Chapter 32 - chapter 29

'Panlee, where are you now?'

'I'm driving out of the house. I had to go back to switch cars.'

'Huh?... Where did you go? Why did you need to go back to switch cars?'

'I just dropped Saggy Cheek off at the airport. He wanted to pick up P'Fah...'

'...'

'I used P'Fah's car for the trip there.'

'...'

'So, I had to come back to switch to your car, Glai.'

'Oh, I see...'

'...'

'In that case, you don't need to come back to pick me up. Just head straight to the book fair. I'll take a taxi there myself.'

'Are you sure, Glai?'

'Yes, Puppy... It'll save time.'

'Alright, if you say so.'

'Great... Just don't forget to send me the license plate number of the taxi once you get in.'

'Got it.'

'See you at the event.'

The conversation between Glai and Panlee played on repeat in Glai's mind as he got out of the pink taxi. Glancing at his watch, he headed into the bustling book fair. His almond-shaped eyes scanned the surroundings, taking in the lively atmosphere.

Glai loved this book fair, especially because it was held in such an open and airy venue. and the evening atmosphere as the sun was setting made it feel even warmer. He wandered among the booths, observing with a smile the little moments, employees chatting cheerfully with readers, someone quietly caressing a book before pulling out their wallet, or another person showing a book to their companion as though recommending a favorite. These scenes brought a sense of joy to a book lover like him. While waiting for Panlee, Glai walked through the booths, picking up a few books. He soon stopped at a publishing house's booth.

"This one's really good, I highly recommend it," said a staff member as she approached him.

Glai smiled softly and looked at the book titled 'A Piece of the Moon'.

"I've seen reviews for this before. I've been meaning to buy it but haven't had the chance. It's nice to come across it here..." He picked up the book with the crescent moon on its cover. "...Where do I pay?"

"Right this way, please," she replied.

Glai followed her to the payment queue, bowing his head slightly in thanks. While counting the people ahead of him, his phone buzzed, grabbing his attention. Seeing 'My Moon' as the caller ID, Glai smiled faintly and picked up.

"Yes, Puppy?"

[Glai, the traffic's insane right now.]

Glai smiled when he heard Puppy say irritably. "Take it easy, Puppy."

[You've been at the book fair for a while now, haven't you?]

"Not really, just got here."

[I'm so sorry... I should've arrived first. Now you're stuck walking around alone.]

"No need to apologize, Puppy..."

[...]

"Did you know I walk around this book fair alone almost every year?"

[...]

"I never feel lonely... Wandering and browsing through books is so relaxing."

[Well, I believe it. Your voice sounds so happy. If I hadn't called, you probably would've forgotten all about me while looking at books.]

Glai chuckled softly, realizing there was some truth in Panlee's playful words. Books had always been a world he could lose himself in.

But 'this moon' is just as important as his preferences..

No matter what world he found himself in, every world would always have 'this moon'.

"How could I ever forget my date?"

[...]

"If I did, I'd be the worst."

The voice on the other end laughed before saying, [Even if you were the worst, I'd still love you.]

"Can you tone it down a bit, Puppy? You're making me fall for you even more."

[How much do you love me right now, Glai?]

Blushing at the question, Glai handed the book to the cashier, nodding lightly in response to her question about only purchasing one book. The Puppy's bold words left him flustered, especially in public, but he knew he couldn't ignore the question. Panlee had never dodged any of Glai's questions, no matter who he was with or where he was.

Every reply was always honest and heartfelt.

That was how Glai knew...

No matter who was watching...

It doesn't matter as much as the feelings of the one we love.

"More than Panlee, more than Glai... more than the two of us combined."

[You're getting cheekier every day...]

Glai chuckled softly, shifting his phone to rest against his shoulder so he could free up a hand to pay. He handed the money to the cashier, saying, "No need for a bag, I brought a fabric bag."

"Got it. Thank you for not using a bag,"

"Yes..."

The customer nodded while giving the other person a smile before taking the book and placing it into a white fabric bag. Glai used his other hand to hold the phone again and asked the big puppy as he walked out of the book booth.

"Where are you now, Puppy?"

[Almost there.]

"Okay..."

[Did you buy a lot of books?]

"A few."

[Keep track of the total, and I'll take care of it later.]

"No need! I'll handle it myself."

[And whose lover are you, Glai?]

Glai smiled and shook his head slightly. "Yours, Panlee."

[Exactly. That's why you shouldn't have to spend your own money.]

