked at the ground sadly.He placed his hand on my shoulder and said.
"A lot of people like you don't usually show up at this school,I hope what you do changes not only your life but the impact of this world".I looked at him surprisingly and smiled.We both parted ways after that. Later in the evening back at the bar I and the bartender were celebrating.
"Here you go 100 gold coins" ,I said as I handed it over to him.
"Thanks kid".he said as he took it from me. "This money will be of great use to the bar",he added.
Later the evening I and the bartender went separate ways.I went to my home,and things seemed very unusual,like my place entrance was scattered and things were broken like someone just broke in. I got anxious and ran to my room,I ran in full speed and quickly opened the door then to my shock[in slo mo]a strange man in cloak dashed to me and kicked my legs raising me in the air then he punched my stomach in mid air.I spat out blood and crashed to the wall.*cough,cough choke*. I looked up at him and wondered who was this guy and why did he just attack me.He picked me up from the floor and stared at me for a moment he took off his cloak.
"hmm Tenshakuri karuki killing you is gonna be a breeze"he said.
As he threw me across the room,He then brought out a dagger,he dashed towards me with the blade trying to cut my neck ,I dodged it by bending over then he kicked me while bending over then I hit the wall leading to my room and fell right on my bed,he then jumped through the wall I fell through and tried to stab me while on the bed,I took one of my pillows and guarded the attack I then I used the pillow as an advantage and twisted him to the ground,with him hitting his back on the ground with full force making a re bounce ,well learning a few tricks from my caretaker when I was young.
"OK kid I'm gonna stop playing on the job and get this finished,… yes I will feed you when I am done with the kid"he said.
He dashed at me again but at this time I tried to dodge but he made a counter attack and did a multiple slice attack cutting my ear into half,my cheek and my shoulder .was this guy just talking to himself what a creep .I tried to punch him but my attack was useless and slow, he grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him and kicked my stomach I then gave him a hard headbutt in mid air he fell to the ground on his knee,this time I thought I got the upper arm until he quickly got up and punched me to the roof then used his legs to kick me out of the house to the next building [the mortuary which is also my workhouse] through the roof then to the ground.
*cough cough accrk * I coughed so much blood,I was in so much pain so I crawled to the darkness and hid between the tons of dead bodies,that's when he came here kid "where are you,cmon it is just going to be quick"he said as he brought out the blade and stared at it.I went out of my hiding place with a surgery knife trying to cut the man but he dodged it and held my hand he twisted it.
"aargh!" I yelled.He kicked me and threw me to the ground close to the fiery furnace for burning dead bodies.
"heh now its time to stop playing with you,first I will end you then I will burn you and all these evidence,surly even if I don't burn you, you'll probably blend with these dead bodies then I will let the royals confirm your death then I will be fucking ri...". He got distracted when I put my arms in the furnace,the smoke from my arms was everywhere and the man started to stagger *cough cough accrk, he started to cough.
"The smoke from my body makes a man weak , it's a gift and a curse son I call it Heat 1" I replied.
I stood in front of him with flame filled arms of red and yellow colour,it was beautiful but it also hurts so bad as it was dripping blood the flame was also affecting my skin.
"THAT IS IT IM GONNA FUCKING END YOU RIGHT NOW!"he said.
He took his blades and charged at me but I disappeared skillfully he moved back freaking out then he started to throw blades everywhere then one got me I fell out of my hiding place.
"there you are" he said.
He dashed as me and tried to cut my throat I dodged it but it led to him almost cutting my eye,damn he was so good with the smoke effect I jumped backward and picked some shit from a waste drum.
"Time to end this " I said .
I threw the shit into his face in order to block his vision .
"aargh what the fuck kid" he said as he tried to rub it off that was my opportunity, I quickly grabbed a surgery knife and sliced his throat.*ARRCK,ARRCK,NORRKKK,BRRKKK,ARRCK*. He tried to utter words but his bleeding throat wouldn't let him so he just fell down dead.I stood in front of the dead man holding a dagger, blood dripping from the knife, the man's throat,his mouth and me. "that settles it " I said as my flaming arms went off I started to feel my brain beating like a heart the more the beat the more painful it became I felt like I vomiting, I covered my mouth with my two hands but blood burst out of my mouth,I fell down to the floor vomiting blood.
I yelled in pain that's when I felt a nudge on my arm I took a look at it and what I saw made my blood run cold. An eyeless purple spirit with red aura hovering over its body,its sharp teeth were like they were a hundred needles,it was flowing like smoke from my back like an odour in those cartoons ,I couldn't utter a word because the creature was utmost horrifying and there was nothing I could do, if I run it is still attached to me,if I hide well same I looked at it until it then spoke "young one you are down before the phantom of repercussion now choose AN award for my presence or die".I was still staring at it in great fear thing of what next to do until [blackout ] end of reap 1.
