Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: New beginnings among the trash, and the sled of Hope .

.

Z City, a place that was once bustling and full of life, is now just a skeleton of what it used to be. After the apocalyptic confrontation between the Heroes Association and the Monsters Association, what was left was indescribable devastation. The battles between the S-class heroes and the Monster Association executives became the stuff of legend. But the real horror was not only the destruction, but the appearance of Garou, the hero hunter. As if things hadn't been chaotic enough, Garou, having taken on his full monstrous form, overcame all the heroes left standing.

Saitama was the last to enter the scene, finishing Garou off in a battle that shook the very foundations of the earth itself. The final clash with Cosmic Garou left the planet with wounds impossible to heal, but in the end, Saitama with the help of Garou, would prevent this scenario from happening, reviving their timeline, Saitama would manage to change history, preventing those events from happening again.

.

.

But Z City would end up being completely destroyed, a wasteland beyond repair. The leaders of the Heroes Association, aware of the impossibility of restoring the city, decided that Z City would be the site of their new main base. The barren terrain offered an opportunity to expand their headquarters and maintain continuous surveillance of the area.

.

.

A new morning was dawning in the modern facilities of the Heroes Association. Forte, a class A hero, rank 31, woke up in his apartment with the typical laziness of someone who knows that another day of monotony awaits him. His fighting style, based on the rhythm of the music, made him unique, but that did not save him from the tasks he had been assigned. As soon as he opened his eyes, he turned on his headphones to tune into his favorite song as he made his way to the kitchen. He pulled out a box of pet food and, without much encouragement, walked to the backyard.

.

.

-It's time for the beasts to feed.... again. -He said as he yawned and scratched his head.

.

He walked to the stall in the courtyard, where the two creatures he cared for were waiting for him, albeit half-heartedly. Catching his breath, he shouted:

-Rover, Strange Monkey, wake up, breakfast is ready!.

.

There was a few seconds of silence before the Strange Monkey, a grotesque and clumsy creature, staggered out, making strange sounds. Without missing a beat, the Monkey pounced on his plate of food, wolfing it down eagerly.

A few moments later, Rover, the six-eyed, dark-coated dog, emerged from the kennel. His tail wagged back and forth energetically, as he walked calmly to his plate and began to eat with a calmness that contrasted with his monstrous nature.

.

.

Forte watched them, deep in thought. It was hard to believe that he, a hero with such a unique style, had ended up being the caretaker of these strange pets.

-How the hell did I end up babysitting these things? -he thought, as he crossed his arms and watched them devour their food.

.

For his part, Black Sperm, who had been one of the most feared executives of the Monster Association, couldn't stop thinking about how tedious his life had become. His daily routine consisted of eating to regenerate and strengthen himself, but it was hard to avoid boredom when there was nothing else interesting to do. Sure, surviving had been his top priority, but now that everything was so repetitive, life was starting to lose that exciting sheen.

.

Rover, on the other hand, seemed perfectly happy with his new life as Saitama's pet. He didn't have to fight, there were no pesky executives to send him around, and best of all: he always had food.

.

Once both monsters had finished eating, Forte prepared for one of the few things that broke up the monotony of his day: the morning walk.

.

.

With both kaijins strapped with collars, Forte began his daily walk. Black Sperm followed without much enthusiasm, while Rover seemed to enjoy it, wagging his tail happily.

-You know, it never ceases to amaze me how strong his owner is. -Forte said, breaking the silence as they walked through the destroyed deserted streets. I saw him in action when he was fighting Tatsumaki. It's like he's on another level. Demon Cyborg told me that he was the one who defeated Garou when everyone else failed.

.

Black Sperm snorted, crossing his arms as he walked.

Rover wasn't paying attention to the Hero's words. He was too busy sniffing everything in his path.

.

-Ah, speaking of legends. -Forte continued. I heard that Blast, the number one hero, was also involved in the fight.

.

Man, I would have loved to see that guy in action.

.

Black Sperm just listened and raised an eyebrow.

-In his thoughts the kaijin would think of that Hero.

-Blast? That guy is just a myth. If he really existed, we wouldn't be in this mess. -He thought with disdain.

.

.

After a while walking, they came to an area that was once completely destroyed, but was now beginning to show signs of life. Small plants were sprouting among the rubble, a symbol that, even after chaos, nature always found a way to recover. Forte stopped dead in his tracks and surveyed the landscape, admiring the resilience of the flora that was beginning to reclaim its place among the ruins.

.

.

