"What kind of attitude is that? Do you look down on me?!"
In the academy's training field of Konoha Village, a cute little girl with a stern face shouted angrily.
Hiko's mouth twitched. He was helpless, even a little headache-ridden. His mind was already a storm of confusion, with no patience to deal with this feisty loli. Even if she bore the name Tsunade.
Even if she was the little princess of the Senju clan, it made no difference.

To be fair, the teacher was innocent too. At first, he had wanted to pair Tsunade with Orochimaru. But after glancing at Jiraiya, he gave up on that idea and instead put her with the odd-acting Uchiha Hiko. Who would have thought it would cause this mess?
The bad blood between Uchiha and Senju was common knowledge in Konoha.
But times were changing. The Hyuga clan had risen, and most of the hostility was directed at the Uchiha. After the First Ninja War, the Senju numbers dwindled, quietly retreating from center stage. Meanwhile, tensions grew between the Hyuga and Uchiha.
Pairing Tsunade with Hiko had been an attempt to spark some clan-born rivalry. Instead, it turned into a farce.
The teacher sighed, rubbing his forehead, watching the furious Tsunade and the disinterested Hiko.
"Tsunade, you're the Senju clan's young lady. How could I, Uchiha Hiko, dare look down on you?"
Hiko shrugged and replied calmly.
"You!!!"
Tsunade's cheeks flushed red with anger. At five years old, she couldn't see that Hiko had no interest in sparring. To her, his surrender was nothing but scorn.
If Hiko had mocked her, insulted her for being a Senju, she would have shrugged it off. The clans had always clashed in private, even if they smiled in public. But his sudden surrender cut deeper, making her believe he truly disdained her.
"Perhaps Uchiha Hiko should switch with Orochimaru?"
It was just a simple sparring class, after all. The teacher tried to find a way out.
"No!!"
The protest came not from Hiko or Orochimaru, but in unison from Tsunade and Jiraiya.
Tsunade had no interest in sparring with Orochimaru now. Her eyes were locked on Hiko. And Jiraiya, well... he only cared about Tsunade, and in second place, his cool rival Orochimaru.
The teacher groaned.
Coughing into his hand, he said, "Uchiha Hiko, why don't you just fight Tsunade once?"
This was supposed to be his perfect pairing. The clash of Uchiha and Senju was guaranteed to spark fireworks. But Hiko? He wasn't playing the script at all.
"No thanks. I'm not interested in brats."
Hiko's patience was gone. He only wanted peace and quiet, not some childish spar.
Sure, Tsunade would one day become the greatest healer in the ninja world, but right now she was just a five-year-old brat.
"Argh, you're making me furious! Uchiha Hiko, are you going to fight or not?!"
"No!!!"
"You... you're not a man!!"
"Go play somewhere else, brat."
Waving her off, Hiko had no interest in debating manhood with a blonde little girl. Even if his body was only five years old, his mind was not.

With just that, Hiko rubbed his temples, turned his back, and walked out of the field, leaving both classmates and teacher dumbfounded. He didn't even bother asking for leave. He just waved goodbye with his rear.
