"Hey! Oven, don't be reckless! The Marines have been unusually active lately, and the situation in the New World is growing more and more unstable!"

A calm and steady voice echoed from a Den Den Mushi whose face was wrapped in a thick scarf.

"Katakuri, there's no need to worry. It's just Dressrosa," Oven replied nonchalantly while holding the Den Den Mushi.

"If they won't agree to produce sweets for Mama, then I have no reason to show them mercy." With his strength, Oven didn't view Dressrosa as a threat.

In the face of overwhelming power, military resistance was essentially meaningless.

"But Dressrosa is a member of the World Government—they'll request help from the Marines!" Katakuri was concerned.

Right now, the New World was like a powder keg—one spark could set off a massive explosion.

The last thing he wanted was for the Big Mom Pirates to become the target of a global backlash. That would inevitably lead to heavy casualties among his siblings.

"Enough, Katakuri. That's the end of it. I'll present Mama with the perfect gift!" Click! Oven ended the call without giving Katakuri a chance to argue.

"Damn it! That idiot…" Katakuri slammed the receiver down, his expression growing dark. A sense of foreboding gnawed at him.

"Prepare a ship. Our destination is the Kingdom of Dressrosa!" Dressrosa, Coastal Port

A medium-sized three-masted sailing ship slowly pulled into the harbor.

Its thick masts bore a pirate flag fluttering in the sea breeze: a black background with a grinning skull waving, adorned with a top hat and curly pink hair.

The lips of the skull were outlined with exaggerated red lipstick.

There was nothing funny about it, though—any pirate in the New World would instantly recognize the emblem. It was the flag of the Big Mom Pirates, one of the rulers of the sea.

"Quick! Report to King Riku on the King's Plateau and request immediate military support!"

The guards stationed at the port spotted the pirate ship immediately and rushed to sound the alarm.

"Dressrosa dares to contact the Marines? Looks like they need to be taught a lesson. Fire the cannons!"

Charlotte Oven, clad in his iconic orange-yellow outfit, gave the order with a cold expression as he glanced toward the Marine warship docked nearby.

"Hahaha! Yes, Lord Oven! Those fools! They dare defy the Big Mom Pirates!" The pirates aboard erupted in jeers.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Cannon fire roared from the pirate ship toward the Marine vessel, but the Marines on board were ready. They quickly turned their guns on the enemy.

Explosions echoed across the harbor as smoke filled the air.

Oven's crew charged ashore, clashing with the kingdom's guards and Marine defenders in a chaotic, bloody battle.

The scene was utter bedlam—gunfire, screaming, and smoke billowed in every direction.

Oven stood coldly at the bow, unmoving. Though he intended to teach Dressrosa a lesson, he wasn't going to let Mama's "gift" be too severely damaged.

Meanwhile, deep in the city streets of Dressrosa, Atlas was feasting joyfully. But suddenly, he paused.

From the moment he stepped foot on the island, his Observation Haki had spread across all of Dressrosa—and now, he sensed Charlotte Oven's arrival.

"Well, well... so it's him." Swallowing the last bite of food, Atlas vanished from sight with a swift Soru, racing toward the port.

His rapid movement kicked up powerful gusts, sending nearby women in short skirts into surprised shrieks.

"Your Majesty! The Big Mom Pirates are here!" Back at the palace on the King's Plateau, a guard burst in, breathless and pale.

"What!?" King Riku was shocked and furious, completely unprepared for how fast Big Mom's forces had moved. His eyes turned instantly to Vice Admiral Gion.

"Heh. Don't worry, Your Majesty. The Marines will handle this," Gion replied calmly, fully understanding the king's concern.

She bowed and turned to leave, her cape fluttering behind her in the wind.

"Good grief, this is such a mess. I guess it's time for some cleanup."

By the time Atlas arrived at the port, the area was already in ruins. Marines and the kingdom guards were doing their best to hold back the pirates.