Glai laughed softly. "You're too much, Puppy."

[We'll see each other inside. Let me find parking first.]

"Alright..."

[...]

"Panlee?"

[Yes?]

"I'll go wait by the stage," Glai said, glancing toward a small stage where a singer was chatting with the audience. "...The live music is about to start."

[Okay.]

After hanging up, Glai walked across the grassy area near the stage. He stopped at a reasonable distance before sitting down on the grass like many others waiting for the music to begin. He scanned his surroundings, smiling gently as he observed the mix of people, some sitting alone, others with friends, and some with their loved ones. ooked up at the sky that was painted with darker colors after the sun had set. But the soft yellow moon and the small yellow lights twinkling like stars on the big tree made this night escape from the darkness...

And, just like that, Glai felt freed from his own dark past.

The music began to play.

"You're there, standing beside me. I never even dreamed of finding you among the millions in this city, without having to search for anyone... now that you've claimed me."

When his moon appeared...

When Panlee sat down beside him...

When the person next to him smiled his way...

"I was once just another person in this lonely city, invisible to everyone. But then you came and claimed my heart, painting my room in colors more beautiful than any place I'd ever find."

"Did you wait long?"

"Not at all. You got here just in time."

Panlee's bright smile lit up the moment as he reached over to take Glai's hand. Their eyes met amidst the love song playing in the background, and as they smiled at one another, Glai thought...

"Oh, time seems to stand still. This city no longer feels lonely, now that I have you."

Glai tilted his head, resting it on Panlee's broad shoulder while watching the singer perform. Panlee's hand left his and instead wrapped gently around Glai's shoulders, his fingers lightly stroking him in a comforting rhythm.

"If one day something makes us misunderstand each other, I want to say this, If I'm wrong, I'm sorry."

As the song continued, Panlee's hand shifted lower to wrap around Glai's waist.

"I'll hold you close, never letting you go. Because this isn't just a dream. Ever since you came into my heart, I've stopped searching for anyone else... now that you've claimed me."

Glai smiled, thinking to himself...

Books, art, music,

And 'lover' are the best encouragement

🌙🌙🌙

"And then Teerak went to see P'Fah?"

The little one dressed in a white shirt and shorts asked as he straddled on the sturdy lap. Panlee nodded slightly, moving both hands to gently hold the curve of his waist.

"Yes... they were hugging in the middle of the airport. I secretly watched them."

"..."

"When I saw that, I decided to leave because I figured they'd definitely go back together."

"..."

"Saggy Cheek probably doesn't care about me anymore..."

Glaijai laughed until his eyes turned into crescents, then kissed his lips lightly as if to console him. "Oh, my poor little puppy, abandoned and heartbroken."

"See how pitiful I am? You have to comfort me a lot, Glai."

"There, there, puppy... I'll make you some yogurt to cheer you up."

Hearing Glaijai's words, Panlee pretended to faint, leaning his head against the sofa and closing his eyes. However, a smile slipped out when he heard the little one's delighted laughter. Panlee kept his eyes closed until a soft whisper brushed against his ear.

"What does Glai have to do to wake this little puppy up?"

Panlee smiled while keeping his eyes closed, touching his index finger to his lips before saying, "A kiss."

"I knew it..."

At Glaijai's gentle words, his soft lips brushed lightly against Panlee's, their sweet kiss coaxing him to slowly open his eyes. Glaijai pulled back, smiling sweetly at him.

Damn it!

My heart was never mine to begin with!

"Can I faint one more time?"

"Sure, but this time, you'll stay out cold for a long while."

"..."

"Because I won't kiss you again."

"Are you sure you kissed me earlier?"

Glaijai burst out laughing before lightly punching Panlee's chest. "Puppy!"

"What? Did I say something wrong, Glai? Because earlier, that wasn't a kiss."

"..."

"That was a kiss just now..."

"I'm not arguing with you, Puppy."

Panlee chuckled and said, "Okay, okay, I'll stop teasing."

"...But let's change the subject so my little rascal here can take a break from blushing."

"Alright, let's talk about Teerak then." Glaijai said, cupping Panlee's face in his hands before continuing, "So, are Teerak and P'Fah dating yet, Puppy?"

"Not yet, I think. Saggy Cheek plans to court P'Fah first."

"Courting P'Fah? ...Weren't they already flirting with each other this whole time?"

"Up until now, it's always been P'Fah subtly flirting. So Teerak wants to take the lead and make P'Fah happy for a change."

