After sealing Lucifer and his legions in Hell, the once-noble goddess Celestia, consumed by grief and fear, sought a way to ensure lasting peace. Turning to the Nexus—the ultimate source of power—she performed forbidden rites to extract its essence, twisting its power into a weapon only she could wield. But power taken by force comes at a cost. As the Nexus unraveled in the wake of her actions, so did she, transforming from protector to tyrant, ruling over all and silencing any who opposed her.
