"Honestly, i do, i don't get how they are this naive, People used to do horrible things even when there was law" Sasuke answered Billy while chewing a piece of dried meat.
"There were enough cases of murdering innocents, rape, stealing, bullying...And now no army or government is in control? No law. I don't know how they can't see the flip." even Naruto, the most idiotic idealist kid changed after leaving Konoha and started taking the shinobi life seriously...
"I spoke to one of them before, they are still hoping for the military to somehow take control of the situation. I haven't even seen one fighter jet in the sky since a month ago, yet they are waiting for the military to save them or something."
"Being sheltered from reality has its own downsides, the farthest they had gone is to Atlanta, and that too without encountering any hostile group" Sasuke said, watching the passing trees and enjoying the breeze.
It was good being away from all the hassle.
"The military base for survivors i was going to in the beginning, in South Carolina was breached even before i stepped inside, and it wasn't even from the outside, they somehow were breached from the inside, it was chaos in there, walkers and all seeping from the inside.
I fled before seeing the end of it, but I can imagine what happened after that."
"You know why I'm obsessed with looting things Billy? Especially military-grade weapons and armory?"
"To fight back? Keep them safe."
"Yeah, but think about it, now that the military was fractured, the soldiers would obviously run to their families in worry rather than protect strangers or listen to higher-ups, so with all that chaos, weapons of military grade, helicopters, tanks, machine guns were abandoned around...they are easily accessed "
"You are right, but we found many still untouched."
"Yet, think what a group of strong people, hardened men and such, maybe previous gangs like the one we had eliminated, would do when they come in touch with those things...they will terrorize every weak person and group around, plundering.
It's simple really; the weak is going to be either enslaved or killed when faced with a merciless strong force" he leaned a little from the window and dropped a walker ahead with a senbon.
"Those 8 lost their shit over a single woman, we had many in our group...and that is just one side of it, They will aim for our supplies, guns, and basically everything useful. I don't believe one bit that all people we are gonna meet at some point are going to be as...harmless as the ones of the camp in the mountain" Billy who was speeding ahead pressed the brakes making them real forward.
"Fuck! Billy, what?"
"So we are in deep shit?"
"No, i will have whoever sets his eyes on my things and people killed way before they step one mile close, i'm saying this so you can talk to Morgan, Rick and Shane...they need to think of that possibility and start acting accordingly, You know Rick is still seeing me as a kid he needs to keep an eye on.

"Yeah, so all we have to do is take more than them, train the people to fire guns in case of something, and find a suitable place to start a shelter."
Billy soon hit the road, driving as fast as he could, Sasuke said he wanted to ^vanish^ the things there before the group caught up to them.
It was then the CB made noise, and Rick's voice sounded from it. Telling them that the hose of the RV malfunctioned and they need to stop for now until they fix it, it would take them around 30 minutes to one hour max.
Sasuke called for Katniss, telling her to stay alert and keep Ciri in the car, the blonde sisters were currently with her too.
"Boy, the CDC, like any other government facility is sure to have surveillance, so how are you going to deal with that?"
"I don't know yet, we are not even sure there will be livings there" but Sasuke realized he had forgotten that important detail.
The scientist was there in the show, and he would see him if Sasuke just swept in then started making things disappear...which is unacceptable.
Billy and Katniss are enough, no way he is going to have that revealed ever again.
"What if we blurred them, the cameras?" Billy suggested reminding him of the spray paint they have looted.
"Then they would be alerted and would never let us in. Even if we hide it temporarily with something, they aren't gonna miss the sudden disappearance of every useful thing around"
' I think I need its help ' Sasuke had the perfect tool, no...pet, to know all the info he needed and act when and where he could't.
The van slowly pulled to the side of the road, parking Somewhere near the CDC, just far enough to not be seen by cameras.
Corpses, corpses everywhere, dropped all around the ground with the buzz of flies and stench blanketing the place.
"Fallen hah, another damn tragedy, what now?"
"Now we see what is waiting for us inside."
"How so?" Sasuke didn't answer and just bit his finger drawing blood, which made Billy baffled as to why the heck he is hurting himself.
Doing hand seals and clapping his hands, Sasuke muttered.

And once again the little white snake appeared with a puff, curling to his pinky finger.
"What the fuck? I thought you said you can't store a living thing?"
"I can't, this is my summon, a pet that I am able to summon from its home and let it return whenever i want." He moved it closer to Billy who leaned back with arms up, making Sasuke laugh not expecting him to hate snakes.
" It will be our way to know how many people are inside there and all." Sasuke opened the window and let it drop to the road as Billy watched the tiny snake that should be more of a worm disappear away with amazing speed.
"How would you know? It can't speak to you? How do you even do those things"
"It can relay informations through intents and a device planted on it. Of course we can't do everything alone, shinobi use and train a special breed of animals to help in missions. Now we wait"
What Sasuke didn't tell him is that he can see through its vision, not because he didn't trust Billy, but because any more than that and he will be seen as a true freak.
He can slowly make Billy familiar with the abilities he has.
Better than tossing everything suddenly to his face and appearing like an alien to him.
The snake somehow was able to bypass throgh a crack under the ground and then into the air system, Sasuke kept doing vision share from time to time.
He knew there should be only one man, and sasuke had already given the snake specific orders.