Glaijai smiled softly and said, "Teerak is really sweet... Knowing P'Fah already likes him but still wanting to put in the effort to court him."

"..."

"Honestly, Teerak could just start dating P'Fah right away."

"..."

"I think that kind of relationship is so cute."

"Does it remind you of us?" Panlee asked with a grin.

Glaijai nodded eagerly. "Yes."

"What you find cute, Glai... is when we focus on nothing else but the person we love."

"..."

"We don't care if others understand our relationship or not."

"..."

"We don't care about anyone else's opinions."

"..."

"We only care about the feelings of the one we love."

"..."

"There's nothing clearer than the smile of the one we love."

"..."

"Just making them smile makes everything crystal clear."

"..."

"Clear that we love each other."

Glaijai smiled and said, "I love my Puppy so much."

"Even if I say everything is clear, I'm still waiting, you know."

"..."

"...Waiting for you to officially make me your boyfriend so I can proudly show off to everyone for once."

The little on Panlee's lap laughed and said, "Do you know what I'm waiting for, Panlee?"

"I don't know... What are you waiting for, Glai?"

"I'm waiting for Panlee to eat my yogurt first."

"Go get it! I'll finish the whole tub."

GlaiJai burst out laughing, releasing Panlee's face and wrapping his arms around his neck instead. He rested his chin on Panlee's shoulder and said with a grin, "I'm not that mean."

"..."

"But just wait a bit longer, puppy. It won't be long. I've prepared everything. I'm just waiting for the right time."

"I'll wait," Panlee replied, pausing briefly before lifting GlaiJai's shirt with one hand and sliding it into his shorts to grab his round butt. "But once we're officially together, I won't wait anymore."

"Puppy~... Take your hand off."

Panlee chuckled deeply but didn't remove his hand from GlaiJai's shorts. Glai Jai broke the hug, glaring at him. Panlee bit his lip slightly, an idea forming in his mind.

"I've figured out what makes yogurt taste even better," Panlee said, locking his gaze onto GlaiJai's eyes while squeezing his butt.

"..."

"Yogurt is best paired with fruit."

"..."

"But only with Glai Jai's fruit."

"You cheeky puppy! You're getting bolder."

Panlee laughed loudly, finally making the normally mischievous GlaiJai blush. Glai often left him flustered, but now it was his turn to strike back. Panlee smirked, leaning closer to him, whose cheeks turned a deeper shade of red. Panlee chuckled softly, finding the sight of GlaiJai blushing utterly adorable.

Knock, knock.

The sound of knocking broke their moment. Panlee stopped everything and turned toward the large door. He frowned slightly as GlaiJai climbed off his lap. When the little one moved to answer the door, Panlee grabbed his wrist.

"It's late. Let me get it."

"..."

"You stay here, Khun Glai..."

Standing to his full height, Panlee released GlaiJai's hand and strode to the door. He opened it quickly, eager to see who dared to disturb them at such an hour. However, when he saw the person standing on the other side of the door, Panlee wanted to push the door shut without fear of being rude, but he couldn't do that because his hellish friends quickly helped support it with their hands.

"What the hell are you guys doing here?"

"We're here to watch the match with you."

"No, I'm not watching that match."

"Come on, Panlee! You can't just hole up in GlaiJai's room all day," Boss said, his tone serious.

"Yeah, you need to spend time with your friends," Ne added.

"Right, and give GlaiJai some space," Wit chimed in.

"Exactly! You've got to let him breathe," Peh nodded in agreement.

Panlee raised a hand to stop Peh, who looked ready to add more. "Enough! You idiots!"

"..."

"Go home. I'm spending time with..."

"Who is it, puppy?" Glai Jai's voice rang out behind him.

"It's Boss... It's Boss, Glai"

"And Ne, president of the '100 Baht A Day Association'!"

"I'm Peh, the one you met at the open house."

"I'm Wit! The one you've never met!"

Smack!

"Idiot! Don't introduce yourself like that, you'll confuse him," Peh scolded Wit before smiling warmly at GlaiJai, who had appeared at the door.

"And I..." A friend pushed to the front and grinned at GlaiJai. "I'm Joke. And I'm single."

Smack!

"You bastard!" Panlee not only scolded him but slapped Joke's mouth.

"Ow! Why'd you hit me? It's true!"

"Don't go advertising your single status to my boyfriend. He doesn't care!"

