The elegant woman standing before them looked to be in her twenties. She had a tall, graceful figure, wrapped in a dark green evening dress with a white fur coat draped over her shoulders. Her delicate features carried a faint, natural sense of superiority—an aura that made others feel she stood above them.
This was the No.1 B-Class hero, known as "Hellish Blizzard."Beautiful, charismatic, and famous for recruiting any B-Class hero she deemed worthy, inviting them to join her self-created Blizzard Group, a team somewhat like the Avengers.
However, her "invitations" were closer to threats. Any hero who refused to join or disobeyed often ended up being beaten so badly by her two subordinates that they couldn't continue hero work for a while. She was… a complicated figure, half-righteous, half-dubious.
Seeing Fubuki approach, Flashy Flash stopped talking and silently stepped back a few paces.
He was an S-Class hero, yes—but only rank 13. Meanwhile, Fubuki's older sister, Tatsumaki, was S-Class rank 2.
Fubuki herself might only be B-Class rank 1, but she'd long qualified for promotion to A-Class and would not rank low. Considering who her sister was, most heroes gave her face.
"Hey, Fubuki, you're trying to recruit people again, huh? I'm telling you, this one isn't someone you can pull in."
Saitama stepped in front of Han Yu, shielding him. Fubuki had once tried to recruit Saitama, and he had barely managed to refuse. Now she was setting her sights on Han Yu.
Fubuki gave a soft smile. She didn't bother arguing with Saitama; instead, she turned to the big man beside her.
"Mountain Ape, organize the team. Get the injured civilians out first and send them to the hospital."
"Understood!"
The tall man called Mountain Ape immediately made some calls, gathering Blizzard Group members to clean up the aftermath.
"You guys are heading out? Mind if I come with you?"
Fubuki clasped her hands behind her back. The pose emphasized her already stunning figure, one designed to make it hard for people to refuse her. She expected the usual reaction.
But Han Yu's eyes remained calm and clear.
That was rare. Most men, when facing her, stared at her with well-hidden but unmistakably dirty eyes. She had grown used to it. Seeing Han Yu unmoved actually piqued her interest.
Only two men had ever ignored her charms—one was the bald man beside her, Saitama. The other… was this newcomer, Han Yu.
That only made her more curious.
"We're just wandering around. Don't follow us," Han Yu said with a casual smile.
Yes, Fubuki's looks and curves could easily set a man on fire—but Han Yu wasn't some inexperienced kid. He smiled politely but didn't react beyond that.
"Hey brat, do you know who you're talking to? This is B-Class Rank 1—Fubuki! Show some respect!"
The long-haired man next to her scolded. He was B-Class Rank 2, nicknamed "Eyelashes," and his weapon—naturally—was an eyelash curler.
"Oh? Rank 1 in B-Class… is that impressive?"
Han Yu tilted his head slightly, spreading his hands. Fubuki, whose attention had been fixed on him, suddenly noticed something behind him—
Two S-Class heroes stood there.
"Genos and King?!"
Two S-Class heroes—no need to explain their strength. And although Saitama was listed as B-Class, Fubuki knew he had the power to enter S-Class—possibly even reach the top.
With two S-Class heroes and one hidden S-Class monster standing at Han Yu's side, the atmosphere around him shifted—almost like three fierce dragons loomed behind him, ready to devour any enemy.
Seeing the stunned expression on Fubuki's face, Han Yu shrugged.
"Let's go, Saitama. You said we're having dinner at your place tonight."
"Right! Let's go. Genos is coming—he can pay." Saitama replied without shame.
Genos showed no displeasure. To him, anything the teacher decided was correct. Paying for dinner was perfectly natural.
Watching the group leave laughing and chatting, Fubuki stomped her foot in frustration.
Fine, Saitama, you've got skills. But I'm not giving up. You will join the Blizzard Group! And that guy too! You're not escaping!
…She had no idea Han Yu wasn't even from this world. No matter how capable she was, she could never cross dimensions to find him.
Night.
"Even I'm here… I feel bad. This was supposed to be dinner for just the three of you."
King looked awkward. It was his first time meeting Han Yu—they didn't really know each other. Saitama and Genos both knew Han Yu, so he felt out of place.
"What does it matter? More people make it livelier," Han Yu said.
Since the guest himself didn't mind, King relaxed.
Saitama, with his block-headed obliviousness, didn't react at all—he knew nothing about social nuance. King, at least, had basic manners. Since even Han Yu welcomed him, it was fine to stay.
"Th-Then I'll help too!" King stood up and hurried to the kitchen. Before anyone could respond, he'd already picked up a peeler and started peeling a potato.
If they said something like "Just sit and relax" or "We'll handle it," it would divide the group—Saitama, Genos, and Han Yu on one side, King alone on the other. That would create awkwardness.
King volunteered; no one objected. They were all friends. Helping out together was part of the fun—and a great way to bond.
And so the group happily began preparing dinner together. The process itself was one of the best parts.
Marvel World
On the outskirts of Green, an old-looking manor stood quietly. It had been passed down through generations of the Xavier family.
Originally, Charles had planned to buy a new one, but he realized a grand, modern manor would require dealing with slick real-estate elites—each of them sly as foxes. He didn't want them poking around when he couldn't reveal the true purpose of his academy.
To the public, Charles was just an ordinary genius. Purchasing a huge castle-like estate would raise eyebrows. If someone sneaked in and saw something they shouldn't, the existence of the mutant academy could be exposed.
So Charles decided to repurpose his family's old manor. Its location and size were perfect, and since he was the sole heir, he didn't need to worry about anyone complaining.
"Charles, maybe we should contact Han Yu. Even for the two of us, that mutant child's ability is difficult to handle… We haven't even fully mastered our own powers."
Erik stood beside Charles, helping him apply medicine.
Following Han Yu's instructions, the two had begun searching the world for mutant children to bring to the academy—to offer them a safe haven. But the very first child they found already gave them trouble.
A girl capable of telekinesis, able to manipulate almost everything around her.
