Chapter 10 - Chapter 10 Black Knife, Kidney Harvester

Girls are always troublesome; Amber and the others didn't feel satisfied until the sun was setting.

The main shoppers were clearly Garura and Collei; Yu Jin hadn't seen Amber change out of her clothes.

Her fiery red bunny ear headband bounced, indicating her joyful mood. Time with friends is always fleeting, and Amber looked regretfully at the setting sun.

She still had so many fun places she hadn't introduced to Garura and Collei, but unfortunately, time didn't allow it.

"That's enough for today! We'll play again another time!" Amber parted ways with Yu Jin and the two at a crossroads.

Then she rushed off spiritedly towards a house.

To Yu Jin's surprise, there was a fluffy bunny doll at the entrance of Amber's house, which bounced and pounced into Amber's arms.

"Such a magical creature." Yu Jin only watched for a moment before pulling Garura and Collei away.

After a day of relaxation, Collei had clearly opened up a lot; she was now wearing a light green dress and playfully bickering with Garura ahead of her.

"It seems I do have a Talent for counseling people." Yu Jin listened to the laughter not far away, feeling a bit proud.

He was good at both protection and destruction.

"Come here, I need to tell you something." Yu Jin waved, speaking to the two Damselettes in the distance.

"What? What? Are we going out to play again tonight?" Garura ran over carelessly.

"Garura, why are you still so playful?" Collei regained her former feeling of being the elder sister.

"Tomorrow I have something to go out for. Take care of yourselves; I should be back by the afternoon." Yu Jin said casually.

Then he noticed the atmosphere visibly dampen.

Seeing both their eyes start to well up, Yu Jin exclaimed somewhat flustered:

"Hey, hey, hey, why are you looking at me so resentfully? It's not like I'm abandoning you."

"Really?" Garura was a bit uneasy.

"Really!" Yu Jin said definitively.

"Brother Yu Jin, be careful." Collei bit her lip. She had experienced more and seen more.

Yu Jin looked at Collei with some surprise, then he smiled and ruffled Collei's emerald short hair, saying:

"Looking too deeply can sometimes make you lose courage. Collei, try to look at things more lightly. It's okay to make mistakes; now you have me to back you up."

Collei's body stiffened. After a long moment, she looked up, her flushed cheeks breaking into a brilliant smile, "Then I'll rely on Brother Yu Jin from now on!"

However, this atmosphere was quickly interrupted by Garura. Garura took Yu Jin's other hand, placed it on her own head, and said:

"What about me? What about me? Does Brother Yu Jin have anything to say to me?"

Yu Jin looked at Garura rubbing his hand and patted her head helplessly:

"You don't need to change; the energetic airhead describes you perfectly."

"Ah, ah, ah! I'm not an airhead!" Garura was displeased; she didn't think she was stupid.

"But I like it very much." Yu Jin added.

Now it was Garura's turn to blush. Actually, being an airhead wasn't so bad; at least she had Brother Yu Jin protecting her.

"Hey, hey, hey! Wait for me!" Just as Garura was giggling foolishly, Yu Jin and Collei had already walked far away. She quickly shouted and followed after them.

Mondstadt City in the sunset had a few more laughs... Leaving Mondstadt City, Yu Jin shouted to Garura and Collei, who were watching him from the city wall:

"Alright, go back!"

Farewell scenes are always common. Yu Jin's shout didn't attract too much attention; at most, some people took a few extra glances because of his peculiar attire.

Yu Jin no longer looked back at Mondstadt City; his speed gradually increased. Before long, Mondstadt City behind him disappeared from sight.

Taking out the map, Yu Jin recalled Kaeya's words from yesterday.

"If possible, go easy. With two diplomats dead, Snezhnaya is already very angry."

"If too many people die this time, they might send a new Harbinger, and that would be troublesome."

"What a troublesome request." Yu Jin shook his head, but he could understand. If one is weak, one must compromise when appropriate. He didn't dislike this approach.

Along the way, Yu Jin concealed his figure, not even bothering to look at the scenery in front of him.