Panlee glared at his group of over-prepared friends, who were armed with horns, team banners, and boundless enthusiasm. He thought that he had to chase them away as soon as possible, otherwise...

"Are you all here to watch the match in my room?" Glai asked.

"Yes!"

"That's right!"

"Is it okay with you, Glai? We just want to watch with Panlee," Boss added. The night would no longer be peaceful.

"Khun Glai..."

Panlee said before turning to look at the person beside him. The little one who held the upper hand because he was the owner of the room turned to smile at him. He stood with his arms crossed, looking at him and Boss alternately. Right now, GlaiJai bit his lip slightly while looking at him, before he reached into the room as a sign of permission.

"...I'll allow it. Cheer for your team as much as you like."

"Yay~"

"Yes, Khun Glai..."

Panlee stammered as he glanced at the little one standing with arms crossed, smiling like a victor. GlaiJai stepped back slightly to make room for Panlee's friends to enter the room. His narrow, almond-shaped eyes blinked as he watched one after another pass by. When the last friend, Joke, stepped out of the area where the two of them were standing and making eye contact, the mischievous one stepped forward and stood facing him. Before one of his slender hands moved to lightly stroke his cheek, he said in a soft voice....

"If you're so eager to eat peaches, puppy... you'll have to meet Glai's revenge like this."

With that, Glai walked back into the room. Panlee tried to compose himself as he closed the large door, shaking his head and thinking... Who told you to be naughty with your own wife!

Remember this, puppy... remember it in your head that you shouldn't be naughty with GlaiJai again...

🌙🌙🌙

"This bouquet..."

"Wit, don't touch it!"

"And what plant is this?"

"Peh, don't touch Glai's plants!"

"Is this real..."

"Joke, stay away from Glai's desk!"

"This popcorn is amazing..."

"Boss! That's mine!"

Glai chuckled as he stood by the microwave, watching the big puppy bark orders at his friends, who wandered around the room. The jealous guy sitting on the sofa raised his hand to wipe his face before letting out a big sigh.

Ding!

The microwave beeped, signalling that Panlee's popcorn was ready. Glai turned to retrieve the bag, pouring it into a large bowl. Earlier, he had prepared popcorn for Boss, who had claimed to be starving. Not wanting Panlee to feel left out, Glai made some for him too.

"If you don't sit still, I'm kicking all of you out!"

"Alright, alright, we'll behave!"

"Wit, stop touching the flowers. Peh, sit down already," Boss called, dropping to the floor in front of the TV since Panlee fiercely guarded the sofa. Everyone obediently took their places on the floor.

"Joke, sit over here," Ne said, patting the floor next to him.

Glai smiled as he carried the bowl of popcorn to Panlee. Panlee's friends who tried to organize themselves made Glai feel fond of them, so he smiled at everyone who was waiting to watch the football match, and the big puppy's friends smiled back. At this moment, a large pillow flew up and hit Joke's head hard.

"Joke! Not in front of me, you jerk!"

"What, Lee? I just smiled at Glai!"

"Exactly. And you shouldn't have."

Glai shook his head, laughing softly as he placed the popcorn on the coffee table. The overly possessive Panlee looked up at him with pleading eyes.

"Khun Glai... can you send them away?"

"..."

"Just a little longer... really, just a little longer..."

"..."

"I'm going to lose it soon."

Glai burst out laughing before replying, "Puppy... calm down, okay?"

"How am I supposed to calm down, Khun Glai? I know they're here just to mess with me."

"..."

The puppy wrapped his arms around Glai's waist, giving him a pitiful look. "And you went and allowed them to watch the match here... you played right into their hands."

Glai smiled gently, placing both hands on either side of Panlee's face before speaking honestly. "Puppy, it's not about getting even with you."

"..."

"I just wanted you to spend time with your friends like you used to."

"..."

"They must really miss you to come all the way here."

"..."

"Yeah, we missed you so much, Lee!"

"Shut up, you idiots... I know you just wanted to see me lose it."

Panlee's words sent everyone into laughter. Even Glai couldn't help but smile along. Seeing this, Panlee pulled Glai onto his lap.

"You enjoy this, don't you? Seeing me like this makes you happy."

Glai smiled as he made eye contact with the owner of the strong lap and thought...The reason he allowed Panlee's friends to watch football in his room was because he wanted him to spend time with his friends like before, and Glai also wanted to be a part of Panlee and his friends. Looking ahead, Glai hoped for a future where he, Panlee, and his friends could coexist harmoniously. Knowing how much Panlee valued his friendships, Glai understood that getting along with them was crucial. Moreover, he didn't want to be the only source of happiness in Panlee's life.

