*Chapter 31: The Meeting*
Sophia and Alexander made their way to the warehouse, their senses on high alert. They had no idea what to expect, but they knew they had to be careful.
As they entered the warehouse, Sophia saw a figure waiting for them in the shadows. He was tall and imposing, with a stern expression on his face.
"Victor," Alexander said, nodding in greeting.
Victor stepped forward, his eyes scanning Sophia. "You're the one who's been helping Alexander," he said. "I must say, I'm impressed."
Sophia smiled, feeling a sense of relief. "We're just trying to do what's right," she said.
Victor nodded. "I know exactly what you mean," he said. "I've been working against Alexander's father for years. He's a ruthless man, and he needs to be brought down."
Alexander nodded in agreement. "We have evidence of his wrongdoings," he said. "But we need your help to take him down."
Victor smiled, a calculating glint in his eye. "I have a plan," he said. "But it's going to require precision and timing. Are you both ready to see this through?"
Sophia nodded, feeling a surge of determination. She was ready to take down Alexander's father, no matter what it took.
Alexander nodded too, his eyes locked on Victor's. "We're in," he said. "What's the plan?"
Victor smiled again, and Sophia felt a sense of trepidation. What had they just gotten themselves into?
Let's see how this plays out, she thought. Let's bring Alexander's father to justice.
