Ivy's POV
"Let's go ladies." I called out, watching with satisfaction as the girls moved with newfound energy. Nancy, especially, was practically flying through her laps. Once everyone completed the circuit, I gathered them in a circle. "Congratulations ladies. We're finally moving like the wolves we are. Now we can raise the stakes."
"What exactly does that mean?" Vera, who had just experienced her first shift last week, asked eagerly.
"Now that you're actually running properly and have built up some decent muscle, we can separate into shifted and non-shifted groups," I explained.
"For what purpose?" Nancy inquired, bouncing on her toes with barely contained excitement.
"Hand to hand combat," I revealed with a smile, prompting several excited squeals from the group.
"Finally!" Maureen exclaimed. "I've been waiting for this moment since day one."