"Panlee..." Glai said, cupping the other person's face before planting a kiss on his lips.

"Whatever you used to do with your friends, I still want you to keep doing it. Just include me in it too."

"..."

"Do you understand what I mean, puppy?"

The listener nodded slightly while looking between him and the friends seated on the floor. "I understand."

"So, stop being upset, stop being possessive, and enjoy cheering for the game with your friends, okay?"

"And where are you going, Khun Glai?" Panlee asked as Glai started to move off his lap.

"I'm going to study for a bit since I have a quiz the day after tomorrow."

"In that case, I think we should move to Ne's place to watch the game so we don't bother you."

"It's really fine, I'm completely okay." Glai said, standing up to his full height. He then turned to Panlee's friends, who were seated in front of the TV.

"Have fun watching the game, everyone. I'll go study in my room."

"..."

"And also..." Glai turned back to Panlee, who hadn't taken his eyes off him. Glai smiled and added,

"...you can all sit on the couch now. I don't think Panlee will mind anymore."

"Glai... You can study out here with Panlee too," one of the friends said.

"Yeah, we won't sit on the couch. This spot is good for us," another chimed in.

"See? Peh brought the air horn just as a prop. He doesn't plan to blow it," someone else added with a grin.

"We'll cheer as quietly as possible so we don't disturb Glai," they all assured him.

Glai couldn't help but laugh at how considerate the group was. He glanced at Panlee, who nodded at his friends with a subtle smile, then looked up at Glai to say, "Even though they're chaotic sometimes, they're good friends."

"Man, I'm gonna cry," one of them joked.

"Would Panlee ever say something like this if we weren't at Glai's place?"

"Right? We have to thank Glai for this, making that loudmouth actually say something nice about us."

"Only this one time, jerks!" Panlee shot back, making everyone laugh, including Glai, who was looking at him warmly. Panlee reached out and held Glai's hand. Glai raised an eyebrow in question.

"What do you want now, puppy?"

"Would you sit and study with me?"

Glai could never resist Panlee's pleading tone. Smiling, he nodded. "Sure... I'll bring my books over here."

Panlee's grin widened as he helped Glai settle on the couch again. He stood up and quickly walked over to Glai's desk. Turning back, Panlee asked, "What subject, Khun Glai?"

"AL236."

"Need help finding it?"

"Shut up and sit still, Joke," Wit snapped, grinning at Glai as Panlee rummaged around.

"Found it! Is this the one?" Panlee held up an orange book.

"Yeah, that's the one!" Glai confirmed with a nod.

Panlee brought the book back and handed it to him. Glai couldn't help but smile widely when he saw the bright smile and cheerful eyes of the other person. It seemed Panlee really wanted him to be with him while cheering for the football....

"Everyone, cheer normally. I can still focus on studying," Glai reassured them.

"Got it~"

"Khun Glai..."

"Yes?"

When Glai turned toward the voice, Panlee was smiling at him with an expression Glai had never seen before. It was filled with a deep, genuine warmth.

"Thank you."

"..."

"Thank you for being a part of us."

Glai smiled back. "You don't need to thank me, Panlee. It's the little things we should do for each other."

"No one's better than my GlaiJai," Panlee said softly.

Glai burst out laughing, then laid down on the long couch, resting his head on Panlee's lap. With the book on his chest, he flipped it open and began studying. His sharp eyes drifted momentarily from the text to glance up at the large hand stroking his hair.

Panlee smiled down at him, softly whispering, "I love you."

Glai pressed his lips together to suppress a grin and whispered back, "Puppy... I need to concentrate."

The big puppy laughed heartily and nodded. "Okay, I won't disturb you, Khun Glai."

Glai returned to paying attention to the book in front of him. When he regained his focus, he began to immerse himself in the content of the book. Even though there was the sound of the football commentary from the TV and the cheers from Panlee and his friends, that didn't distract him at all. Normally, he could read books anywhere and anytime. It didn't have to be in a place without noise.

However, at first he decided to go into his bedroom to read because he was afraid that everyone would be too considerate to cheer. And if that happened, it would make everyone have less fun.

"Is it going in... is it going in?"

"It's in!"

"Yeah~"

"It went in!"

"That's how it's done!"

