Chapter 1 - Chapter One

"Breathe." I said softly inside of my own head.

It's not often when I'm in this situation. It's been awhile actually. Maybe a good ten years since I moved out of this lifestyle. There wasn't a day that went by when I thought about coming back into the game. Until today, now I'm in the position to where I feel the need to comeback. If I make it out of this position alive, vengeance will tear my body apart from the inside out until it is finally made. Vengeance will take over my mind and body.

My name is Rose Castro. I attend Harvard law school. Today marks my twenty-third birthday, September 7th. Today was suppose to be the opposite of what it came out to be.

My day was planned out all year long, literally. My New Years resolution was to take a trip to the Bahamas on my birthday. The cruise was already paid for. The plane ticket the Fort Lauderdale was bought. My girlfriends tickets were all bought as well. All we needed to do now, was meet up at the airport and leave. That was the plan, until it was disrupted.

I was bringing my little sisters with me. Tashala, who's fifteen years old. She's been on a couple cruises, because she lives with our Uncle. I was bringing my other sister as well, Genesis. She's not my blood sister like Tashala, but we had the same mother for awhile. She's nineteen years old now, attending Duke university.

I was going to bring my cousin, Starla. Starla and Tashala grew up together, raised by Uncle Starlin. They're like best friends, with a two year gap between them. They do nearly everything together. You'd be amazed if you saw how devastated Starla was when Tashala graduated. She couldn't stand the fact they had to be in separate schools, even if it was just a couple years.

I was bringing my best friend, Natalie. She's only two years younger than me, we both go to Harvard together. She was born rich, off drug money. Her parents were millionaires from the game. Her little brother is a hell of a character as well, S.J.

Sincere Jr. is the nineteen year old superstar quarterback for Ucla. He's only a sophomore and already talks about going into the NFL draft. I told him to finish school, but of course he isn't going to listen. I consider both Natalie and Sincere family.

The last of the people I was going to bring with me that I consider family, was my favorite triplets in the world. Callie, Princess, and Tasha, all fifteen year old girls. Tashala got her bad attitude from then, they're terrible influence on her if you ask me. But I consider their father as my Uncle and their mother as my Aunt, so family is family. We can't separate from each other, we've already been through hell with each other.

My friends Rene, Terra, and Kasey were all coming as well. We all graduated high school together. We've been best friends since freshman year. We played basketball together, flag football together, baseball together, and now we're all becoming successful together.

Lastly, my boyfriend Darion. He's the twenty seven year old brilliant, overindulgent, ingenious, overly rich, womanizer that I met before the homecoming game. Darion went to Harvard, he quit school after making a billion dollar militant device. Darion was known for being such a genius with his creativity, so he decided to get millions from it.

He created what's known now as glue gloves. Allows you to climb anything you like with them on. The magnets will stick to any solid in the world. Darion made it to where the electro magnets inside the gloves, stick to the solids atoms. Did I mention that he was a genius?

After creating the glue gloves, he went beyond waters with his creativity. Ray guns, water tanks, wireless oxygen tanks, the damn guy could get us to Jupiter if he attempted. That's what makes him the multibillionaire he is now, his determination.

Darion's intelligibility gave him a Nobel Peace Prize. It earned him hundreds of billions of dollars. Made him the richest man in his country. Lastly, he made the United States of America the most powerful militia in the world.

"What are you doing out here alone at this time? How more crazy could you get?" The billionaire said as he approached me.

I was walking alone, headphones loud on my ears. The bonfire smoke from back at the campus was still visual, so I wasn't too far away. My dormitory was still nearby, I just figured a little alone time would be great since my roommate was pissy ass drunk.

She was the only person I considered as my friend on campus, besides my professors. Everyone in my class literally hated me. They couldn't stand how I raised my hand for every question, or just bluntly blurted the answer out. But my mother taught me to never show mercy towards something I can easily destroy and every question in class, I could easily answer.

