That's not right.
The Glowing Web's existence shouldn't be as simple as just "quantum."
Peter felt it was more like a type of spell, but something even higher than a spell.
Peter had come into contact with quite a few Spells now.
Although they were indeed mysterious and unpredictable, in reality, they were just a technique that applied energy from other dimensions to the real dimension, causing changes in the real dimension.

Peter's mind raced.
Suddenly, a flash of inspiration struck him.
His mind began to work at lightning speed.
Because he remembered something closely related to "Quantum Energy"!
When he traveled to Earth-1610B, that world's Kingpin built a super particle collider. Using the particle streams from the collisions, he opened up five parallel universes and summoned five Spider-Men from different universes.
After a period of reflection and learning, Peter realized that the violent particle stream was, in a sense, a form of Quantum Energy!
Quantum, in itself, doesn't really refer to a specific substance or substances.
Quantum is a physical quantity obtained by continuously dividing matter until it can no longer be divided.
Because it cannot be defined, it's called "quantum."
Thinking about it simply, quantum is pretty much the most fundamental thing that makes up this universe.
And Quantum Energy is the energy carried by quantum itself, or produced during its movement, and is also unobservable.
Peter even suspected that the dimensional energy used by the Ancient One, Strange and other sorcerers, as well as the Pym Particles extracted by Hank Pym, were essentially quantums with similar characteristics!
The sorcerers just happened to master the ability to extract this part of Quantum Energy. For the sake of convenience, they named it after the place where it was extracted, hence the term "dimensional energy."
Hank Pym was even more straightforward. Because this mysterious particle could ignore the physical properties of its unit and cause special changes in its volume and mass, and he had indeed discovered and put it into practical use, he named it "Pym Particles" after his own name.

Third, the return of his soul consciousness to his own world only took a split second, so he absorbed very little Quantum Energy, just a "seed" at most.
Fourth, his body was inexplicably strengthened after that return!
And the fourth point was very likely caused by the first!
Because he was compatible with that special Quantum Energy, he absorbed it, which strengthened his body. After the strengthening, a small part of it remained deep within his soul consciousness.
Afterward, this small part merged with the seeds left behind by the Venom symbiote after its destruction, becoming the Second-Generation Venom Symbiote!
If this conjecture holds true, then the Second-Generation Venom Symbiote is actually formed from a fusion of "a small part of his soul" + "special Quantum Energy" + "Venom symbiote seeds."
The Venom symbiote seeds endowed it with the characteristics of a symbiote, which is the first characteristic.
The special Quantum Energy endowed it with the second characteristic: the ability to follow him to other universes.
And that small part of his soul ensured that no independent consciousness would be born within the Second-Generation Venom Symbiote, allowing him to completely control it and make it a part of himself!
And what Dr. Foster detected while researching the Second-Generation Venom Symbiote was precisely the Quantum Energy hidden within it, completely mixed together!