At that moment, Glai shifted his gaze away from the book and looked up at the person whose lap he was lying on. Panlee was laughing joyfully with his friends, while Boss stood up to high-five him in celebration. The lively atmosphere made Glai unconsciously break into a wide smile.

Panlee turned his attention away from the TV and glanced down at Glai. A bright smile appeared on his face as he reached out, took Glai's hand, and kissed it with an audible smack before softly whispering...

"Puppy feels so happy~"

Glai chuckled softly and asked, "Didn't you tell your friends earlier that you weren't watching this match?"

"That was just me bragging," Panlee replied with a cheeky grin. "I just wanted to spend time alone with you."

Glai laughed as he looked at the big pup smiling so brightly, thinking to himself, I like seeing him this happy. At the same time, he probably likes that I try to understand what he loves. Even if I don't fully understand it yet... I'll do my best to learn.

🌙🌙🌙

"Lift your head a little more," Panlee said gently.

"Okay..."

The little one, wrapping his arms around Panlee's torso, lifted his head slightly. Panlee placed one hand at the back of Glai's neck while letting warm water flow from the showerhead over Glai's soft brown hair.

After Panlee and his friends finished cheering for the football, GlaiJai complained that he was sticky and wanted to take another shower. So Panlee begged to take a shower with him. Because GlaiJai couldn't stand the puppy's clinging, he allowed it.

Panli looked at the little one who was looking up while hugging him. As soon as the warm water poured over his head, a large amount of white foam gradually disappeared, but the fragrance of the shampoo still lingered on his brown hair. The tall man bit his lip slightly as he looked at the sweet face, and then his gaze travelled down to the tip of his stubborn nose, the thin red lips, and the smooth white neck. At this moment, Panlee wanted to charge him a little for washing his hair...

He leaned in closer and planted a soft kiss on the side of Glai's neck. Then, without pulling away too far, he brushed his lips over Glai's rosy lips.

Smooch.

"Puppy~... I told you not to do that," Glai protested lightly.

Panlee, who couldn't help but smile, placed another quick kiss on the tip of Glai's nose. "You still have some soap left in your hair," he said playfully, running his fingers over the back of Glai's neck. Then, unable to resist, he kissed Glai again.

Smooch.

Glai smiled, shaking his head. "You really don't listen, do you?"

Smooch.

If Panlee had listened, he wouldn't have been able to kiss Glai again.

Smooch.

And again.

Smooch.

Until Glai finally broke into a laugh.

Panlee, now beaming, gave Glai several small kisses on his soft lips. The repeated sound of smooch, smooch made them both laugh.

"Don't lift your head just yet, okay? I'm not done rinsing the soap out," Panlee teased.

"If I stay like this, you're just going to keep messing with me," Glai replied with a playful sigh.

"I promise I won't," Panlee said with a smile, gently brushing Glai's hair. He leaned down for one last kiss and whispered, "All done."

"Alright~," Glai said, finally letting go and pulling back slightly.

"..."

"Thanks, puppy."

"Can't you change that 'thank you' into something else?" Panlee teased.

"Nope, because you've already collected your payment in kisses," Glai quipped.

Panlee grinned. "Maybe I should've kissed you a bit more then..."

"Enough, puppy!"

"Okay, okay~," Panlee replied, laughing. He moved the showerhead to rinse Glai's shoulders and gently ran his hand over Glai's smooth skin. "Come on, let me clean your back."

Glai nodded and turned to face the tiled wall, placing his hands flat against the cool surface. The warm water flowed over his body as Panlee's strong hands softly ran across his back, careful and gentle. The tall man began to move closer, before their bodies became as close as if they were the same person. Glai lowered his eyes to look at the shower head that had fallen to the floor, the warm water flowed to touch the tips of his feet.

Panlee hugged him from behind, both thick arms tightly wrapped around his waist, before his hot lips lightly touched his shoulders. Glai turned his neck to look at the owner of the loud breathing sound beside his ear. It was at this moment that Glai saw the eyes of the hunter again. The wet blonde hair fell down to cover Panlee's face slightly. Glai swallowed with difficulty when the sharp teeth bit his shoulder lightly.

"Excited again?"

"..."

One thick hand moved up to place on his chest. "My heart is beating so fast..."

"Oh, puppy... I have a morning class tomorrow."

"..."

"No way... I'm going to be so tired that I won't be able to wake up."

Panlee laughed in his throat before saying, "You're getting carried away again."

"Panlee, you're going to get it..."

"..."

