The room was empty.
After seeing the empty room, Arion was surprised. 'No one here?' he muttered. He stepped inside, the classroom was really clean and big.
'I wonder where everyone went.' he thought, as he sat on the last seat next to the window, placing his bag down.
'Maybe I'll just sleep for a bit.' he muttered under his breath, placing his head down on the bench. He slowly closed his eyes, trying to sleep.
"Man, they were really boring."
"I know, right."
"I wonder what is on the menu today."
"Omega, alpha, and beta, I'm confused."
Arion opened his eyes as the voices coming from outside woke him up. He rubbed his eyes, looking at the door.
The door opened. The students started coming inside. Everyone stopped as they saw Arion in the classroom.
"Huh? There is someone!." a boy said, seeing Arion on the last bench.
"Maybe he was late" a girl replied.
"No way, on the first day" the boy laughed, pointing a finger at Arion.
'Oh, so they were gone for a different class,' Arion thought, figuring they went for a different class.
"Pipe down, you guys, and sit on your seats!" a woman shouted from behind. Everyone immediately went to their seats without saying a word.
Arion flinched.
'That's scary.'
"Ugh… so many idiots in my class." the teacher stepped inside, placing her hand on her forehead in stress.
"So, do you all understand everything that the teacher said— hey, you." she spotted Arion on the last bench.
'Me?' Arion started sweating as the teacher called him.
"Yeah, you were late, am I right?... Well, it doesn't matter. Come here and introduce yourself," the teacher sighed in stress.
Arion quickly stood up, making his way in front. Everyone's eyes were on Arion as he went.
Arion stood beside the teacher. He slowly took his mask off, everyone was stunned, eyes wide, even the teacher was shocked.
'My name is Arion Sendrom. Nice to meet you all.' he smiled slightly.
Seeing him glowing almost like the sun, the light spread on their faces, everyone was frozen like ice.
'Can I go now?' he asked the teacher in a low voice.
The whole class went into chaos as they saw Arion's face.
"Whoa! Did you see him? I've never seen anyone look like that before."
"So cute."
"Isn't he from the royal family?"
"Yeah, I heard he's the first omega in their entire family."
"Did you hear his voice? It's super sweet."
"Uh... sure," the teacher replied to Arion, still shocked.
Arion took his seat. Every glance was on him.
'I shouldn't have removed the mask,' Arion thought, bothered by the students staring at him.
"Hey, don't bother him. We're starting our class now," the teacher said in a loud voice.
Everyone took their book out as the teacher started class. Arion was still searching for a book inside his bag. One by one, he opened every zipper but the book was not there. Arion broke sweat on his forehead.
'No way, right?... Haha, I can't believe I forgot my book,' he thought, placing his hand on his mouth as he cried inside.
"Uh… did you forget your book by chance?"
Arion stopped as a low voice from beside him interrupted him. He looked beside. The boy sitting beside was short with black hair.
Arion was confused, while inside his brain a storm was going on. 'How did he know? He won't tell that scary teacher, right?' Arion thought, sweating.
"Uh… don't worry, I won't tell the teacher. It's just I happen to have an extra book if you want," the boy beside him asked Arion nervously, while his cheeks turned pink seeing Arion's face up close.
"Thank you, I will return it," Arion said in a low voice. He took the book from him.
"No problem," the boy smiled. "Wow! He's really beautiful. Even his voice is like magic, no wonder class was in chaos after seeing him," he muttered.
'Thank you, fellow. I will remember your favour, but I should focus on class now,' Arion muttered. He quickly started paying attention to the teacher that was teaching on board.
The bell finally rang, making everyone relieved, the first break had started. But Arion was disappointed as the class had ended quickly for him. Well, he was a lover of knowledge, of course.
'The class ended quickly then I thought, I wanted it to be at least three hours long—huh?' he froze as he noticed his surroundings. He broke a sweat before slowly looking up.
He was surrounded by the whole class. This reminded him of his old school.
