Synopsis
Kim typed out a 3,000-word comment to express her joy over the demise of the villainous character, Marcella Pendragon. The ending was heartbreaking, as Marcella had constantly bullied the female protagonist, Sabrina Pendragon, the first daughter of the Pendragon family. All members of the Pendragon family shared a distinctive trait - white hair and blue eyes - whereas Marcella, with her red hair and red eyes, resembled her mother instead. This difference fueled her anger and resentment towards her family. As the story progressed, with the villain no longer present, the narrative approached its conclusion, and Sabrina was set to marry the Crown Prince. However, Kim's world was turned upside down when she woke up to find herself as a slave in the world of the novel she had been reading. To her horror, her master was none other than Marcella Pendragon. Kim had never been particularly invested in Marcella's character, despite her being described as a beautiful yet evil villain. However, when faced with the reality, Marcella's beauty seemed almost otherworldly. "Black hair, black eyes..." Marcella said in a cold tone, as individuals with such characteristics were often associated with being descendants of the devil's race, known for their black eyes and hair.

Chapter 1 - 1. Marcella Pendragon

1. Marcella Pendragon

When Kim woke up, she found herself transformed into a beautiful yet condescending female slave.

As soon as someone mentioned the woman's name, Marcella Pendragon, Kim immediately understood the situation. There were many stories about people entering the world of a novel, but as far as Kim remembered, there was never a slave under Marcella Pendragon's command.

At first, Kim was captivated by Marcella's beauty, but it didn't take long for her to realize that this stunning woman was, in fact, cruel.

"Now I can finally release my anger. That servant is dead, and now things have turned out like this," Marcella murmured.

From the way Marcella spoke to herself, Kim could piece together what had happened, even without knowing the full story.

After bathing and dressing in a black uniform, Kim stood at attention, as ordered, to listen to what Marcella had to say about Sabrina Pendragon, the woman who was increasingly adored by many for her beauty and kindness.

Suddenly, a loud slap echoed through the room, followed by a stinging pain on Kim's left cheek. Marcella, furious that Sabrina was once again the center of attention, took out her anger on Kim.

At times, Marcella would even make Kim crawl and act as a chair if she found her seating position uncomfortable. Punishment after punishment was inflicted until Marcella was satisfied. And once Kim recovered with the help of a magical potion, another punishment awaited her.

For entertainment, Marcella ordered Kim to fight a novice knight with her bare hands. Though Kim ended up battered and bruised, Marcella appeared thoroughly amused, even clapping in delight.

However, the most absurd order came when Marcella sent Kim to the maids' bathroom, where she was beaten by a group of young women.

One day, the Crown Prince visited the Pendragon estate. Marcella, eager to captivate him, flaunted her beauty, but the prince was far more interested in Sabrina Pendragon, the famously beautiful and kind-hearted woman.

"Answer honestly. Who is more beautiful, me or Sabrina?" Marcella demanded.

Bound by the slave's mark and forced to obey, Kim truthfully answered that Sabrina Pendragon was more beautiful.

"In the original story, I idolized Sabrina Pendragon's character. And now, seeing her in person, her beauty is truly enough to make any man risk his life," Kim thought.

In her private chambers, Marcella spoke of her ambition to become the head of the Pendragon family, even if it meant eliminating everyone until she was the only one left.

Kim could do nothing but listen to Marcella's sinister plans, slowly coming to a realization, this woman was truly dangerous.

Unlike others who chose silence in front of her, Kim was the only one to whom Marcella spoke freely.

One day, when a servant placed a cup of tea with less-than-perfect grace, Marcella immediately dismissed her without hesitation. If she was in a bad mood, her punishments were far more severe.

A servant later informed Marcella that Sabrina Pendragon had fallen ill. Instead of showing concern, Marcella was visibly pleased and even celebrated by sparing Kim from punishment that day.

But a week later, Kim was punished to the brink of death again, this time, simply because the Crown Prince had visited once more and, despite Marcella's desperate efforts to win his favor, continued to ignore her.

Kim couldn't fight back, but deep inside, she harbored resentment. She clung to the hope that some miracle would free her from the cruel servitude under Marcella Pendragon's control.
