Sahir and Teju locked eyes, the tension between them palpable. Sahir's gaze was intense, almost defensive, as if daring Teju to react to the news. Teju's eyes, on the other hand, were wide with a mix of shock and hurt.
As they glared at each other, Sahir's thoughts turned inward. Why did he feel a pang of hurt knowing he was getting married to Ruby? Did he have feelings for Teju? The question lingered in his mind, unsettling him.
Meanwhile, Teju's mind was a whirlwind of emotions. Why was she feeling so strange after hearing about Sahir's wedding? She had always looked up to him as her sir, her mentor. But now, the thought of him marrying someone else made her feel... off.
The silence between them stretched, heavy with unspoken emotions. Sahir finally broke the gaze, his eyes dropping to the floor. "I should get going," he muttered, turning to leave.
Teju watched him go, her heart heavy with confusion.
As Sahir exited the library, Teju gathered her belongings and left, her mind preoccupied with thoughts of Sahir's upcoming wedding.
Meanwhile, Ruby appeared in the library, her eyes scanning the empty space where Sahir and Teju had stood moments before. A sly smile spread across her face as she whispered to herself.
"Now, they'll never unite. Sahir's mine, and Bishwa will be kept at bay. My plan is working perfectly."
Ruby's eyes gleamed with triumph, her confidence growing with each passing moment. She was determined to claim Sahir as her own and eliminate any potential threats to her plans.

Maira walked into the office, and Mihir looked up from his work, his expression cold and distant. "You're late, Pa. What's going on?"
Maira's eyes narrowed slightly at Mihir's tone, but she maintained her professional demeanor. "Traffic, sir. I apologize for the inconvenience. It won't happen again."
Mihir's gaze lingered on her face, his eyes suspicious. He still couldn't shake off the feeling that Maira's intentions were far from pure, especially after she saved him from the Daayan Urvi at the farmhouse. He couldn't understand how she had managed to rescue him, and the fact that he was semi-conscious during the whole ordeal only added to his confusion.
Maira's punctuality had been impeccable until now, and Mihir's eyes seemed to bore into her, searching for any sign of weakness or deceit. Despite his doubts, Maira kept her composure, her focus on protecting Mihir driving her to maintain a professional relationship. "I'll make sure to catch up on any missed work, sir," she said calmly.
Mihir's gaze drifted to the locket around Maira's neck, and his curiosity was piqued. He leaned back in his chair, his expression casual.
"That's a nice locket, Pa. Who gave it to you?"
Maira's hand instinctively went to the locket, her fingers tracing the intricate design. A mix of emotions flickered across her face before she regained her composure.
"It's a gift from my deceased parents, sir," Maira said softly, her voice tinged with a hint of sadness.
Mihir's eyes narrowed slightly, his mind racing with possibilities. He sensed that there was more to the locket than Maira was letting on, and he was determined to uncover its secrets.
Mihir's thoughts took a dark turn as he gazed at Maira. Could she be a Daayan like Urvi? Was the locket the thing keeping her true nature at bay? He imagined Maira as a witch, her eyes glowing with an otherworldly energy.
Maira looked up from her laptop, where she was busy scheduling meetings, and met Mihir's intense stare. "Is everything okay, sir?" she asked, her voice neutral.
But Mihir's eyes seemed to bore into nothingness, his mind consumed by chaotic thoughts and images. He was lost in a whirlwind of suspicion and doubt, his imagination running wild.
Maira's brow furrowed slightly, unsure what to make of Mihir's sudden intensity. "Sir?" she repeated, her voice a little louder.
Mihir's gaze snapped back to reality, but his eyes still held a hint of turmoil. He looked at Maira, his expression unreadable. The air was thick with tension, and Maira's eyes searched his face for answers.
"Sir, is something wrong?" Maira asked again, her voice tinged with concern.
Mihir's response was delayed, his voice low and rough. "No...nothing's wrong, Pa. Just...just get back to work."
Maira's eyes narrowed slightly as she studied Mihir's expression. She couldn't shake off the feeling that something was brewing in his mind, something that might not be good for her.
"Something's definitely going on in Mihir Kashyap's cunning mind," Maira thought to herself, her mental shields on high alert. She had seen that look before, the look of a predator sizing up its prey.
Maira's instincts told her to be cautious, to watch her step around Mihir. She didn't know what he was planning, but she was determined to find out and stay one step ahead.
With a calm exterior, Maira nodded and returned to her work, her mind racing with possibilities and her senses on high alert.