'Uh… hi?' Arion said in a low voice. He looked at them.
"Hello, my name is Benji."
"My name is Renu."
"My na…"
"M…"
"..."
Everyone was pushing each other, wanting to see Arion up close. Before one could finish anything, another one pushed him and the other one came ahead.
'Hey guys, don't push each other, you could get hurt,' Arion said standing up.
Surprisingly, everyone stopped. They stared at Arion, one thought rang in their mind.
"So cuteee."
"Uh… I think you should give him space," the one who was sitting next to Arion said from outside of the crowd.
Everyone turned to him. Seeing so much attention on him, he flinched while sweating.
"Maybe he's right. We shouldn't jump on someone."
"Yeah, and he's from the royal family too."
"I don't want to be beheaded."
Everyone quickly cleared Arion's seat in fear. Arion finally caught his breath and smiled at the boy who sat next to him.
'Thank you again, btw what's your name?' Arion asked him.
He came to his seat next to Arion.
"My name is Kireka Jenn." Kireka introduced himself while smiling.
Arion noticed something as Kireka was close to him. He sniffed his nose. 'You're omega, right?' he asked in a low voice.
Kireka was surprised, as he didn't tell anyone about that. "How did you know? Are my pheromones leaking?" his voice shook in fear.
'Uh, don't worry, my nose is super strong, you know,' Arion replied while smiling proudly.
"Is there even an ability like that? Must be because he's from the royal family," Kireka muttered inside his brain. "Can I call you Arion?" He asked Arion.
'Well, of course you can call me Arion,' Arion smiled at Kireka.
Their chatting kept going while others were staring at Kireka.
The bell suddenly rang and over the speaker the principal started talking.
"Due to a problem the next classes are cancelled, everyone may go home."
Everyone started rushing out as the classes got cancelled.
"Let's go."
"I wanted to go home, thank God."
"Wonderful."
Everyone started leaving as the principal announced.
'I wanted to go home too, thank God,' Arion said. 'I should call Dad so he can send someone to pick me up,' Arion searched for his phone in his bag.
'No way! I forgot my phone too?' Arion cried inside again. 'I should ask Kireka,' he muttered.
'Uh… Kireka, can I call from your phone? I forgot mine at home,' Arion asked.
After taking the phone from Kireka, he dialed his dad's number and called his dad.
'Please pick up, Dad!' he muttered.
"Hello?" Yoran picked up.
'Dad, can you send someone to pick me up?' Arion whined.
"Arion? Whose phone are you calling from? Where did yours go?" Yoran asked in a worried tone.
'From my friend's, I forgot my phone at home,' Arion replied.
"How reckless!" Yoran sighed. "She should be at the gate, don't worry," Yoran smiled as he hung up.
'Can you send someone else?' Arion while sweating. 'Hey, hey, Dad, did you hang up?' Arion said in fear.
Arion gave Kireka's phone back to him. He quickly packed his bag.
'See you tomorrow,' Arion waved his hand to Kireka. He put his mask back.
"Is everything okay? I can give you a ride if you want," Kireka asked, worried.
'It's nothing, thank you, but there is someone to pick me up,' he immediately ran.
Arion in the hallway: 'If I don't go quickly she will break into school,' he ran while sweating.
On the gate side.
"Can you let me go inside? Young master is late, I'm worried if something happened."
A woman in black suit with yellow hair.
"How many times have you already asked? I already told you, an outsider can't go inside," the security guard replied.
Everyone was staring at her as they left school.
'Big sis, I'm here, don't break the gate,' Arion shouted from inside the school.
The students turned to Arion as he shouted in public.
"Ah, young master is here," she spotted Arion.
Arion went to her.
'Really, why did Dad send you?' Arion sighed.
"What are you talking about? I was here all the time," she replied to Arion.
'Forget it, let's just go. Everyone is staring at us,' Arion looked around.
"Okay, our bike is there," she pointed.
'Bike?' Arion thought while sweating. 'No way!' his hands shook.
