Aira smiled nervously. "Walking?"
"You were walking in the opposite direction from me."
"H-haha. I like walking."
His eyes narrowed. "You saw me."
Aira laughed awkwardly. "Me? See you? No."
"You immediately tried to hide or run away from me."
"I wasn't trying to run or hide, Your Majesty. How could I be rude enough to do that?"
"You were standing behind your servant, and you clearly met my eyes a moment ago. Don't try to deceive me with excuses."
The emperor stared at her. Aira only smiled awkwardly. Then he suddenly grabbed her wrist.
"Come."
"Eh?"
He turned and began walking.
Aira stumbled after him. "W-wait! Where are you taking me?"
"Somewhere private."
Aira's eyes widened. Private? Her brain immediately remembered the last time they had been alone. Her face turned red.
"No!"
She dug her heels into the floor. "Your Majesty, wait!"
The emperor stopped. Aira tried to pull her hand free. "What are you doing?"
"I'm taking you somewhere."
"W-Where?"