-It's amazing how nature keeps going, even after so much chaos. -he muttered to himself.

Arriving at a clearing where there used to be a park, Forte looked at the two creatures in his care.

-Well, here we are. It's time for you to do... whatever it is you do. Don't wander too far away, I'll be here, enjoying my music. -He said as he removed his headphones and let Rover and Black Sperm loose.

The two monsters soon began to explore the area. Rover, true to his dog nature, ran around the area energetically, chasing imaginary butterflies. Black Sperm, on the other hand, was not so enthusiastic. He walked with his arms crossed, clearly bored, looking at Rover with some envy.

-How could he enjoy this so much," Black Sperm muttered. I was a king among monsters, and now... I'm a pet. Pathetic.

As they wandered around the area, Rover stopped suddenly, sniffing the air with his six narrowed eyes. There was something unusual about the atmosphere. Black Sperm, realizing the change in Rover's behavior, also stopped and looked up.

.

.

It was then that they saw it: a small crack in the air, as if the very fabric of reality had been torn apart. The crack seemed to pulse with energy, and small objects began to float toward it, disappearing into it.

-That's not normal. -said Black Sperm, alarmed. Rover, stay away from that. I have no idea what it is, but it can't be good.

But Rover, like the curious dog he was, paid no attention. He approached the crevice, sniffing it with interest, wagging his tail eagerly. Black Sperm tried to warn him once more, but before he could do anything, the crack suddenly grew larger, and the pulling force became much more intense.

-Hey, watch out! -Black Sperm shouted, but it was too late. Both he and Rover were pulled into the crevice with unstoppable force.

They tried to resist, digging their paws and feet into the ground, but to no avail. The force sucked them into the mysterious portal. In a matter of seconds, they both disappeared into the void.

.

.

Meanwhile, Forte continued to dance to the rhythm of his music, completely oblivious to what had happened to the monsters under his care. He was absorbed in his movements, practicing what he considered "combat techniques" to the rhythm of his favorite song.

-Yes, I'm the best! -he muttered to himself, moving his arms and legs with boundless energy.

After the disappearance of Black Sperm and Rover, stillness seemed to resume its place in the rubble of Z City, now a wasteland ravaged by the devastation of the recent clashes between heroes and monsters. Silence reigned briefly, broken only by the murmur of the wind as it blew dust and ashes. Forte, unaware of the gravity of the situation, continued with his routine, dancing to the rhythm of his music, oblivious to the invisible cataclysm that had just occurred.

But reality had changed. Invisible ripples floated in the air, as if space itself was torn apart at that very spot. The battle between Cosmic Garou and Saitama had left scars in the fabric of the universe, and those interdimensional fissures were nothing more than the residue of that titanic collision.

.

.

Suddenly, the air grew tense. An extraordinary presence burst into the atmosphere, like a blast of pure energy. An intense glow began to manifest in the sky above the debris, and from a crack in reality, an imposing figure descended with absolute speed and precision.

.

.

It was Blast, the number one hero of the Hero Association, whose power over space-time enabled him to perceive and manipulate the slightest anomalies in the structure of the universe. As he landed, the ground beneath him rippled slightly from the energy released on his arrival. His white cloak billowed in the wind, and his face, grave and concentrated, scanned the area rapidly, searching for clues to the distortion he had detected.

-I was late," he muttered, surveying the surroundings with sharp eyes. The place where the anomaly had manifested still retained traces of the energy that had pulled Black Sperm and Rover into another dimension. Blast could feel it clearly, like an open wound in the fabric of space.

As he approached the exact spot of the disappearance, he raised his right hand and the space around him began to vibrate. A bluish light emanated from his palm, coursing through the air and revealing the invisible fractures left behind after the battle between Garou and Saitama.

.

-This is worse than I thought," he said quietly, frowning. The energy flowing from the crack was not a common sight. It was a direct imprint of the cosmic collision that had taken place when Garou had gained the power of god, and Saitama, with his unimaginable strength, had responded with a force that altered the universe itself. Blast knew that the effects of that battle could not simply disappear. They had left deep scars, and this anomaly was just one of them.

.

.

-It seems that space-time is beginning to break down in this area. The resonance of those powers has set off a chain reaction, causing rifts in reality," he reflected, as he scanned the remaining energy.

Blast extended both hands and closed his eyes. He concentrated his power, using his control over space-time to analyze the vortex that had appeared. He clearly visualized what had happened: a rift had opened up from the pressure of the energies unleashed, and both Black Sperm and Rover had been sucked in before they could react.