"Speaking of which, that big tree is a bit special. I'll check it out sometime." Although he couldn't look at the scenery in front, he didn't say he couldn't look at what was behind.

An Undead's vision is 360 degrees!

Under Yu Jin's frantic rush, it only took him two hours to run from Mondstadt to Eagle Plume Beach.

Squatting in a bush, Yu Jin looked at the somewhat lively Eagle Plume Beach in the distance.

Although he was already invisible, Yu Jin still huddled in the bush.

Because everything needs an atmosphere. For example, an assassination requires good concealment; invisibility doesn't count as concealment—this was Yu Jin's personal understanding of assassination.

Under Yu Jin's peeking, the "culprit" of the Black Fire incident was soon escorted to Eagle Plume Beach.

The "culprit" wore a heavy black overcoat, his fiery red hair not disheveled in the slightest even under these circumstances.

His hands were currently in shackles, and he was surrounded by numerous Fatui soldiers.

Their direction of travel was towards the large ship docked by the sea. It seemed Snezhnaya attached great importance to this Black Fire incident, wanting to escort the "culprit" back to his country for trial, even from thousands of miles away.

Diluc looked at the personnel distribution around him, a smile playing on his lips. This many people weren't enough for him to fight.

Ignoring Kaeya's mention of reinforcements, Diluc decided to go it alone.

He easily broke free from the shackles that had already been tampered with, and before the Fatui could react, he began his attack.

Vast black flames surged from his body, knocking down the surrounding Fatui soldiers.

"The culprit is escaping!"

"Charge! Subdue him!"

"Don't let him escape!"

As expected of a military organization that spanned Teyvat, the Fatui quickly reacted, swiftly forming up and counterattacking Diluc.

Dancing Cicins, whistling bullets, and sharp throwing knives flew towards Diluc, but they could not stop his advance.

One Fatui soldier after another was knocked down by him, but they were all only knocked unconscious; he was still aware of Mondstadt's difficulties.

Diluc rubbed his aching arm, preparing to continue the fight. Just then, a black shadow flashed past.

Diluc raised his arm, blocking the attacker's strike. The powerful force carried Diluc a long distance away.

"Indeed, I'm still not used to fighting." The Doctor looked at the standing Diluc with some emotion.

"Oh, a Delusion? Yours is of the lowest quality. Join us, you have the qualifications to become a Harbinger." The Doctor stared at Diluc with interest, directly extending an invitation.

Diluc felt the Doctor's gaze, like one studying a lab rat, and couldn't help but shiver.

He spat, saying scornfully: "Heh heh, I wouldn't even look at trash like the Fatui."

"It seems there's nothing to discuss? Truly a barbarian, who doesn't understand how to size up a situation." The Doctor's face darkened.

Two figures darted across Eagle Plume Beach, the sound of fists and feet colliding echoing throughout the entire beach.

Yu Jin looked at the already injured Diluc. He knew he couldn't watch any longer, but before that, he needed to change into a suit of armor.

"Hoo..." Diluc panted heavily, already bearing some wounds on his body.

Those were the handiwork of the Fatui soldiers in the distance. In his battle with the Doctor, he either took the Doctor's punches or the soldiers' bullets.

Clearly, he chose the latter.

"It seems I can only increase the power of the Delusion." Diluc's mouth was bitter. To lessen the burden, he had always used only the most basic functions of the Delusion.

But now was not the time to be stingy. If he didn't exert himself, he feared he would meet his end here today.

But soon, a sudden change occurred. Diluc saw a tall female figure appear behind the Doctor at some unknown point.

The Damselette was covered in full silver armor, slender and tall. Light gauze was attached to the silver armor, making her appear even more agile.

The Damselette reached out and embraced the Doctor, lifting him with one hand and placing him on her knee. The immense strength combined with the peculiar grabbing posture made it impossible for the Doctor to break free from the Damselette.

At this moment, the Doctor was like a lamb awaiting slaughter.

Then Diluc saw a curved, forked dagger appear in the Damselette's free hand.

"Splat—" Blood splattered. Yu Jin plunged the dark blade into the Doctor's waist, then he widened his eyes in shock.

This person, he had no kidneys!
