He was an Asgardian—or more accurately, someone close to Loki.
Why was he here?

Sylvie—wasn't this a female version of Loki?
Just after Thor had defeated a male Loki, now a female Loki appeared.
If Chen Xi's expression could be materialized, his forehead would surely be dotted with black lines.
"Sylvie, what do you want to do?"
