Chapter 1 - The boy without magic

The world was once simple, peaceful, and whole. One kingdom ruled the land, and people lived in harmony. That harmony shattered the day a strange stone fell from the sky. It was no ordinary stone — when it touched the earth, magic awakened in every living person. Flames danced at the fingertips of some, storms roared in the hands of others, and thunder shattered the skies. But not everyone used their newfound powers for good. Wars erupted, and the single kingdom splintered into five: Spark, David, Club, Julie, and Dark.

Decades passed. In the ancient Club Kingdom, a boy was born — Ekki. Unlike others, he had no magic. His parents were gone, lost to a river, leaving him in the care of the local orphanage. The other children laughed at him. "No magic! Worthless!" they jeered. Each day, Ekki cried in silence, wondering why the gods had forsaken him.

But despite the ridicule, Ekki had a dream. He would become the Legend of the Club Kingdom — not because of magic, but because of his heart and will.

Every morning, he attended the grand, ancient school of the kingdom. Its towering gates inspired awe in every student, yet many whispered cruelly about Ekki. Only one boy truly understood him: Sero, a kindhearted friend with the power of wind.

One day, bullies Kenji, Neeku, and Mari trapped Ekki in a bathroom, mocking him relentlessly. He pounded on the door, tears streaming. "Let me out! Please!" he cried. Night fell, and exhaustion weighed on him.

Suddenly, a dark flaming stone streaked across the sky, crashing nearby. Ekki was thrown to the ground, shrouded in a wave of black flames. Darkness swallowed him. When morning came, he awoke, trembling. "Was it… a nightmare?" he whispered.

He returned to his training spot, wooden stick in hand, determined to improve. Then, it happened: a sword of shadow appeared before him, its blade humming with power. Hesitant, he gripped it. A strange warmth surged through him. "I… I have power," he breathed.

Sero appeared, smiling gently. "Don't give up, Ekki. You're stronger than you think."

For the first time, Ekki felt hope. His journey had begun — the journey of a boy without magic who dared to chase a legend.
