Eternal War of Light and Darkness For countless ages, Light and Darkness have clashed, tearing apart realms and drowning creation in endless chaos. No victor has ever risen, no answer has ever been found. Light and Darkness — not brothers, not allies, only eternal enemies. Their clash is endless, their reasons unknown, their secrets beyond gods and mortals alike. Amidst this war, a boy named Ming walks the world. He is not a prince, nor an heir of any great clan. His past is hidden, his future uncertain. But wherever he goes, beasts gather at his side, bonds are formed, and destinies quietly shift. And there is a Princess. Fire in her veins, warmth in her heart — and a love that ties her to Ming across countless lifetimes. Yet an unseen force bars them from ever being truly close. Life after life, they meet, they care, they love… but they are always separated. In every reincarnation, their memories are sealed. Only if they come close enough might those memories awaken — but whether that moment will ever arrive is a question even the heavens cannot answer. What is Ming’s true identity? Why do gods and clans stir whenever he walks? And in the eternal war of Light and Darkness, will love endure, or be lost forever? This is not the story of a chosen prince, nor a destined savior. This is the story of a boy whose ordinary steps lead into the heart of eternity.

Prologue – Eternal Questions

Long before memory, before kingdoms and clans, before even the flow of time could be counted, two forces stirred.

One was Light. One was Darkness.

Not brothers, not kin — only eternal opposites.

Neither bound, neither free. They clashed, they drifted apart, they clashed again. No mortal could tell why, no immortal could answer how. Their war was not one of reason, but of existence itself.

Amidst this endless struggle, a boy was born. He was not a prince of any great clan, nor the heir of a fallen empire. His identity lay hidden, like the quiet heart of a storm. His name was Ming.

And in his journey, there was a Princess. She was fire and warmth, a girl whose heart matched his own. They loved each other — not with fleeting affection, but with a bond that stretched across lifetimes.

Yet, a force older than gods wove itself between them. No matter how close their hands reached, no matter how long their eyes lingered, they could never truly stand together. Their closeness was denied, always.

So the wheel of reincarnation turned.

Life after life, they returned.

Each time, their memories were sealed, their past hidden from them.

Yet fate was cruel — when they strayed too near, when their bond grew too deep, glimpses of what was lost flickered at the edges of their souls.

Would there ever come a day when those memories awoke?

Would they finally break free of that unseen barrier?

Or would the mystery remain eternal — a question without answer, a love that could never be complete?

No one knows.

Not even the gods.

And so begins the tale of Ming — an ordinary boy who stepped into a world of clans, beasts, gods, and wars.

A tale where destiny hides in silence, and love burns brighter for being out of reach.

A tale where Light and Darkness wage eternal war — and the question of who Ming truly is remains unanswered.

Ming is introduced as a boy left alone on a mountain, training under his teacher's guidance. Silence surrounds him, yet it shapes his determination and sets the stage for his journey.
