After Ren Wei left, Wang Lin finally got to breath a sigh a relief.
'Whoo.., I didn't expect someone powerful like him would be in the Black Swan City.' He then recalled the moment he felt the cold wind when he heard him spoke. 'Should have known at that moment.'
Then, he carefully thought of what the senior had said to him. An opportunity to reach Innate Qi Realm.

While he himself was busy with the new works, his so called brother had already sent people to dig up some surface news to the capital.
During these time, Wang Lin appointed Li Fei as his close assistant. He did that because he saw the talent of Li Fei. He had that idea since the day he first saw him fighting someone stronger than.

And coincidentally, they accepted their first ever member aside from them, to their South Wind Pavillion organization. And it was Li Fei.
After considering, the Nan Brothers decided to let Li Fei stay as the close assistant for the city lord.
And in the mean time, Nan Yuan and Nan Hai left the Black Swan City. Their destination? One of the many prefecture city under the South Lake Province governing area. The Hundred Flower Prefecture City. Named after the flower that changes its colour every now and then.
The remaining three brothers were in the Black Swam City. Guarding the spiritual garden.
At first, the Nan Brothers decided to expand their operation beyond the Black Swan City after they promoted to Innate Qi Realm, which would have taken quite a while.
But they never thought that their boss would asked them to do that immediately.
So, they had to speed up their process. And luckily for them, Ren Wei gave them each an opportunity to reach the Innate Qi Realm, in short period of time.
Now, both Nan Yuan and Nan Hai, after successfully reaching the Innate Qi Realm in a week's time, they left to first scout the foreign area.
And for the remaining Nan Brothers, it would atleast took more days for them to reach that Realm.

The Black Swan City was still in its own peaceful time. Everything was the same, except for something.
In the city lord mansion, Wang Lin was looking at a group people teenagers standing in front him, at the open sparing ground.
On his side was Li Fei, reporting the situation.
"My lord, this is the first batch lf children that was found to have treasure bones. Now after more than a month of teaching and training, all of them are in the first Realm."
"Among the seven of them, one of the have reached the peak of Level 1 Body Refinement Realm." Li Fei pointed at a teenager with ordinary appearance.
Wang Lin followed his direction and saw the boy. His eyes lit up with some surprise.
He turned Li Fei and asked. "Is he the one with the Mortal Bloodline?"
Li Fei nodded. "Yes."
"Good. He didn't disappoint me." Wang Lin was satisfied with how his plan turned out.
That first batch would be the first cultivator guards of the city. Then, the next, then after that.
After giving some speech, he dismissed them. Then, he went inside his room to rest.
As soon as he sat down on his chair to rest for a bit, he suddenly realized there were two people inside the room.
Alarmed, he instinctively stood up from his sit.

Wang Lin immediately recognized them as soon as he saw their faces. "How did you two got in here?" He turned to look at his alarm array and found it was disabled.
'So easy!?' He thought.
Seeing his reaction, Nan Lei simply said. "We are here to ask you something under the order of our boss."
"Your boss? Who is that?" Wang Lin said.
"Of course it was the one who told you to investigate some things for him." Nan Lin said as if it was the fact.
"That senior!" Wang Lin widened his eyes.
"And you guys are his subordinates? Aren't you guys..." Wang Lin was about to say that they were too weak to be the subordinates of that senior, when he suddenly stopped mid sentence.
It was because he saw something shocking. When he met the Nan Brothers some months ago, they were just at the 5th Level of Acquired Qi Realm.
And now, he could not sense their Realm. Possibly because they were more stronger than him.
But that was impossible, it only has been just bare few months.
'Is it because of that senior that they advance so quickly?' Wang Lin thought of the opportunity Ren Wei spoke of. He thought maybe that senior didn't lie to him.
Maybe he was truly capable of doing that.
After realizing the situation, he calmed down himself and said. "Please tell the senior that it will take atleast another month to get the first wave of information."

The sudden changed in the tone was surprising for both Lin and Lei. They thought maybe the city lord will maintain his stand in front of them. Who would have expected that he would changed as soon as he heard about their boss.
"Ookey.. but you better be sincere about it." With that, the two Nan Brothers left. Leaving behind Wang Lin alone in his room, thinking about the shocking scene he had just witnessed.