Standing calmly at the bow of the ship was Charlotte Oven, dressed in his fiery orange garb.

Conqueror's Haki — Activated.

Suddenly, the world seemed to shift into monochrome. Time froze.

Pirates froze mid-movement, expressions twisted in confusion, before collapsing one by one.

Marines and kingdom guards stared in confusion, unable to comprehend what had just happened, but the Marines soon realized what was going on.

"It's Commodore Atlas! His Conqueror's Haki… unbelievable! No wonder they say only one in a million is born with it!"

While the kingdom guards were stunned, the Marines rallied. They knew this was Atlas's doing and quickly sprang into action, finishing off the pirates who had lost consciousness under his overwhelming will.

At the bow, Oven felt the impact of the Haki. Although he wasn't knocked unconscious, the force behind the pressure was immense.

His vision blurred, and his head throbbed under the weight of the powerful aura.

"Charlotte Oven," Atlas muttered as he narrowed his eyes.

He knew who Oven was—one of the most powerful among Big Mom's children, a user of the Heat-Heat Fruit, and the only one among her children who inherited a portion of her monstrous physique.

His debut bounty had been 300 million berries, but Atlas knew his real strength far exceeded that.

"When did the Marines get another Conqueror's Haki user?" Oven was genuinely surprised.

As far as he knew, Sengoku was the only Marine known to possess that power. But this man's Haki was far too refined to be newly awakened.

"Conqueror's Haki isn't exclusive to pirates," Atlas replied calmly.

"I follow the path of ultimate justice."

He waited patiently as the remaining Marines and guards cleared the area—after all, he didn't want to be held back once the real fight started.

"Explosive Sweep!"

Atlas struck first.

He activated the Dragon Talisman, unleashing a massive column of explosive fire that surged toward Oven, engulfing the pirate ship and blowing it to pieces.

Oven leapt from the bow with a grim expression, avoiding the brunt of the blast. There was no way an attack that simple would land on him.

"You've made a big mistake, Marine!"

"Remote Heating!" Oven instantly activated his Devil Fruit powers.

To him, Atlas had just insulted the Big Mom Pirates by destroying their flag—an attack on their very pride.

Heat radiated from the Oven's body, and Atlas could feel a wave of scorching energy surrounding him. But to Atlas, it was barely worth noticing—like being bitten by tiny ants.

"Trash. Are you trying to tickle me?"

"Explosive—Godspeed—Soru!"

Atlas grinned menacingly. The ground cracked beneath him, and he vanished in a burst of speed, appearing instantly behind Oven.

Danger!

Oven's Observation Haki screamed with alarm, but his body couldn't keep up with the speed. He could only stand there frozen as Atlas's fist came crashing down.

BOOM!

No Armament Haki, no flashy techniques—just sheer power. Atlas's fist slammed into Oven with terrifying force, launching him like a ragdoll across the battlefield.

It felt like getting punched by Big Mom during one of her hunger pangs. Oven's bones screamed in pain, his body nearly coming apart.

"Tch... Not bad at all," Atlas muttered as he shook out his fist.

With each new talisman he unlocked, his strength grew more monstrous. The talismans didn't just enhance his physical abilities—they synergized with each other.

His body now rivaled the stamina and power of the top Marine vice admirals, putting him on the same tier as the "Three Monsters."

He was, in many ways, like a turbocharged version of Charlotte Linlin herself.

"What the hell are you...!?" Oven groaned, slowly climbing to his feet.

Dust-covered arms wiped blood from his lips as his eyes stared at Atlas in utter shock and disbelief.

That last blow nearly made him feel the chilling breath of death. Such terrifying speed and power were simply beyond human capabilities.

"Heat Wind Fist!"

Oven was filled with regret. He should have turned back when Katakuri warned him. But there's no medicine for regret in this world.

Now, he could only brace himself and fight the monster before him, hoping for a slim chance of survival.