Soon the link tagged him, and he watched the man that was starting to record something and drinking himself drunk.
{Do it} he commanded, and the little snake slithered biting Doctor Jenner's ankle who lost consciousness before even knowing why.
His head slumped on the table as the machine kept recording.
' I have 10 minutes before he wakes up and about 15 before they arrive '
"There's a man inside, alive, only one. She put him to sleep which would last ten minutes...i am going to do it fast and withdraw here again, alright?" He gave Billy a transmission earpiece, one for them to communicate better without the buzz of the CB.
"Go and be careful, i will be your eyes from here" Putting it on, Billy nodded and climbed to the top of the van, taking his binoculars and rifle.
He watched Sasuke run, really run for the first time.
The boy flicked smoke bombs around soon making it hard to track him, Billy only got an idea about his location following the eruption of smoke.
' How the heck is he faster than my own fucking van? just what kind of place did he grow up at? '
Billy only saw a blur exiting smoke and soon disappearing into another much farther, which means crossing at least 30 meters {yards: 32.8} in two fucking seconds.
He would say the Uchihas were a lucky bunch if he didn't know their grim fate.
For all their monstrous abilities, they were still massacred. He got to know that it was a very complicated matter back then.
Hands behind his back Sasuke accelerated again in a new direction on the side of the building.
Flashing handseals at abnormal speed before pressing one into a tank that disappeared after a puff.
He ran toward another military truck and tank nearby repeating the process.
Soon Sasuke did a cleaning all over.
Making 5 tanks, 3 machine guns, 5 Humvees, 2 military trucks and some of the discarded weapons and ammunition join his storage seal.
He was so fast and silent that he didn't even alert the walkers in some places.
By the time the few nearby glanced over, there was nothing left but a blade flashing taking their heads.
"3 minutes and 13 seconds left, congratulations on another great haul" Billy said putting down his rifle and getting down.
"Yeah, we need others to come and help loot the weapons i left on the ground, otherwise it would look too clean." Sasuke nodded, unsealing a Humvee nearby and taking a seat on it talking to Billy through the earpiece.
"Won't he be alerted at passing out before we show up with many people soon?"
"He won't remember, it would be akin to a sudden nap from exhaustion. Here they are" he waved his hand from the window as the RV pulled behind his car and soon others followed.
"Keep it down, and group here" Sasuke and Billy gestured for everyone to stay silent even though people were anxious.
Anxious from seeing the dozens of rotting corpses which made their hope plummet, anxious from the stinky air and the dread.
"Rick, we have many people, we can't move forward like this." Billy said looking at the whole group who was standing unorganized.
"I will be taking the front with Katniss, Rick and Shane the sides, Daryl and Billy the rear. Morgan can choose a side to support...others are going to walk in the center, remember. No shouting, no running around. Okay? We don't want walkers to come at us" Sasuke spoke before signaling for Katniss to stay behind him to help and guard Ciri.
"But you said the doors are closed on the CB? This is a damn dead-end, man" T-dog asked him with worry.
"That's why...it's closed, there's a chance someone is in there. You stay silent until we find the answer." Billy said as he and Daryl took turns taking the few guns on the ground and putting them in a bag.
People were focusing only on reaching the gates letting them do all the work, other than Glenn, T-Dog and another young man who started helping them hold the bags.
"Night is closing, we can't stay here, we need to leave" Lori argued the moment the closed gates came to view.
She didn't understand why they were following someone younger than them, even her husband was taking his side.
Soon they were in front of the shut doors as Shane and Rick started trying to open them while the people started throwing blames, especially at Sasuke who led them here.
And before Sasuke say anything, Daryl shouted.
"Walker!" That put the group into a frenzy.
Some were anxious wanting to run back to their vehicles, while others just started screaming around.
"Rick, see if you can talk to the thing controlling that camera, maybe there is someone inside...i will keep any walker away" He planted the idea to him and left to the front side.
He wasn't the type to beg, it just wasn't in him, and he knew Rick could play at the emotional side better than him.
"Stay still and back toward the shutters, Why are you yelling?! We will take care of them, stop making more noise" Sasuke pulled a man who was about to make a run for the cars.
"It's a dead end don't you understand? We need to leave! You should've said they were locked from the beginning" Lori shouted at him and turned to grab Rick, who was still pounding at the gate.
' He can stay here if he wants to...i need to make Rick leave with us'
"Back, they are just few, we can't focus if you keep yelling" Shane shouted and soon others saw Sasuke and Daryl easily taking down the 5 walkers with arrows and daggers.
"Seriously, use your damn minds...we have enough time and muscles to either be sure of this place or find a nearby one to spend the night, stop being jumpy and keep to the damn formation" Billy shouted and it was then the gate behind them suddenly opened, strong light washing over them from inside like a ray of hope.
Lori, who was pulling Rick, froze, turning to see.
"Rick's talking no jutsu...works every damn time" Sasuke muttered, taking Ciri's hand and following the others inside.
He knows they won't be staying here for long.
So he made sure the people around him kept their hope in check not to break mentally later when they have to leave again.
Especially Ciri, he was being somewhat strict when it concerned those things, and she never troubled him acting way more mature than her age.
' Never take things for granted ' She repeated his lines without him even saying a word.
The moment he looked at her to make her ready she spouted those word with a nod, showing that she understood what may come next.
