Far away in Northern Europe.
Under the cover of night, in a mysterious forest, a dark aura surrounded an old house.
Caw, caw, caw...
Black crows flew around and landed on the old house.
"Heh, heh, heh... that power!" a middle-aged woman in a black robe said, her face flushed with excitement as she sat in front of an old TV. The TV showed a grainy image of Wanda putting out the fire.
"Oh, my true lord! The great Chthon, Chaos Magic has finally appeared!" The woman grabbed the sides of the TV. In the dark room, her blue eyes reflected the screen with endless greed. If Cassius were here, he would immediately recognize her as Agatha Harkness!
"New York! Chaos Magic! I'm coming!" Agatha Harkness spread her arms, and her black robe billowed without a breeze. Countless black mists quickly spread from under the robe, swallowing her whole. The next moment, Agatha Harkness's presence was gone from the old house.

At the Avengers compound.
Today was one of the most fulfilling days Wanda had experienced. The various interviews had exhausted her, but she had enjoyed every moment. When she returned to the compound, she was planning to go to her room to rest, but she saw all the Avengers waiting for her in the living room.
"What's wrong?" Wanda asked, surprised. "Why is everyone still up so late?"
Even though this was the Avengers compound, it was rare for everyone to be together at the same time. Seeing everyone sitting here made her wonder if something big had happened.
"Congratulations. Public support for you has skyrocketed today. It won't be long until we can completely change the situation." Tony raised his glass and smiled. Today's PR was a huge success. People online were slowly changing their minds about them. At this rate, they would soon be out of this predicament.
"After you did that, those annoying people outside finally stopped calling for our heads," Sam Wilson said with a shrug. Those people were holding signs outside every day. Even though the Avengers compound was soundproofed, it was still a headache to see them. No one could stand a bunch of lunatics shouting outside their house every day.
"I can't believe you quietly did something so big. It really surprised all of us." Natasha Romanoff said, resting her legs on the table. Wanda had definitely brought them an unexpected surprise today.
"You did great, but what exactly is your new power?" Steve asked, his eyes filled with curiosity. The flames had been mixed with a green fog that caused people to mutate. Simply compressing the fire wouldn't have been enough to get rid of the fog, but Wanda had used a power no one had ever seen her use before.
"I didn't awaken a new ability. I was just using my old power," Wanda said, sitting down next to Natasha and picking up a pillow. "I just learned how to control it better." Since they were all her teammates, she decided to just tell them the truth.
"It's not a new ability?!" Tony was shocked. He had never considered that Wanda's power could have another use. He learned from Wanda that she had always had this ability but had only discovered it today.
"I thought your powers came from the Mind Stone?" Tony asked, confused.
Wanda hugged the pillow and shook her head blankly. "I don't know, he didn't explain it clearly..."
When Wanda said the word "he," Tony Stark immediately caught on. "Who is this 'he'?" It was obviously someone they didn't know. He might be the key to Wanda mastering her power.
"Um..." Wanda realized she had let it slip. There was no way she could tell them about her and Cassius's relationship now! She couldn't come up with a good excuse. But what if she did tell them...? How would she explain their relationship?
"If you're hiding something from us, one small mistake could ruin everything," Tony said, his expression serious as he pressed on. This unknown person could interfere with their plan!
Wanda hugged the pillow tighter, burying her face in it. She gritted her teeth, her face filled with hesitation. She really didn't want to explain what happened.
"Wanda, maybe you should go get some rest," Steve said, trying to help Wanda out.
"He's right. You've had a busy day, you must be tired." Natasha also spoke up. As a woman, she had a feeling about what was going on. Only these blockheads couldn't see Wanda's shy expression. This person must be very important to Wanda, otherwise, she wouldn't be hiding it from them.
Wanda felt a huge sense of relief when she heard this. She quickly put down the pillow and hurried away.
"You..." Tony watched Wanda leave, his brows furrowed.
"Tony, she has the right to choose for herself, and everyone has their own secrets," Steve said, stopping Tony. "Besides, some things are better left unknown."
"But this concerns all of us," Tony said, his expression grave.
"If you're so worried about this, you should be thinking about how to convince Ross," Steve said, his face tense. If they joined the government, the Avengers would just become a tool.
Tony heard this and said coldly, "Then you guys decide!" With that, he turned and left.
In the office, Tony Stark sat in his leather chair and called Pepper. "I need you to look into who Wanda has been in contact with recently!" He wouldn't be at ease until he found out.
Hooo...
After doing all this, a tired expression appeared on Tony Stark's face. The past few days had put a lot of pressure on him, and he didn't know how to vent.
Maybe I should go find Cassius?
This thought came to his mind, but he immediately dismissed it. Cassius always had a lot of things to do. After some hesitation, Tony Stark went to the balcony, put on his suit, and flew out, ready to clear his head.
