Chapter 11 - Kael the Alpha Prince

The courtyard was quieter than usual that afternoon, the sun casting long shadows over the students. Aiden walked alone, trying to keep his mind on the upcoming class, but he couldn't ignore the feeling that someone was watching.

From the corner of the courtyard, the tall werewolf boy observed him with narrowed eyes. Known as Kael, the last-born son of the Alpha King, he carried not only his family's reputation but also a fierce pride that burned hotter than any fire. Kael's eyes gleamed with determination — Aiden's sudden display in PE had wounded his ego.

"This weakling thinks he can stand in my way?" Kael growled under his breath. "Let's see how far luck takes him."

He signaled to two underlings, sleek and muscular, to confront Aiden quietly. Their plan was subtle — intimidate him, maybe rough him up a little, and humiliate him in front of the school.

Aiden noticed them approaching but remained calm, unsure what to expect. "What do you want?" he asked, keeping his tone even.

One of the underlings smirked. "Kael said to test you. Let's see if you're really as weak as everyone thinks."

The attack began swiftly. A punch to the side, a grab for his arm — but every move Aiden made, every block, seemed effortless. When he shoved the first attacker back, the underling flew several feet before hitting the ground. Shocked, the second tried to grab him from behind, but Aiden twisted, pushing him back with surprising force.

Kael charged next, claws extended, pride flaring. But Aiden caught him mid-run with a single, controlled push, sending the last-born sprawling backward.

The courtyard fell silent. Students froze, some human, some supernatural. Aiden's breathing was steady, his calm demeanor contrasting with the chaos around him. He didn't understand why it had been so easy — he only knew he hadn't meant to hurt them so badly.

From above, in the observation rooms disguised as faculty offices, a pair of supernatural teachers watched intently. They were vampires and witches in disguise, sworn to observe hidden threats in the academy.

"This… is beyond normal," one whispered, eyes wide. "He's too strong… far too strong for someone his age, and he barely knows what he's capable of."

The other shook their head. "We need to report this to our leaders. Immediately."

Aiden, oblivious to the whispers and the reports being made above him, simply straightened his clothes and walked away, unaware that the ripples of today's fight would reach leaders in every hidden realm.

And somewhere deep inside, Selene watched, crimson eyes widening, realizing that Aiden's power was far greater than she had ever imagined.
