Chapter 5 - First encounter

She went to her bike. Starting the bike, she waved her hand to Arion.

"Get on, young master," she called out to Arion in a low voice.

Arion was trembling in fear as he went to the bike.

'There are so many things that scare me while riding the bike with big sister Noel.' Arion's face turned pale as he got closer.

"Do you not feel good? You're trembling, young master," she asked, seeing him shaking as he came.

'Whose fault do you think it is?' Arion burst out inside his head.

Arion finally made his way to the bike. His hands were shaking while getting on, but he managed to get on.

"Do you wanna see the doctor, young master? I think you're sick, you're shaking so much today," Noel asked, looking at Arion's sweating face.

'No, I'm good, but promise me we go slow, okay?' Arion asked.

Noel looked ahead. She gave a helmet to Arion and wore one herself, but she didn't reply.

'Why are you not replying to me? Hey?' Arion's voice shook.

"Please hold tightly," Noel said, almost like a warning.

At the speed of air, she started to go. The bike went like it was flying in the air.

Everyone was shocked by its speed.

'Nooo! This is why I didn't want to ride with you!' Arion screamed.

'This is… She's going super fast, but the biggest problem is she's not stopping at red lights.' Arion muttered under his breath.

With screaming and fear, the gate of the house came closer in ten minutes.

'Huh? I can see the gate of our house! Her driving is really crazy,' Arion thought, noticing the gate from far away.

The guard with narrow eyes, thinking about what was coming at this speed, suddenly remembered. Sweat ran down his face. He quickly grabbed the remote and opened the gate.

"Phew…" he let out a breath of relief, wiping sweat from his forehead.

"Did something happen—" Before another guard could finish, Noel's bike went past the gate with a whoosh.

Other guards' eyes went wide for a second before giving the guard who opened the gate a thumbs up for doing a great job.

Inside the gate,

The bike finally stopped. Arion slowly got down, but his legs were shaking so much he was struggling to stand.

'I don't ever wanna be on the same bike with her again,' Arion whispered while catching his breath.

'Now I wann—ack.' Arion was just about to fall because of shaking legs. Without wasting a second, Noel was going to catch Arion, but an unknown figure caught Arion before Noel could.

'Huh? I thought I was going to fall,' Arion whispered, slowly opening one eye to take a peek.

"Are you okay?" a boy asked, holding Arion in his arms.

He was around the same age as Arion. He was wearing a white shirt and a dark blue tie, giving him a simple but cool look. His dark blue hair was slightly messy, with a few strands sticking out.

Arion's heart started to beat fast seeing him.

"An alpha? I never saw him here before," Noel said.

Noel immediately cut between them, pulling Arion away from him, furiously narrowing her eyes.

"How dare you touch the young master? And who the hell are you?" she clenched her fist.

'Big sister, I'm fine.' Arion took Noel's hand, pulling her away before she could do something bad.

'His skin was super soft, not to mention his face and voice. They can't be described in words. I see he's the young master Arion's mom keeps talking about,' the boy muttered.

"Please forgive me, young master. You were falling, so without thinking, I rushed to catch you," the boy said, bowing slightly.

'Don't worry about that. If anything, I'm glad you caught me,' Arion said, his cheeks turning a little pink.

"But why is he here?" Noel cut between their conversation.

"My name is Akio Asara, and his majesty wanted to see me for something," Akio replied.

'Dad did that?' Arion muttered. 'But first, we should go inside. We can chat later.' Arion took the lead.

Noel was still glancing at Akio. "I should keep an eye on him while I'm here," she muttered.

Arion went inside, making his way to the hall. Loud noises and people chatting came from there. He stopped midway.

"What's wrong, young master?" Noel asked behind Arion.

'Nothing. There are people in the hall. Did someone come? Oh! I remember!' Arion quickly ran to the hall.

"Huh? Arion, why are you so early at home?" Arion's grandmother asked, seeing Arion.

'The classes got cancelled—' Arion stopped midway, seeing a boy with purple hair sitting with his parents in front of Arion's family.

'So this is the person who was coming today with a marriage proposal for brother Alex. So, he's an Omega,' Arion muttered inside his head.