-This is not a simple distortion," he said in a grave tone, opening his eyes, "Those kaijins have been transported to another world.

The hero quickly understood the magnitude of the problem. That rift did not lead to another part of the same universe, but connected to a completely different dimension, an alternate reality. And to his discomfort, the absorbed individuals were kaijins of a large-scale threat.

-Hum, wait a minute, this is not a good thing," muttered blast.

-Two dangerous threats were eliminated, they will no longer be a problem for the citizens and the association, but still, who knows where they ended up, and if it's a living place, I can't let them cause chaos wherever they are.

With a sigh blast would think about how to find them, traveling through dimensions wasn't easy to do.

Well, that's more work to do, then I'll think about how I can locate them.

Despite the gravity of the situation, Blast was a professional, and could not afford to be distracted by thoughts of what had happened. His priority now was to close the rifts before more of them appeared.

Concentrating his power, Blast extended his arms and channeled a golden energy that enveloped the rift in space-time. The rift resisted at first, emitting sparks of unstable energy, but with a titanic effort, he managed to stabilize it.

-Good... one less," he said calmly, though he knew he could not relax. If there were more such fissures scattered around the planet, each one represented imminent danger.

-If the rifts keep appearing, we could have bigger problems," Blast continued seriously. But I will see to it that they are contained.

With that said, Blast disappeared in a flash of light.

.

.

It wasn't long before the hero, Forte, realized that something wasn't right. He looked around and noticed the absence of the pair.

-Hey, where are those two? -he wondered, taking off his headphones and looking around worriedly.

He ran around the area, desperately looking for Black Sperm and Rover, but there was no sign of them. Forte, now clearly nervous, began to sweat as he tried to think of an excuse he could give Saitama if he couldn't find the creatures.

.

.

-Oh, no, no, no, no!" he exclaimed, holding his hands to his head, "If Saitama finds out I lost them, he's going to kick my ass to the end of the world!

That was what he thought would happen.

He started running through the park, shouting the names Rover and Black Sperm, but only the echo of his own voice answered him. After a few minutes of fruitless searching, he dropped to the ground, exhausted and desperate.

-What am I going to do now? -he wailed, with his hands on his head, "I'm lost....

.

.

As the crack in the air expanded and began to drag them down, Black Sperm felt his body slipping away by an invisible force. He tried to resist, but the gravity seemed to turn liquid, and any attempt to stop was futile. Rover barked frantically, his massive body spinning uncontrollably as they were both pulled into the unknown.

As they crossed the rift, the world around them vanished in a whirlwind of light and color. Black Sperm had never experienced anything like this. It was as if every part of his body was being stretched and compressed at the same time. His vision blurred, and despite his experience as a formidable monster, Black Sperm felt something he rarely experienced: panic.

-What the hell is going on? This doesn't make sense! -he shouted in despair, his voice echoing in the void as he spun aimlessly in the whirlpool.

The colors around him seemed to change hues, going from a deep blue to a fiery red, then to a phosphorescent green. It was as if they were floating in space, but without the calm and silence. The energy around them was chaotic, sparkling, and seemed to resonate with a vibrating sound, as if reality itself was reeling.

Rover, for his part, simply stopped resisting. The huge dog hovered in the void, his eyes sparkling as he watched the colors with fascination. To him, this was nothing more than a strange adventure, a walk into the unknown.

The journey seemed endless. Black Sperm felt like every second was dragging on as if it lasted for hours. He was trying to find some sort of logic in what was happening, but the environment around him was incomprehensible. It was as if they were in limbo, suspended between two realities.

Finally, just as Black Sperm felt like it was on the verge of disintegrating completely, the speed at which they were being pulled began to slow down. The whirlwind of light and colors faded, and in its place, a blinding white light appeared ahead, as if they had reached the end of an endless tunnel.

-Rover, get ready! I don't know what's on the other side of this, but we're going to find out soon enough. -Black Sperm growled, still trying to keep control of the situation.

Suddenly, the trip ended with a burst of light. Both were ejected from the rift, plummeting from high in the sky. Rover barked excitedly, as if enjoying the fall, while Black Sperm screamed in frustration, waving his arms in the air.

-I can't believe this! First a portal and now this! -he bellowed, watching the ground rapidly approaching.

Before they could crash, Rover landed gracefully, as if on a mere breeze of wind, as Black Sperm crashed to the ground with a thud, kicking up dust and dirt all around him.

-Damn it, what kind of place is this? -Black Sperm muttered, slowly getting up and shaking the dirt off his body. Around him, he began to survey the landscape.