"I know what you're thinking, puppy."

Panlee laughed happily before saying, "What am I thinking?"

"Panlee is thinking to eat me..."

"Nonsense."

"..."

"Panlee doesn't want to eat you whole."

"..."

"Panlee just wants to eat a peach..."

As soon as Glai heard Panlee's words, his body temperature quickly rose. He took a deep breath and placed one hand on his left chest to comfort his heart that was beating like a drum. The other's contented chuckle made his heart beat even faster.

"..."

"Can I have some peaches?"

"..."

"Just a little... I promise."

Glai turned his neck to look at the tall person again. Their eyes met in the humid heat. There was no lust in the other's eyes. Glai only saw his eyes, begging for his love. Panlee revealed a faint smile before pressing his lips to his shoulder.

Panlee made Glai believe that... if he refused the request this time, he would be ready to stop. Every action was understood. Even though Panlee needed him so much. It must be because he had never thought of taking advantage of him even once. Glai decided to speak out...

"Just a little, puppy..."

Panlee smiled before nodding. "Okay."

Glai didn't know what Panlee meant by 'eating a peach'. But all he did was trust his lover. And as soon as Glai gave permission, the thick arms hugging him began to loosen. Both thick hands moved to grab his waist.

Glai bit his lip when the hot lips touched the back of his neck. He lowered his head slightly as his light-colored eyelids slowly closed. Both slender hands rested on the tiles again. The little one unintentionally arched his body when the hot lips traced to the middle of his back. Glai felt the suction from the jagged lips. Panlee pressed his lips on the clean white skin and carefully kissed all over the thin back.

Glai bit his own lips hard when Panlee's tongue went up to lick along the groove of his hips and he accidentally held his breath when the other person pressed his lips on his round butts.

"Ah! Puppy..."

But at this moment, Glai let out a shrill cry because the sharp teeth dug into that area hard, as if he wanted to bite it until his fangs were sunk. However, when the other person pulled out his sharp teeth, he pressed a kiss to comfort him.

"..."

"Glai hurts..."

"I'm sorry... Puppy's fangs are a bit too much." Glai groaned in his throat to calm himself down a little before letting the puppy play with his peach to his heart's content. Panlee bit and sucked the flesh to break through the groove. He didn't want to believe that such a small action would affect his respiratory system.

But Glai had to believe it because every time the tip of his tongue lightly dragged the inside along the groove of his hips, this touch would make it hard to breathe. And as if Panlee knew that his lust was about to surge uncontrollably, he stopped all his actions and stood up to his full height. He hugged him from behind as before.

Before lightly kissing his shoulder, Glai secretly sighed and thanked the other person for stopping everything before something woke up. The tall person hugged him tighter before whispering...

"Just a little...as promised."

Glai turned his neck to look at the owner of the warm embrace before saying, "Thank you for keeping your promise, puppy...otherwise, Glai would have been in trouble."

Panlee laughed in his throat, "If this keeps up... I'll be in trouble too."

Glai laughed at Panlee's words, then turned to face him directly. Panlee kept his arms wrapped around Glai, holding him close. Glai's slender hands reached up to cradle Panlee's mischievously handsome face.

"What should I do..."

"..."

"Glai has never been tough with this puppy."

Panlee chuckled and leaned in to press a quick kiss on Glai's lips. "With the way this puppy begs, there's no way you can resist, Glai."

Glai scrunched his nose playfully at the big pup, who wore an irresistibly cheeky expression. He then stood on tiptoe to reach higher and planted a soft kiss on

Panlee's well-shaped lips. "You're so adorable..."

The taller man, delighted by the kiss, laughed softly. Panlee leaned down, resting his forehead against Glai's. Glai smiled, locking eyes with him. In this moment...

Our eyes meet.

We hugged each other

And we...

"I love you."

"I love you too."

... confessed our love.

"Puppy, there are more marks than I expected,"

'The 'puppy' lying on the bed, chuckled softly before replying, "Just a little, though..."

After coming back from the bathroom, Glai sat down beside the taller man. He had already known there would be marks left on his body but hadn't expected there to be so many. Glai could still remember his expression when he saw the red bruises through the reflection in the mirror very well.

Glai widened his eyes and opened his mouth wide..

"You're unbelievable, Puppy."

"The mark on the peach is darker than the others, right?"

Glai pressed his lips together and nodded. "Yeah... there are even bite marks." Panlee laughed, clearly pleased, as he shifted closer and wrapped his arms around Glai's waist. He rested his head on Glai's lap as he always did.

