Watching Knox earlier was pretty cute. I liked how he was taking comfort in smelling my pillow, he always seems to be on edge trying to be perfect all the damn time.
His been my brothers little friend for a while now, unlike the others his pretty loyal and stays by my brother's little chaotic self.
The hot weather made the air feel suffocating and I hated that so I decided to take a cold shower.
After I finished my shower, I stepped out only to find Knox in here for some reasons. His face was blushed seeing that I had nothing covering my body. He hid his face from me.
"I'm sorry." He called out running out the bathroom. I couldn't help but smirked at his actions.
I wasn't embarrassed so I wonder why he was.
When I was nearly done using the bathroom I noticed that we we're out of toothpaste. I thought Dal might have some so.
I pushed open the door to his room, he and little Birdy were playing video games. Dal was losing horribly.
"Hey I lost again!" Dal gasped.
"Yo, you got some toothpaste." I requested.
Dal gazed at me then pointed to the corner of the room, where his drawer was. Knox once again avoided eye contact with me. It's was funny seeing him all flustered.

"Hey, you ready to go."
"Yep meet you there."
"Don't be late Wallace, tell Nova that too." I ended the call.
Theo Wallace, one of my longtime bestfriends, the man always had a serious face to him, which he used to scare people off as he was not too much of a people person.
To his dismay that attitude of his only made him seem more attractive to the woman and man he wanted to chase off.
We became friends when we were ground up together back in 5th grade. Him, Nova and I, we didn't really get along back then, but over time look at us now.
"Who was that?." Dal asked entering the kitchen to possibly get a snack.
"Theo." At the mention of Theo, Dal rolled his eyes. For as long as I can remember Theo and Dal have never really got a long there has always been tension between them, I didn't know why but I honestly thought they liked each other if they got to know each other.
"Who's Theo." I noticed Little Bird had entered too. I smiled upon seeing him.
"His bestfriend, his a jerk and I don't like him and... ." Dal gave his own view on Theo.
"Don't listen to him. They have some beef going on." I whispered to Knox as Dal kept on rambling about Theo.
"Oh I see."
He nods.
"It's not like you to hate someone Dal, usually you just don't give a fuck about them and pretend like they don't exist." Knox said
"Ahh." Dal gasped looking afnd by uhhed.
"Well his different."
I tilted my head. "How exactly is he different?"
"I don't know, his just the only one can make me that angry just at the mere sight of him."
"Well you figure that but I'm out."
I pass by Knox and whisper to him.
"My bedroom's unlock if you still wanted the pillow." He blushed remembering what had happened in the morning.
I laughed to myself.

"Hey!" I heard a voice calling out to me.
Nova waved me over. I had to a restaurant. We wanted to celebrate our getting accepted into college. We'd be going to different ones but we were following our dreams so the distance we had to face didn't matter.
"Wassup." I nodded to her.
Theo raised a drink at me.
"So how is it going."
"Good." I said.
"Nothing much." Then Theo.
"Ah you guys are boring. I need details."
"Haha, always for the drama aren't you Nova." I took my seat between the two of them.
"What else can I go for in my boring little."
Theo chimed in. "Maybe go for a date." He smirked while taking a sip of his drink.
"With who." Nova asked.
"I don't, with him or her choose your pick." Theo pointed at random people. One was a fair looking guy laugh with his friends, the other was a beautiful girl with long dark brown hair flowing down her torso, ink black eyes.
I seemed to recognize her though.
"Your a horrible person." She sips her drink while glaring at Theo.
"Glad you know that." Theo smiled.
They both burst out laughing light not too loudly. We continued talking until it got late into the night. By then we were walking into the. Grasshoppers singed in to the night.
"Isn't it funny how it's been so long?" Nova gazed up into the stary night sky.
"Since we we're kids, I mean."
"Yep, feels like just yesterday were talking about what it would be like to live our own lives and now where finally doing it."
They talk and I just listened, I was also thinking about the past and how we always wanted to grow up. But unlike them I want it more. The time had come and I had to go along with my plan.
"Ade you've been quiet to night." She stared in to my eyes.
"Yeah I guess I have." They both stared at me now intensely, knowing full well what I was thinking about.
"Please don't tell me your going through with it."
"I'm going through with it." I said calmly.
"Why!"
"Why?"
Nova and Theo asked in unison. I had told them what I was going to do before and they had made me think about. That was a year ago and I still hadn't changed my mind.
"You know why, you know the what, when and why."
"I thought about and I'm still on it." I explained.
"Aren't things better now?" Nova asked with her usually calm voice creaking.
She has always been the one to notice when there was something on our minds bothering us. That's who she was, she cared for the person she was close to, she has stayed by my side for a long time. I'd be lying if I said I didn't appreciate her the most.
Her and Theo are what's kept me going for this long.
"No...they aren't, it's actually getting worse."
Nova signed finally accepting the out come.
"You've always been so stubborn but I understand, we won't hold you back."
Nova glanced at Theo to make he felt the same. He did. I truly felt lucky to have such friends in myself, but it's sad I have to let them go soon.
I've put them first the longest time but I can't do that forever.
