Chapter 35: Winky became a hot Elven woman
But in the infinity city that he has not visited he still requires his own power and people. It is not always easy to work alone and do things. But he has to find someone loyal. If the other person is not loyal then he has to make that person loyal.

Well it did not stop them from having the pleasure and enjoying the life. Having pleasure is the best way of getting close and getting to know each other. The only exception for this is a bunch of scumbag men and women.
That night is a good night as he tasted a real elf for the first time and she is not a native. After this he really wanted to find other elves as well but he stopped himself because not every house elf is intelligent and they would do as he asked.
In the next day they woke up and went to their work as usual. Dobby and Winky talked about their partnership and they came to a conclusion that is they would make a temporary team in surviving.
The thing is they know how Dobby died. But they don't know how Winky died. But it was sure that she definitely died at some point. If not the system did not send her into the body with a mission. Based on the plot she never died.
But there is one exception that is the final battle where there are many people that died and there is not possible proof that she survived. So that might be the death situation for her. She cannot just run away because there might be some prohibitions that stopped her.
