Damn it, what was Adrian doing there? My legs trembled and memories of the years I spent with him flooded my mind. The smile he now offered me was the same cynical, fake smile. I took a deep breath. I couldn't let him notice. My scent would probably give me away, but still, I would hold on to the last shred of dignity in front of the one who had tried to break me.
"What do you want, Alpha Voss?" I asked formally. "This is the women's restroom."
He looked me up and down and licked his lips. Adrian's eyes gleamed with lust.