They were no longer in the destroyed city they had left behind.

This new place resembled Earth, but it was different. They were in a wide field surrounded by trees, and in the distance a modern city could be seen. Large buildings loomed on the horizon, and the air was filled with a kind of energy that Black Sperm had never felt before.

-This is not normal. -Black Sperm said, looking around with narrowed eyes. It's not our world, that's for sure. But... it seems similar enough.

Rover, for his part, began to run merrily across the field, as if he didn't mind the change of environment in the least. While Black Sperm tried to assess the situation.

.

.

The wind rustled through the trees of the dense forest, where two strange figures moved with unusual confidence in a world they did not know. Black Sperm and Rover walked through the tall, twisted trunks, surveying their surroundings with wary eyes. Although they were on a different planet, the flora and fauna around them did not differ that much from what they had left behind on their home world.

Rover, a canine monster with six eyes glowing like headlights, sniffed the ground as his claws left deep tracks in the earth. Black Sperm, diminutive in comparison to his companion, walked upright on his head, maintaining his arrogant expression, though inside he was worried.

They had been transported to this place by a distortion in the fabric of space and time. Although he still didn't fully understand how it had happened, something in the air felt different, and he didn't like it.

"Well, it's not like I have much choice now," he thought, watching the shadows of the trees dance as they moved forward. He decided it was best to move toward the town he had spotted in the distance. "We'll see what happens," he muttered, sighing.

The two monsters walked through the forest for what seemed like an eternity. Although they were looking for some sign that this place was really different from their world, everything they saw - the trees, the plants and the animals - didn't seem too strange. The atmosphere was almost like home, which kept them on their toes, but also gave them a kind of relief.

Finally, after wandering through the dense foliage, they came to the outskirts of a large city. Black Sperm stopped in his tracks and glared.

.

.

"What the hell...!" he exclaimed. As his eyes roamed the bustling streets, he noticed something most peculiar. The people walking through the city had strange features. Some had human bodies but animal heads; others were floating with strange objects attached to their bodies, while some looked completely normal, walking among beings that might have been monsters in his world.

"If I didn't know we weren't home, I would have thought this city was infested with monsters," Black Sperm muttered, squinting. Rover let out a soft grunt, but kept walking.

As they walked further, passersby looked at the two curiously, but neither seemed alarmed or frightened by their appearance. This left Black Sperm puzzled. In his world, he had always been on guard, always on the lookout for some hero to attack him, but here, people didn't seem remotely concerned.

"This is weird...", he thought as he watched a man walking down the street with floating eyes, unnoticed by anyone else.

They decided to stop at a nearby park, where the peace and quiet of the surroundings seemed to contrast with the strangeness of their situation. Rover lay on the ground with a loud grunt, while Black Sperm watched the steady stream of people passing by. In his world, he was an outcast, a hunted monster. Here, he was simply one more in the crowd.

.

.

"Who knew that at some point I could walk through a city without worrying about a hero trying to cut me to pieces," thought Black Sperm. The looks on people's faces were brief, curious, but not of contempt or fear. Some looked at him and just assumed he was another guy with a weird quirk. There were no insults, no panicked shouts .

.

.

Suddenly, a childish voice broke their thoughts.

"Oh, what a cute little doggie, let me pet you!".

.

.

Black Sperm turned toward the voice and saw a little girl running toward them. Rover looked at her, confused, but did not react aggressively. To Black Sperm's surprise, the little girl began to pet Rover with a smile on her face. Rover, a being capable of destroying cities with a single burst of energy, was being petted by a little girl as if he were a simple dog.

"Sir, is this your doggy? He's amazing! Does he have a quirk? I know because it has six eyes. I've never seen a dog with a quirk before, could you tell me what his quirk is?" the little girl asked with her eyes sparkling.

Black Sperm blinked, clearly puzzled by the situation. What was a "quirk"? He looked at the girl, who was looking at him with a purity and innocence he had never experienced before. There was no fear, only curiosity.

"Quirk? What the hell is that?" he thought, not knowing how to answer right away.

"Uh... girl, aren't you afraid of me?" he asked softly, a question laden with years of rejection and isolation in his world.

.

.

"Why would I be afraid, sir, are you a bad person?" the girl replied simply.

Black Sperm was silent for a moment, almost surprised by her answer. A bad person? How could she answer that.

"Who knows... maybe I am, maybe I'm not. But you shouldn't approach strangers so casually. You don't know what kind of people they might be on the inside."