Mihir's eyes kept drifting back to the locket around Maira's neck, his mind fixated on uncovering its secrets. A sinister plan began to form in his mind, one that involved getting his hands on the locket and uncovering the truth about Maira's supposed connection to the supernatural.
"That locket might be the key to understanding what's going on with Pa," Mihir thought to himself, his eyes gleaming with determination. "I need to get a closer look at it...or better yet, get it away from her."
Mihir's gaze turned calculating as he began to think of ways to steal the locket from Maira. He knew it wouldn't be easy, but he was driven by a growing sense of obsession and curiosity. The question was, how could he get his hands on the locket without arousing Maira's suspicion?
Mihir stood up, his expression authoritative. "Pa, come with me," he said, his voice firm.
Maira looked up from her work, a hint of curiosity in her eyes. "Where to, sir?" she asked, her tone neutral.
Mihir's response was curt. "I'm your boss, so no questions. Just come with me."
Maira's eyes narrowed slightly, but she nodded and followed Mihir to his car. They got in, and Mihir started the engine, pulling out of the office parking lot.
As they drove, Maira's eyes were fixed on Mihir's profile, trying to read his expression. But Mihir's face was impassive, giving away nothing. "Where are we going, sir?" Maira asked again, her voice a little softer.
Mihir's response was still brief. "You'll see."
The car continued to move, heading towards a destination unknown to Maira. Mihir's eyes were fixed on the road ahead, his mind preoccupied with his plan to get his hands on Maira's locket.
*In the Car*
Maira's mind was racing as she gazed out the window, contemplating her next move. She needed to get into the Kashyap mansion and uncover the source of the danger that is threatening the kashyap. But for now, she was stuck in the car with Mihir, heading towards an unknown destination.
"I wonder where he's taking me," Maira thought to herself, her eyes flicking towards Mihir's profile. She was on high alert, ready for anything.
Meanwhile, Mihir's thoughts were consumed by his plan to uncover Maira's secrets. "I'm going to find out your truth, Mrs. Pa," he thought, his eyes fixed on the road ahead. "You're hiding something, and I won't rest until I know what it is."
The tension between them was palpable, each hiding their true intentions behind a mask of calmness. The question was, who would uncover the truth first?
*Hansraj College*
Teju sat in the lecture hall, her eyes fixed on the professor as he droned on about the latest topic in their course. But her mind was elsewhere, wandering to the news that had been occupying her thoughts for days - Sahir's upcoming marriage.
Teju's eyes glazed over as she stared blankly at the professor's notes on the projector screen. She couldn't help but think about Sahir, wondering what had changed, why he was getting married now when just a short while ago, he had been so close to her.
The lecture hall was filled with the sound of scribbling pens and murmured conversations, but Teju's ears were tuned out. She was lost in her own world, replaying memories of Sahir and her in her mind. Her heart felt heavy, weighed down by unspoken emotions and unresolved questions.
*At the Jewelry Shop*
Mihir pulled up in front of a high-end jewelry shop, the sign reading "Eternal Jewels." Maira's eyes widened in confusion as Mihir turned off the engine.
"Why are we here, sir?" Maira asked, her voice laced with curiosity.
Mihir's expression was smooth, but his eyes gleamed with a hidden agenda. "My elder twin brother Sahir is getting married, and as my PA, you'll be assisting me with the functions. I need you to look the part."
Maira's mind was racing. Could this marriage be connected to the new danger that had been looming over the Kashyap family? And who was the bride? "Who's the lucky bride?" Maira asked, her tone neutral.
Mihir's response was brief. "That's not important right now. What's important is that my brother will be busy with the wedding preparations, and I'll need your help. But I can't have you looking like...this."
Maira's eyes narrowed slightly. "What do you mean 'looking like this'?"
Mihir's gaze swept over her, his eyes lingering on the locket around her neck. "I mean, I want you to meet up to the standards of The Rockstar Mihir Kashyap, aka MK. As my PA, you need to reflect my image. That's why I brought you here to get some jewelry, and then we'll get you some clothes that fit the bill."
Maira's eyes flashed with resistance. "There's no need, sir. I have clothes and jewelry."
But Mihir's mind was already made up. He wasn't doing this out of the goodness of his heart, though. He had a specific motive in mind - the locket. "I'm not doing this for your benefit, Pa," Mihir thought to himself. "I'm doing it for mine. I need to get that locket."