He tapped my shoulder softly, of course I couldn't help but jump. He frightened the hell out of me when he touched me. The soft touch did nothing other than grab my attention, it grabbed my attention to the point I nearly punched him in his chest.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" I said as I turned the volume of my music down.

"I said what are you doing out here at this time alone? What if someone attempted to grab you and kill you?" He replied.

I smiled. "Somebody like you?"

"Don't you think I would had done that before I spoke to you?" He smiled back.

"I don't know, crazy people do anything. You seem like a lunatic to me." I said, then continued to walk my path.

"I don't think having a body on my hands is very smart."

"I don't think anybody having a body on them is very smart."

"Good thing we don't have any on us, right?"

"I do, quite a few actually."

He was walking with me now. The fact that this guy just walked up to me and started a conversation amused me. But the fact that he showed no emotion to me admitting that I had killed people before frightened me, maybe he thought I was joking.

"I'm Darion." He said through his loud breathing, it was cold outside early that year. Late August, the temperature dropped unexpectedly. I could see each breath he took.

"Like Darion Waters?" I said, speaking of the worldwide icon.

"Very much like Darion Waters."

I stopped walking immediately, it was nearly impossible in my mind that Darion Waters was speaking to me. But with everything I've been through, this could actually be true. He walked in front of me and took off his hood.

It only took me a few seconds to verify him as the real Darion Waters. My jaw dropped and eyes widened. The moment seemed to improbable to me. He spoke, because I was beyond speechless.

"Never seen a billionaire before?" He said, I recognized the white smile he supplied. It was always all over her television.

"No, I haven't."

"Well ain't this something."

"My name is Rose, Rose Castro."

"Pleasure to meet you sweetie." He offered me his hand to shake.

The state of amazement surrounded my body, but at the same time I was afraid. What I was afraid of? I have no idea, but the feeling pleased me so damn much. It was like a child seeing a clown for the first time in person, scared shitless but unaware of the excitement.

"Pleasure to meet you Mr. Waters." I finally shook his hand.

"Please, just call me Darion."

"Okay, Darion."

"So Rose, where you headed?"

"My dorm." I lied.

"Your in a dorm?" He laughed softly. "You want to come with me to a hotel?"

I see now, he thinks since he has money for my next few generations of children he can just hit and run on me. I smiled and looked down at the concrete below me. I didn't want to make my next reply too rude, so I thought about the reply just a tab longer.

"Fuck off, bitch." I didn't think long off.

I pushed him to the side and matched by way pass him. Do I look like I have stupid written on my forehead? I must do to him if he thought I was going to just crawl into his arms. Yet, just seconds later I found myself in his arms.

He grabbed my arm and yanked me back by my waist with his other hand. I tried to push his arm away, but his grip was so strong. I could feel the strength of his muscles as he pulled me into him. He held my waist with one arm as he held my hand with the other.

"You really think I'll let you speak to me like that and walk away?" He said softly, he held me so firmly.

"You must think money can buy my pussy?"

"Money buys everything."

"Then I wish I had it so I could buy you away from me!"

I felt his hand rub up my back, then softly back down. He gripped my ass tightly and pulled me even more into his chest. His body temperature pleased me, it pleased me too much for my liking.

"Who taught you how to grab a woman like this?" I said softly.

"I had no family growing up, so I taught myself."

"Where was your family?"

"Dead."

He felt on me more, hitting spots that caused shocks to go through my body. I was wet, he made me wet and I regretted it greatly. I squeezed his shirt as he rubbed every spot below the belt.

"Let me go."

"I can tell you don't want that."

"Your an asshole. A rich ass asshole."

"You have no idea." He said before pressing his lips against mine.

That kiss, was the first kiss for many more to come. I knew that the guy was a womanizer. I knew that he used his money to get anything he wanted. I knew he wanted to do that with me. But I didn't know I would fall for him, I didn't know I would love his personality. I didn't know I could change his life forever.
