Project-D part 1(Dragon Dweller)

The 24th century, with the use of magic and technology, Humanity in this new century has begun expanding across the stars. Discovering and terraforming habitable planets. By the year 2313 humanity has successfully colonized four planets, putting Lords over each of them. In doing so they created a galactic government known as the "Lords of humanity", in which each lord will enact their own way of ruling and no lord may threaten the notion of war on another planet unless the remaining lords deem it necessary. The year is 2371, the Lords of humanity are: Kenneth Venice; Earth's lord, Luna Alexander; Soth's lord, Rogue Crone; Horthin's lord, Victun Ing; Kerdic's lord, and Glenn Juvent; Framlet's lord.
