Chapter 1 - Meeting

Amongst the rocking seas a storm is above. And the ship of the Revolutionary army Dragon Holding his dear son No older than one week old. Starts using Geppo to meet his father at the meeting point he had set to keep his son out of the eyes of the world goverment. He lands on the deck of his father's ship. Garp with his dog hood up Scowls at his son. But lightens his expression when he sees a bundle in his hand. Garp asks "is that your child or someone else's child?

The wind howled a mournful song, whipping Dragon's cloak around him as he set the bundle down gently. "It's my son, Garp. His name is Monkey D. Luffy." Dragon's voice was firm, yet laced with a hint of exhaustion. The weight of his responsibilities was etched on his face, but a flicker of pride shone in his eyes.

Garp grunted, his gaze softening as he approached the small bundle. He reached out a calloused hand, gently nudging the blanket aside. There, nestled within, was a baby. But this was no ordinary child. A shock of silver hair, streaked with strands of shimmering gold, peeked out from the blankets. Luffy's tiny face was scrunched in a frown, as if already contemplating the mysteries of the Grand Line.

"Silver and gold, eh?" Garp chuckled, a rumble in his chest. "Never seen a hair color like that. Must be the mother's side." He poked a finger at Luffy's cheek, and the baby's eyes fluttered open. They were wide, intelligent eyes, filled with a spark that hinted at something more.

Dragon stepped back, watching his father's reaction with a mix of anticipation and apprehension. He knew Garp's heart, but the old Marine was a force of nature, unpredictable and unwavering in his beliefs.

"What's this all about, Dragon?" Garp asked, his voice losing its playful tone. "Why bring him here? Why not raise him yourself?"

Dragon sighed. "The World Government... they are watching. I can't risk him being caught in the crossfire. You know what they would do. I need him to be safe, away from the eyes of the world."

Garp's expression darkened. He understood the stakes. The Marines, the Cipher Pol, the Celestial Dragons... they were all a threat to Luffy's safety. He looked down at the child, a new resolve hardening his features. "I'll take care of him, but don't expect me to coddle him. He'll grow up tough, just like his old man."

Dragon nodded, relief washing over him. "I wouldn't have it any other way, Father. Just... protect him. Teach him what he needs to know. Guide him, but let him find his own path."

Garp scooped up Luffy, holding him close. The baby gurgled, reaching out with a tiny hand to grasp Garp's beard. A small smile played on Garp's lips. "Don't worry, Dragon. I'll make sure this brat becomes a legend. Just like his grandfather."

As Dragon turned to leave, he paused. "Father, there's something else... Luffy is not just any child. He has... potential. He might be different. Keep an eye on him. There's a power within him that I don't fully understand."

Garp looked at Luffy, a glint of curiosity in his eyes. "Different, eh? Well, that's what makes life interesting." He winked, then turned towards the setting sun, a new adventure beginning.