"Oh, I understand, sir," the girl said, nodding earnestly. "But you still haven't answered me. What's your quirk and your little dog's quirk?"

Black Sperm sighed. This girl didn't seem to be willing to leave him alone until she got an answer. "I don't know what a quirk is," she finally admitted. "Can you tell me what that means?"

The girl looked at him in surprise. "You don't know what a quirk is, sir?"

Black Sperm shook his head, and the girl began to explain with the simplicity of a child.

"A quirk is an ability we people are born with. A quirk manifests when we turn four. I have a quirk! Woke up a little while ago."

Black Sperm listened intently, his thoughts working quickly to assimilate this new information. "So a quirk is a kind of power that people are born with in this world... and from what I can see, it also affects their physical appearance," he concluded in his mind.

"You said you have a quirk," he finally said. "May I know what it is?"

The girl nodded enthusiastically. "Sure! But in return, you have to tell me what your quirk is, sir. promise?"

Black Sperm sighed, but decided to play along. "Okay, I promise."

The girl smiled and reached out her hand towards the ground. Her cheeks puffed out as she concentrated all her energy. Suddenly, small flowers began to sprout from the ground, along with vibrant green grass. Black Sperm watched in awe as the area around them bloomed.

"This is my quirk. It's called 'Nature' - I can control plants!" the girl said proudly.

Black Sperm nodded, impressed. "Not bad," he thought. Then, he remembered his promise. "All right, child. My quirk... or power, is that I can multiply as many times as I want." To demonstrate, he split himself into two identical copies of himself.

"Wow!" exclaimed the little girl, amazed. "And the little dog?"

"Rover can go giant and shoot destructive energy balls," he said casually, as if it were no big deal.

The little girl was about to ask more questions when she heard her parents' voice calling her in the distance.

Heeding her parents' call, the girl said goodbye.

.

.

"Goodbye, sir! Goodbye, Rover!" the girl cried, as she ran away toward her parents.

Black Sperm watched her walk away, feeling something he hadn't felt in a long time: acceptance. Though this experience had been short, it left him pondering. In this world, people didn't look at him with fear or contempt. Perhaps, here there might be a chance to live without the constant rejection.

That fleeting thought would cross the kaijin's mind.

As the sun began to set on the horizon, Black Sperm and Rover lingered in the park, enjoying a peace they had never known in their own world.

.

.

Rest time was over for the kaijins. Black Sperm and Rover advanced through the dark, narrow alleys, whose walls were covered with graffiti and the ground, littered with garbage, emanated an unbearable stench. The shadows lengthened around them as the duo moved deeper into the heart of the city, avoiding the main streets so as not to attract unwanted glances.

-"Okay, Rover," said Black Sperm as he stopped in front of a mountain of trash that littered the alley, "we need to look for something useful to go unnoticed. Stay alert, because during our walk I saw that this world also has heroes.

The monster dog growled slightly, nodding in understanding.

-I don't know how strong the heroes of this place are, but we don't need to look for conflicts for now. It's best not to draw attention to ourselves until we fully recover our energies. So we'll keep a low profile, understood?

Rover responded with a low bark, as they both began to rummage through the pile of accumulated garbage. The search was painstaking, almost desperate. Black Sperm knew that, in his current state, a confrontation with any hero would be disastrous. They needed a disguise, something that would allow them to walk among the humans unnoticed, at least until they regained most of their strength.

.

.

A few meters away, a group of figures advanced silently down another nearby alley. They wore long black cloaks and masks with raven beaks that gave them a macabre and ominous air. These men were members of the mafia and, among them, one central figure stood out: Chisaki, the ruthless leader of the Eight Precepts of Death. He walked with a firm stride, his hands hidden under white gloves, while two subordinates flanked him on either side.

However, the figure that attracted the most attention was not him, but the little girl he was dragging by the hand. Eri, a little girl with a small horn on her forehead, walked with difficulty, her arms and legs covered with bandages left no doubt about the mistreatment she suffered. Her red eyes were full of fear and despair, the kind of anguish that only someone subjected to unimaginable suffering could show.

Eri, with every step she took, cursed herself. She remembered what had happened hours before. She had tried to escape from Chisaki, had run for her life, begging for someone to help her. And in her desperation, she had collided with two young heroes: Mirio and Deku who was currently the ninth bearer of the one for all. With tears in her eyes, she had begged them to save her, not to let her go back to the man who was hurting her so much. But, to her horror, the heroes did nothing. Chisaki, with her usual cold-bloodedness, told them that the girl was just playing, that it was a misunderstanding.

