It was but maybe a few breaths, and a single breeze later that the other professor who'd arrived to guide the students out of the way began a head count. "Huh? Not good… Who is it?" He noticed, they were missing someone… "Shit, shit…" He mumbled doing a quick run through of the roster, panic quickly settled in as the students dried off.
Shurry sniffed the air, it was faint after everyone's scents had basically washed away. But he too, or rather his nose noticed… A scent belonging to someone he grew mildly accustomed to being around… She's not here? A quick look through all of the students confirmed what his nose already knew.
Leon noticed after he'd already begun his preparations. "There's a student still in the water!?" He shouted. She's too far for me to grab right now. I'll lose all my buff's progress. Then his eyes narrowed… "GET OUT OF THERE!"

Down below the student who'd just resurfaced, confused why no one else was in the water. "Huh?" Then she heard Leon's voice. "What? She turned to see a frightening monster swarm, specifically, made up of Kelpie, Mermen, Mermaids, and Lamia swimming her way with fury. There was no hope of escape on her own.

Shurry's mind flashed with several memories… All the way back to the forest where he first found his lifelong best friend, Luna. And now, it was time, time to unleash… But then a memory of Leon surfaced, reminding him to do everything he could to grow.
From the sounds of the water below, he could tell this was not a single monster, but rather a horde… The thought of which brought him all the way back to his most traumatic experience he'd ever lived through, and likely ever would live through, the feeling of wanting someone to rescue him…
A howl so loud it defied reason, bellowed from deep within Shurry, and his form changed once more…
"What the hell? He's about 3 times larger than before, about 4 times that of a hell hound from the dungeon." Malik uttered, in surprise.
Shurry leaped into the air, his inner moon supporting him with everything he and it had. Luna understood as well, and she too further boosted both Shurry and his inner moon.
With a series of lightning fast movements Shurry had leaped over the edge of the district, and ran as fast as he could, landing right next to his friend. He wrapped his tail around her, and leaped back up, narrowly avoiding most of the monsters. However one of them managed to land a claw strike on his left side. One he didn't feel…
With him making a loop back up to the district he dropped Legi off with the other students, and then ran off again. Malik rushed over… "Legi, are you alright? Not injured anywhere?"
"Wha- Huh? Oh, I'm uh… Fine…" Legi said, holding back tears.
"It's okay to be scared, you know." Malik said in an attempt to comfort Legi.
"Malik, get them the hell out of the way. And then get back here!" Leon shouted, unfortunately having to take a more serious role in this particular situation.

The horde of monsters were strong, all of them recent escapes from the dungeon's water entrance. However, the current enraged werewolf that he was, Shurry didn't care, his jaw, his claws, his tail, never stopped. He had single handedly held the horde of hundreds of monsters at bay. He was injured, bleeding, and exhausted… But, he kept going, there was no point in slowing down… If I slow down, I'll die! And this feeling, it's like I'm on the cusp, what is it!?
It was right about then when a couple of rather good swimmers came to render some much needed aid. Both of these people were clearly level 4s. First to arrive was the woman who swam through with a graceful, and deadly display turning the monsters into ribbons. The second was a man with a powerful brutality, crushing the monsters into paste as he swam through the horde.
"Oh my, oh dear, would you look at that, I killed more of them than you did." The woman teased, flipping her hair over.
"Oh shut it, you know I took out stronger ones." The man retorted, and then went right back into action… Or he tried too until the woman kept him from moving closer. "Huh what now? This is hardly a good time for our, synchronized swimming." The man blushed remembering what this usually meant.
"Oh shut up, I just saved your life, see look, that wolf boy he's powering something up." She pointed out.
"Huh? Hmm, it seems you're right-"
Shurry took in a deep breath, a glint appeared in his eyes, he dropped his body lower, bracing for something, opening his jaw… A tiny bead of light appeared, with it carrying the serenity of the moon, and then, flash, a brilliant expanding beam of light burst forth, vaporizing every monster in sight, he turned the light platform he stood upon in an effort to rotate the beam.
"Oh shit, dive!" The man said, the two swimmers dove deep. Both of them saw shadowed waters flash bright and then dark again.
Surfacing, the woman took a breath. "Oh my, that sure was some spell."
"No kidding. With a spell like that, it almost doesn't matter what he comes across now."
"Hey wolf boy, you should probably get out of here now. You're strong, but the Leviathan is about to make an appearance, and you look exhausted already-"
"Cause I am exhausted. But, Leviathan? Is that the big monster we learned about? I kinda want to see it."
"Best to do that from a safe place, go ahead and retreat now kid." The woman smiled, and then the pair swam off.
I suppose I should return to my friends… I don't know what came over me just then. But, I also want to see this freaky strong monster. I'll go watch from up in the district. Uncle Leon's going to be mad at me…
Shurry leaped through the air once more, but, just as he barely made it over the top of the district's wall, he was going to form another platform to walk on, but it didn't form, and he fell to the dirt floor. "Ow- So that's the limit my inner moon can do for now. Good to know I guess." A few tears formed as he rubbed his butt.