"A firefly daring to challenge the bright moon? Blast Fist!"

Kanos Atlas pushed off, the explosive power of the Dragon Talisman surging through his massive fist as they clashed head-on! Bang!

In truth, Charlotte Oven had developed his Devil Fruit abilities quite well.

His physique had also inherited some of Big Mom's "Iron Balloon" resilience, and his powers were on the verge of Awakening.

However, his Heat-Heat Fruit specialized in temperature, while Atlas's Dragon Talisman leaned more towards explosive force.

In terms of instantaneous attack power, Oven was outmatched.

"How about it, pirate? Do you feel the difference now?" Atlas asked calmly, looking at Oven, whose right arm was twisted at an unnatural angle.

"Marine! Are you sure you want to make an enemy of the Big Mom Pirates? Mama will not forgive you!" Oven threatened viciously.

"To hell with your Mama! Are you a damn mama's boy?" Atlas ignored him, lunged forward, and swung his large hand, landing a heavy slap across Oven's face.

His distinctive hairstyle was instantly ruined, his head nearly caving in.

His right cheek swelled up, and blood, mixed with a few teeth, spurted from the corner of his mouth and splattered onto the ground.

"You…" Oven struggled to get up. He had no idea what was wrong with this man, who was spouting nonsense he couldn't understand before suddenly flying into a rage and slapping him.

Truthfully, Oven was just unlucky this time. He was the type who relied heavily on his Devil Fruit ability.

Even though his physical gifts were superior to most of Big Mom's other children, his hand-to-hand combat style was still centered around his fruit's power.

However, while Atlas's Dragon Talisman was primarily explosive, it was still fundamentally a fire-based power.

This rendered the Oven's ability half-useless. In terms of physique and strength, Atlas completely dominated him, grinding him into the dirt.

"Alright, talk. What was your main objective for coming to Dressrosa?" Atlas asked casually, seeing that Oven had been 'taught a lesson'.

After all, wasn't it natural to interrogate a captive for information?

"Marine, if you've got the guts, then just kill me!!" Oven retorted defiantly. Given his loyalty to his family, he would never reveal any information about Big Mom.

"Oh? Alright, then." Upon hearing this, Atlas immediately drew the Sandai Kitetsu from his waist.

A flash of the blade appeared, precisely slicing across Oven's neck. Blood instantly gushed out!

Oven instinctively clamped his good left hand over the wound on his neck, his eyes wide as saucers, filled with utter disbelief and resentment as countless thoughts raced through his mind.

Damn it, I was just running my mouth! Why did this bastard Marine take me seriously?

Besides, don't the Marines usually lock up Devil Fruit users in Impel Down? Why isn't this guy following the script?

But these were thoughts Oven would never get the chance to voice.

Atlas had no intention of sending him to Impel Down, because he knew the Big Mom Pirates would surely cut some shady deal with the World Government to get Oven released.

It was just like those politicians who secretly dealt with Kaido, the ruler of Wano Country. In the eyes of the Five Elders, there was only naked self-interest.

As for the Devil Fruit's rebirth, Atlas couldn't care less. Devil Fruits never caused the world's corruption to begin with.

Besides, new ones were constantly appearing on the seas; the loss of one Heat-Heat Fruit made no difference.

"No survivors?" Just then, Gion, who had rushed over from the King's Plateau, appeared at Atlas's side. She glanced at Oven's gruesome corpse and asked.

"Ah, none left alive. Scum like this can go repent in hell," Atlas said with a calm expression, waving his hand dismissively.

"How very much like Akainu, little Kanos," Gion joked.

"I'm nothing like Vice Admiral Akainu. Vice Admiral Gion, why don't you handle the aftermath? I'm off to enjoy more of Dressrosa's passionate dances."

Gion froze, realizing she'd been played again. She hadn't had a moment's rest since arriving in Dressrosa. Damn him!