"Because this puppy is fierce~"

"Do you want me to take you to the temple and leave you there?"

Panlee burst into laughter before responding, "You wouldn't be so mean to me, would you, Glai?"

Shaking his head slightly, Glai smiled as Panlee rubbed his cheek affectionately against his lap. One of Glai's hands moved to gently stroke the golden-blond hair. The quiet moment was interrupted by the vibration of a notification.

Bzzzt~

With his free hand, Glai picked up the phone resting on the bedside table. Panlee who was lying on his lap, quickly sat up and said in an unhappy tone....

"Who the hell is calling my wife at this hour?"

Glai burst into laughter. "It's your father-in-law."

"Really, Glai?"

"Really."

Satisfied with the response, Glai quickly answered the call.

"Hello, Dad."

[Glai, are you still awake, son?]

"Yes, I am."

[Ah, I see...]

"Did you need something, Dad?"

[Uh, no... not really. I just finished work and missed you, so I wanted to call and talk.]

"Oh, I remember we just spoke a few days ago."

[Ah... yes, we did.]

Narrowing his eyes slightly, Glai detected a hint of hesitation in his father's voice.

"Dad..."

[GlaiJai... the cookies... the ones...]

"...the ones Auntie brought to my condo?"

[...]

Glai stayed quiet, listening to the sound of his father's breathing before deciding to continue the conversation.

"I haven't finished them yet, Dad."

[Ah, alright then...]

"..."

[Glai, son...]

"Yes, Dad?"

[Thank you... for always being my happiness.]

"..."

[...for being my love, my everything.]

"..."

[And for making our family complete as it is now.]

"I should be the one thanking you, Dad, for raising me so well," Glai replied.

[...]

"You've helped me understand so much about life."

[...]

"... and shaped me into who I am today."

[I love you with all my heart, GlaiJai.]

No matter how much time passed...

Those words always held a special place in Glai's heart.

"Glai loves you too, Dad."

[So... are you sleeping alone tonight?]

The question made Glai press his lips together to stifle a smile before replying, "Has Auntie told you about Panlee yet?"

[She has, son.]

Glai never worried about his father not accepting his relationship with another man because, during high school, he had once asked his father,

'Dad... what if I don't like girls? Would you be okay with that?'

'...'

'I think I might like guys.'

'If that man can love you as much as I do...'

'...'

'I'd be okay with it.'

'...'

'But I think it's rare... to find someone who can love you as much as I do.'

Glai smiled at the memory of their conversation, which replayed vividly in his mind.

"Tonight, Panlee is staying over to keep me company."

[Ah, I see...]

"..."

[That's good. You won't feel lonely.]

"..."

[You know, when I found out you had a partner, I didn't know how to react.]

"..."

[I wanted to be possessive, but I was also happy.]

Glai chuckled softly before asking, "You're still okay with it, right, Dad?"

[... I might not have been, if not for what Panlee asked Lin to tell me.]

"..."

[Because I wasn't sure if Panlee was sincere with you...]

"..."

[But after hearing what Lin shared and the message Panlee asked her to pass on...]

"..."

[I'm more than okay.]

"Thank you, Dad, for opening your heart to Panlee."

[Likewise, son... thank you for opening your heart to Lin.]

"After my exams, I'll bring Panlee over for dinner at home."

[Okay.]

"And I'll stay overnight too because I miss everyone so much."

[We all miss you too.]

"..."

[Well then, I won't disturb your rest with... uh, with Panlee anymore.]

Glai smiled softly before replying, "Alright, goodnight, Dad."

[Goodnight, son. Sweet dreams.]

After hanging up, Glai looked down at the Puppy resting his head on his lap. Panlee smiled as their eyes met. His large hand reached out to take Glai's hand, bringing it to his lips for a loud, affectionate kiss.

"From what I heard while lying here, listening to you talk with father-in-law..."

"..."

"It sounds like he's definitely given us the green light."

"What did you ask Auntie to tell Dad?"

"..."

"It was that message that convinced him."

"I asked her to tell him..."

"..."

"That I love his son very much."

Glai smiled as his hand moved to gently caress Panlee's cheek. "And his son loves you very much too."

In that moment, the familiar smile of the moon illuminated the room, r

eflecting a truth that could no longer be denied,

The son of the Borirat family had fallen deeply in love with the son of the Pisut family,

so deeply that escape was no longer possible.