Now, as Chisaki dragged her back to her personal hell, Eri felt the world crumbling around her. She knew she would be punished for trying to escape, knew there would be no mercy when they reached the base. Her breathing grew heavier with each step, and her little legs could barely support her.

-Eri," Chisaki said in a cold, venomous voice, "you know what awaits you when we return, don't you, I don't think I have been clear enough with you. I'll make sure this is the last time you try to escape.

Chisaki's words were like a blow to Eri. She felt the air rush out of her and her heart beat with a mixture of fear and resignation. However, despite everything, her eyes caught something she did not expect: a strange creature, a monstrous dog watching her from a distance.

.

.

Rover, while searching through the garbage, had heard the sound of approaching footsteps. He stopped dead in his tracks, his ears perked up in warning and he growled softly, alerting Black Sperm to the danger.

-What's the matter, Rover? -asked Black Sperm, noticing the change in the monster dog's attitude. Someone is coming.

Rover let out another grunt, this time louder. Black Sperm sighed and stopped rummaging through the trash. He turned to look around the corner where Rover was pointing and waited patiently for the newcomers.

Finally, the figures of Chisaki, Eri and the two henchmen appeared before them.

-Well, well, what have we here? -Black Sperm muttered with a smirk as their multiple small bodies wiggled on their backs, ready for any eventuality. What kind of weird people are wandering around these alleys?

Chisaki paused, watching the two kaijins with interest. She hadn't seen creatures like them before, but in a world where quirks transformed people into all sorts of shapes and sizes, she wasn't too surprised.

Eri, for her part, looked up and her eyes met Rover's. Despite the dog's monstrous appearance, the girl felt something she hadn't expected: security. Something in Rover's gaze gave her a sense of protection that she had never felt when she was near Chisaki. Without thinking, she murmured:

-Doggy .

.

.

Chisaki, hearing her, squeezed his hand harder, making her gasp in pain.

-Keep walking, Eri. I don't want any more trouble.

But Eri, terrified and desperate, could not take her eyes off Rover. Despite everything, something in him told her that she could trust this monster, that maybe, just maybe, he would protect her.

.

.

Black Sperm noticed the interaction and, for the first time in a long time, felt a twinge of something he didn't readily recognize: empathy.

-Hey," he said, addressing Chisaki in a nonchalant tone, "what are you doing with that girl, she doesn't seem to be very happy with you.

Chisaki slowly turned around, looking at him with disdain.

-It's none of your business. This child is under my care," she replied coldly.

-Care? -Black Sperm replied with a derisive laugh. You don't seem to be looking after her. Rather, she seems to be terrified of you.

Chisaki frowned. He was not used to being challenged, much less by a creature as strange as Black Sperm. His two minions prepared to intervene if necessary.

-"Look, I don't care who you are," Black Sperm said, taking a step forward, "but I'm not such a monster as to ignore this. Clearly, that girl doesn't want to be with you.

Rover growled louder, taking a step forward, as if to get between Chisaki and Eri. The tension in the air intensified.

Chisaki gritted her teeth.

-Let's go," he ordered, pulling Eri. But before she could move, Rover let out a menacing roar.

-I don't think we'll let her go with you," said Black Sperm with a dark smile. We're no heroes, but we're not going to stand idly by either. Looks like there's going to be trouble today, don't you think?

.

.

Chisaki, for the first time, felt that perhaps she had underestimated these creatures.

The tension in the air was almost tangible. Chisaki was not used to being challenged, let alone by such grotesque and monstrous creatures. He took a step back, aware that the situation could quickly turn dangerous.

-"I don't know who you think you are, but you'll regret crossing me," Chisaki growled, raising a hand to activate his Quirk.

Before she could even lift a finger, however, Rover leapt forward with surprising speed for his size. The monstrous dog let out a deafening roar, which reverberated through the alleys and shook the ground beneath his paws. Without giving it time to react, Rover launched a ball of energy directly towards Chisaki's minions. The resulting explosion disintegrated them in an instant, reducing them to dust.

Chisaki barely had time to assimilate what had just happened when Black Sperm appeared before him, grinning with that macabre grimace that made his skin crawl.

-What good is that Quirk if you don't have time to use it? -Black Sperm whispered before pouncing on him.

Chisaki tried to back away, but he wasn't fast enough. In the blink of an eye, Black Sperm multiplied, his tiny copies enveloping Chisaki's body like a plague of insects. The tiny clones of Black Sperm, tore at her flesh, as Chisaki screamed in pain.

