*Chapter 30: Plot thickens*
Sophia and Alexander caught their breath, their hearts still racing from their narrow escape. They knew they couldn't stay in the safe house forever, but for now, it was a refuge.
"We need a plan," Sophia said, her mind racing with ideas. "We can't just run forever."
Alexander nodded. "I know someone who can help us," he said. "A former business associate of my father's. He's been wanting to take him down for years."
Sophia's eyes widened. "Who is it?" she asked.
"His name is Victor," Alexander said. "He's been secretly working against my father for years. I think he'll be willing to help us."
Sophia nodded. "Let's contact him," she said. "We need all the help we can get."
Alexander pulled out his phone and dialed a number. After a brief conversation, he hung up. "He's willing to meet with us," he said. "But we have to be careful. My father has eyes everywhere."
Sophia nodded. "I'll be careful," she said. "When and where do we meet him?"
Alexander checked his watch. "We're meeting him in an hour," he said. "At a warehouse on the outskirts of town."
Sophia's heart skipped a beat. She knew that this meeting could be a turning point in their fight against Alexander's father.
As they prepared to leave the safe house, Sophia felt a sense of determination. They were going to take down Alexander's father, no matter what it took.
Let's do this, she thought. Let's bring him to Justice
