June
I haven't seen. Levi since after our heated argument.
That was Sunday. It was Wednesday. I had scheduled a meeting with my lawyer to discuss the next steps during the next court proceedings. Ever since that day, everything played like a black hole in my brain. His touch still lingered in every part of my body. The shock was still vibrating through me. I wouldn't let him have me, I meant what I had said.
Levi was trouble. I have had my own fair share of trouble, and it was rare to have turmoil as the highlight of the day. I had other things that topped him, other than the dangerous nature he seemed to have. Not only that, but I hugged my arms together as the lingering feeling only intensified. I missed him. The emptiness in the house echoed, even when I knew having him around was a distress that needed to be avoided.
