The world seemed to freeze for a moment as my gaze locked on the list, my eyes tracing over my name repeatedly like I couldn't believe it was real.
Tears pooled in my eyes, blurring the letters.
I got in. I actually got in!
If Riven were here right now, I don't know if I'd give him a kiss or a huge hug... or both.

They walked past me, ignoring my existence. Except for Kayden, who shot me a look that was equal parts smug and amused.
They scanned the list for their names, probably. They turned to look at me now, like they were just noticing my presence.