-Damn monsters! -Chisaki screamed in desperation, trying to use his Quirk to destroy the ground and throw him towards his attackers, but every time he moved a hand, Black Sperm blocked the move or hit him harder.

Fear began to invade Chisaki. He had never faced anything like them before. Despite her usual coolness, she felt panic take over her mind. Screams of pain echoed through the alleys as the Black Sperm clones tore at his skin, tearing off chunks of flesh and breaking bones with inhuman cruelty.

.

.

Eri watched from a distance. Her small body trembled, but not from fear, but from a strange sense of satisfaction. Every scream Chisaki emitted made her feel a peace she had never experienced before. She knew that what she was seeing was brutal, bloody and monstrous, but she could not look away. For the first time, her captor, the man who had made her life hell, was suffering, and she couldn't help but enjoy it.

Chisaki tried one last defense, reaching out toward Black Sperm to disintegrate him, but Rover stopped him. With a ferocious snarl, Rover bit Chisaki's arm and ripped it off, flinging it away with a brutal movement of his jaw. Blood spurted from the stump, and Chisaki let out a piercing scream, falling to his knees as he tried to stop the bleeding.

Black Sperm laughed at his pathetic posture, with his clones crawling over Chisaki's mutilated body, while others held him immobilized. Chisaki's eyes, normally cold and calculating, were filled with pure terror. He had never been in a situation where he was not in control. Now, for the first time, he was helpless, facing something he could neither understand nor stop.

-"Look how pathetic you've become," Black Sperm whispered, leaning close to his face. You thought you were a god in this world, but you're nothing but a cockroach.

Rover approached, growling low, his bloodshot eyes fixed on Chisaki. The man tried to crawl backwards, away from the beast, but it was no use. With a swift movement, Rover crushed Chisaki's chest with one paw, snapping his ribs like twigs. The leader of the Eight Precepts of Death let out a final scream, as his eyes filled with despair.

.

.

.

Silence prevailed for a few moments in that desolate alley, soon after the little girl moved.

Eri took a step forward, slowly approaching Chisaki's corpse, watching as his last breaths faded away. The monsters that had murdered him watched silently, not stopping her.

.

With her small foot, Eri tapped Chisaki's motionless body, first gently, then harder. With each blow, she felt a mixture of emotions she had never felt before: relief, anger and satisfaction. She struck her captor's corpse harder, unloading years of fear and suffering.

-Die! -he shouted in a broken voice, as he struck again and again. The monsters did nothing to stop her.

.

.

Black Sperm simply watched, while Rover remained vigilant, growling low, as if he too sensed the girl's hatred.

Finally, after several minutes, Eri stopped. She was breathing heavily, her small fists clenched and her eyes reddened with tears. She stood still, looking at Chisaki's limp body, and a sense of relief came over her.

-He's dead now, child," Black Sperm said in a soft voice. He won't be coming back, so don't worry.

Eri looked up, her eyes shining with a mixture of tears and relief. She nodded slowly, and for the first time in a long time, she smiled. A small, but sincere smile.

He approached Rover and, without hesitation, embraced his huge paw. Despite its monstrous appearance, the dog conveyed more security to him than any human being he had ever met. Black Sperm watched the scene with a touch of surprise. It was rare that anyone would want to be near them after seeing what they were capable of.

.

.

-Aren't you afraid of us? -asked Black Sperm, still incredulous at the situation.

-Can I stay with you," Eri asked.

Black Sperm, surprised to hear such words, answered, "Are you sure of what you are saying, child?

Eri looked up, her eyes full of determination.

-Yes," she said softly. You saved me. I want to stay with you... always.

Black Sperm chuckled softly, her lips turning up in an almost perceptible smile.

-Well, it looks like we have a new companion, Rover. From now on, this little one will be with us.

Rover let out a low bark of approval, as Eri smiled. To her, this person and giant dog, who had torn her captor apart, were not beasts, but her saviors. In her eyes, they were the real heroes.

And at that moment, she decided that she would never be separated from them. Come what may, those two monsters would be her new family, and nothing, no one, would ever take her away from them.

.

.

The sun slowly began to descend, bathing the alley in golden light as the trio of unlikely companions continued to rummage through piles of garbage. Rover, with his keen nose, removed bags and boxes while Black Sperm searched every nook and cranny more precisely, looking for anything that might be of use to them.

