"In the past six months, looks like you've been through a lot… and your strength's grown too."
Looking at his son, Bardock couldn't help but feel proud.
This kid… honestly, he's amazing.
Other than Bardock training him a little when he was younger, most of Aimo's strength came from his own hard work.
Even without a scouter, Bardock could clearly sense his power. Compared to half a year ago, Aimo had grown much stronger.
Right now, his power level had to be at least thirty million.
And Bardock could feel it—Aimo's control of Super Saiyan had reached the limit of the first stage. In other words, he was ready to master Full Power Super Saiyan.
"Kakarot ...Raditz… if you and this boy ever meet one day, what kind of scene will that be?" Bardock thought, imagining it in his mind.
He'd thought about it more than once.
Raditz and his other son Kakarot . The boy who would one day be the main character of Dragon Ball.
But compared to Aimo at this age, Kakarot couldn't even come close.
At fifteen, Kakarot on Earth barely had a few hundred in battle power. He wouldn't reach this kind of strength until much later, during the Cell era.
"Father, you're giving me too much credit. Compared to Uncle Kano and the others, I'm still behind. And compared to you, I'm not even close." Aimo spoke humbly, showing his good character.
Over the years, he had achieved a lot—but he'd never become arrogant.
He always knew where he stood. After all, he was the son of Bardock, and the Saiyan prince.
"Heh, you don't have to be so polite with me. We're father and son, just speak freely," Bardock said with a rare smile.
Hearing that, Aimo smirked in a way that reminded Bardock of Kakarot.
That grin really ran in the family.
After some small talk, Aimo explained what had happened during the past six months of his expedition.
But suddenly, his expression turned serious. Bardock immediately noticed.
"Father, there's something important I haven't told you yet."
"Hm? What is it? For you to hesitate like this, it must be serious." Bardock stopped walking.
Aimo usually only acted this way when something truly important was involved.
"Father… do you remember the Namek Balls you've been searching for all these years?"
Bardock froze. His face hardened.
"…You found something about Namek?!" His voice was sharp, his aura flaring so powerfully that Aimo started sweating just from standing near him.
Realizing he'd lost control, Bardock quickly suppressed his energy.
Aimo took a deep breath and explained.
After five long minutes, Bardock understood the situation.
During his mission against the Kayo Alliance, Aimo had stopped on a planet to rest. There, he encountered a strange, powerful Namekian. From him, Aimo learned the location of Namek.
"So, you didn't capture this Namekian or bring him back?" Bardock asked.
"If I did, it would've scared him off. Instead, I left my men to keep watch and left quietly. I also managed to learn the exact coordinates of Planet Namek," Aimo explained.
Bardock nodded, satisfied. "Good. When you don't know who's friend or foe, moving recklessly is suicide. What matters is that you found Namek's location."
For decades, Bardock had searched for Namek and the Dragon Balls, but never found a single clue. Now, at last, a lead had appeared.
If Namekians were here, then the Dragon Balls had to exist in this era too.
Aimo, holding back his curiosity, finally asked the question burning in his heart.
"Father… what's so special about Namek? Why are you so obsessed with it? You've been searching for so many years."
Bardock stayed quiet for a moment. Then he finally answered:
"There are things in this universe you can't yet imagine. The reason I search for Namek is because it holds answers I need. For you… it's still too early. If one day you cross paths with the Dragon Balls yourself, then it'll be your own destiny."
His tone grew firm. "From now on, forget about Namek. Don't pry into what I'm chasing."
He patted Aimo on the shoulder and walked past him.
The truth was too dangerous to share—not with anyone, not even his own son.
If the existence of Dragon Balls became known, and people realized they could grant any wish… it would cause chaos across the universe.
"Father…" Aimo muttered, still unsatisfied. But he couldn't push further.
"Come on. You've just returned, and your mother's waiting to see you," Bardock said, his voice calm again.
"...Alright." Aimo nodded, hiding his curiosity for now.
Aimo name Mean :- The one who always came on top and Vegetable name in planet Sadala.
Outside the palace hall
The head guard, Ress, was already waiting.
As soon as Bardock returned, Ress dropped to one knee and bowed.
"King!"
Bardock wasn't surprised. He'd long grown used to this kind of respect.
"Stand, Ress," Bardock said firmly. "I've got an important task for you."
"Yes, my King." Ress rose to his feet, waiting for orders.
"Listen carefully. I want you to investigate these coordinates. Search the galaxy around there and find if there's a living planet. But keep it quiet—no one can know what you're looking for."
Ress nodded. "Understood. Consider it done!"
Bardock gave a small nod of approval. Saiyans like Ress were rare—loyal, smart, and able to think for themselves. Most Saiyans were either all brawn or reckless fighters. Some were clever and tactical, others leaned toward science, but only a few had both brains and loyalty like Ress.
Bardock watched him leave, then looked up at the sky, his thoughts heavy.
"Finally… the Namekian sphere… it's within reach."
His chest tightened with anticipation. Still, he knew better than to rush. Being King meant eyes were always on him. If word about Namek and the Dragon Balls spread, it could cause chaos across the universe.
Having the coordinates was one thing. Actually finding Namek would take time. The universe was vast, and even crossing one galaxy was a huge task.
"…Maybe I should ask the Demon Realm for help… Ashe's power could…" He stopped himself, shaking his head.
"No. Something this important must stay hidden. I'll rely on my own people. The Dragon Balls are too special to risk exposing."
Even though Ashe had been his woman once, and they had a daughter together, Bardock couldn't bring himself to trust her with this secret. If the Dragon Balls were revealed, the whole cosmos would chase after them.
He took a deep breath and pushed the thought aside.
"Better to be patient. I've waited this long."
Turning back, Bardock walked into the palace. Originally, he had planned to take Aimo to see Celia, but he changed his mind. Aimo had just returned from battles off-world. It was better to let mother and son spend time together alone.
Celia had been waiting years for moments like this.
Inside the palace harem
This was where Celia, Bardock's wife and Queen of the Saiyans, lived.
Earlier, after Bardock left, Aimo had come here to see her. For years, he had been training and fighting across the universe, so moments like these were rare.
To the outside world, Aimo was the proud and unshakable prince—fierce in battle, merciless to enemies. But in front of his mother, he was calm and gentle, almost like a different person.
If the Saiyans who feared him saw this side, their jaws would drop.
Celia smiled at him, her eyes full of warmth.
"You'll be staying on Planet Sadala for a while, right? You're fifteen now… It's about time you started carrying more responsibility for the royal family."
Aimo's face flushed. He had always been focused only on training and fighting. He never thought much about things like this, but he knew what his mother meant.
His father had only one woman—Celia. And only one daughter and one Male child—him.
Among Saiyans, fifteen years old was the age of adulthood.
