Chapter 1 - Prologue

Everyone has a dream. For some, it's a Porsche in the garage. For others, 2.5 kids and a golden retriever. Noah Evergarden? He wanted a yandere. Not an ordinary girlfriend—no, he longed for that specific mix of love and madness that only exists in anime: a girl who would trade the world for him, even if it meant locking him in a basement with a golden chain. "It's basically a low-maintenance relationship," he explained to his coworkers, who gradually stopped inviting him to happy hours.

His current friends? Forum buddies like YandereMaster69 and StabbyWifu4Life. His family? A sister who blocked him after receiving a birthday tutorial titled "How to trap your crush in 10 steps."

The alarm blared at 6:15, interrupting Noah's dream of a yandere offering him a heart-shaped poisoned cake. "Damn, I need to remember to turn off that thing, it ruined my dream," he muttered, taking a deep breath and going for his bitter coffee, thinking about how boring his job was, the traffic he'd have to face, and how he'd have to put up with his grumpy boss.

And on top of that, he still had to deal with those ignorant people who didn't know how amazing it is to have a yandere—loyal, devoted, and above all, clingy. "Is there anything more perfect than that?" shouted Noah in a moment of excitement.

Noah remembered the conversation he had with his friend last week,

"Noah, you only talk about the advantages of having a yandere, but you forget she could kill you, trap you, and stuff like that, So I refuse to be part of this crazy plan to create a yandere."

Even though Noah disagreed at the time, he knew his friend was right.

That's why he asked for advice from the greatest expert he knew, YandereMaster69.

" You didn't understand anything, disciple, creating a yandere is more than an art, it's a study. It's about studying everything about emotional manipulation, real-life cases of pathological jealousy, etc…"

But even though they talked about it, YandereMaster69 and Noah never got past the theory.

Coming out of his stupor, Noah saw he was late for work, left the house, and on the way was discussing on the forum whether pathological jealousy was genetic or acquired.

But unfortunately, he didn't see the tanker truck skidding on the wet curve. The impact threw him onto the asphalt, and in his final moments, as blood and gasoline mixed in his mouth, his last thoughts were,

"My only regret was not having the courage to create a yandere, but if I had a second chance, I'd do everything to make it happen."

But death was not the end.

Noah woke up wrapped in fine linen, surrounded by the scent of fireplaces and medicinal herbs. The ceiling was vaulted, decorated with crests of wolves and crescent moons. He felt his body different: lighter, younger. Voices whispered outside. Soon he realized: he had been reborn in a new world, and looking to his side, there was another child with black eyes and purple pupils. When Noah saw this, he realized he had received another chance, and he wouldn't waste this opportunity—he would honor the teachings of YandereMaster69.