Eri, now calm and more confident with her new companions, watched them work. Although the place was far from cozy, the girl felt safer than ever. The monsters that accompanied her, despite their fearsome appearance, were the first beings that had freed her from the fear that tormented her.

.

.

-Look at this," said Black Sperm, carefully pulling a small blue dress, barely torn at the edges, out of the pile of trash. It didn't give off a bad smell and seemed to be in fairly good condition.

Eri approached, curious, and took the garment in her small hands. She looked at Black Sperm and then at Rover, who grunted softly as if giving his approval.

-It looks like it was made for you, child. Try it on," Black Sperm said in a nonchalant tone, but there was a softness in his words that wasn't there before.

Eri nodded shyly and, with some help, put on the dress. It was a bit baggy, but comfortable, and, to her relief, it wasn't dirty. The girl smiled for the first time in what seemed like years. It felt... good. Even with everything she'd been through, just having something clean and nice to wear gave her a sense of normalcy she'd forgotten.

Black Sperm gave a half-smile at the sight of Eri's expression. On the other hand, Rover, who always seemed to know what Eri was feeling, came over and gently licked the girl's hand, as if he was recognizing her new outfit.

-"It looks good on you," said Black Sperm, though with his typical attitude of trying to downplay the moment.

After a few more minutes of searching, Rover pulled something unexpected out of a pile of boxes: a grocery cart. Although it was a bit rusty around the edges, it was still in good shape and, most importantly, the wheels worked perfectly.

Black Sperm let out a sarcastic laugh, but there was a certain twinkle in his eye.

-How about we get Rover to push it? It could be useful, and you, little one, could ride in it," he proposed with a gesture toward Eri.

Rover let out a bark of confirmation, as if he understood the plan perfectly. Eri, though surprised, couldn't help but get excited. Riding in the grocery cart wasn't exactly a luxury, but for a girl who had spent so much time suffering and running away, any gesture of fun felt like a great gift.

.

.

With a rope found in the trash, they tied the cart to Rover's body, who stood in front of it, as if it were a sled. Black Sperm, always with his carefree attitude, watched the scene and cast a mocking glance toward Eri.

.

.

-Ready for your journey, princess?

Eri nodded, a smile lighting up her face. She climbed into the cart and sat comfortably, hugging her knees as she watched Rover who, on receiving Black Sperm's signal, began to move forward.

The cart moved smoothly, propelled by the huge monster dog. Eri felt the wind on her face as they moved through the alleys, and, for the first time in a long time, she allowed herself to laugh. It was a soft laugh, barely audible, but full of an innocent joy that had been suppressed for so long.

The world around her might be full of dangers, but at that moment, there was only the feeling of freedom and the wind caressing her face. The grocery cart, despite its simplicity, had become something more. It was her escape, her refuge, her little world of happiness.

As the sun continued its descent, painting the sky with shades of orange and pink, Eri let herself be carried away by the tranquility of the moment. For her, this shopping cart ride was more than just a simple activity. It was part of her new joyful memories, something she would keep in her heart.

Black Sperm walked to the side, watching casually, but noticing Eri's happiness. Though he wouldn't say it out loud, there was something about the girl's joy that made him feel..... good. Rover, for his part, kept his pace steady, as if he knew exactly what he was doing, pushing the cart carefully to make Eri's ride as smooth as possible.

- "I don't know how long this will last, but we seem to be having a good time for now," Black Sperm said quietly, more to himself than to the others.

Eri looked ahead, the wind still playing in her hair. It was strange to think that only a few hours ago she was trapped in despair and terror, and now, even though her companions were monsters, she felt safer than ever. They had somehow become her protectors.

The cart continued to roll, leaving the alley behind, as the three of them drove deeper into the city. Night was approaching, but that didn't worry them. Eri was confident that her new friends would take care of her. And though her future was uncertain, at that moment, she didn't need to think about it. Only the present mattered, the simple happiness of riding in that grocery cart, as if the whole world had been reduced to that small moment of peace.

.

.

Finally, as the sun disappeared over the horizon, Black Sperm spoke.

-It's time to get some food and money. We can't go on surviving on junk alone. -He paused and then, with an almost knowing smile, added, "But I guess we can enjoy this ride a little longer for now.

Rover, ever attentive, continued to push the cart without protest. Eri snuggled a little more in her makeshift seat, smiling to herself. For her, this moment was not just a pause in the midst of the chaos. It was the beginning of a new life, and these two monsters, in her eyes, were more than companions. They were her heroes. And with them, she knew she would never be alone again.

Night was falling over the city, but for little Eri, the future shone a little brighter.
