Approximately, 70 miles away from the North. There is a small village named Arlina. It is inhabited by only 200 people.
In the corner of the street near the plaza of the Arlina village. There is a family living there, the Zaqor family. They are a family with a long history of being healers. They have the ability to use light magic to heal others.
At the back of the Zaqor Family mansion, nestled within a small, hidden cave that no one else knew about, Nard spent his days playing with dead birds. As an outcast of the family due to his uncanny disease that prevented him from using light magic, this cave was his only sanctuary.
He once was considered a prodigy, a genius of the century, but just in one night after his father praised him, he lost all his magical prowess.
Everyday, he would try and practice his mastery over light magic but to no avail, he failed. He lost his fathers love and the support of his family. He felt abandoned for the second time. The first time is when his mother passed away because of that incident.
His mother, Maria Zaqor is the most respected healer in their manor. She has a white hair and gentle eyes that have a color of gray. She treated all those under her as equal. She was loved by all their neighbors, especially, his father. They were happily married and because of their love for each other, Nard was born.
The name of his father is Rrejy Zaqor. He is average in height, has black hair with a shade of light blue and has fierce eyes that are hard to look at. He's strict but nothingness a good hearted person. He loved his first wife Maria so much as their first born child, Nard.
They were just a simple family living an honest life. His father is a tier 4 light magician and his mother is a tier 6 healer. Her mother was a well known healer all throughout their neighboring countries. A lot of nobles are visiting their mansion just to ask for his mothers help. A simple injury to an undying man.
"Hi, Ma." said Nard, while hogging his mother's legs.
"What's my baby boy doing here?" Maria said with her gentle eyes.
"Can we go and play in my room, Ma. I want to show you something." he said with a pleading eyes.
"I'm sorry my baby, but I have a very important visitor today. Can you play with your father today?". She doesn't want her son to see how severe the injury of her incoming patient is.
"But I already played with Pa yesterday." He wants to invite her mother to surprise her with his little secret.
Just yesterday, while playing with his father, he encountered an injured bird. He called his father but he was busy talking with someone else. Remembering how his mother treated her patients. He tried copying her. He carried the bird between his two hands. He closed his eyes and visualized the light that would come out when his mother treated her patients. And when he opened them, he was shocked. The bird is now moving and it's looking at him straight in the eyes.
"Pa, pa, look, I was able to heal this injured bird." He said with enthusiasm.
His father just nodded and went on with what he is currently doing. .
Nard just pouted and continued to examine the little creature.

With his puppy eyes, he pleaded with his mother to play with him. He wants his mother to see his new pet and to disclose how he was able to heal its wound.
"Only for an hour. Okay?" With how soft hearted Maria is, she accepted.
Nard was walking with the biggest smile he had. He holds her mother's arm while dragging her to his room. He opened the door and happily shouted.
"Look. mom. This is my new pet and I named her Claire. I found her lying on the road with her wings broken yesterday."
Her mom looked at the bird curiously. Nard opened its cage. It flew and it landed on his shoulder.
Her mom was bewildered that the bird was able to fly with its healthy wings when it was just injured yesterday.
Nard was so happy seeing her mom's surprise face.
"Hehehe", he giggled and said " See, mom, while I was playing in our garden yesterday, I found Claire injured under the tree. I took pity on her and I remembered how you treated your patients so I tried copying you. I closed my eyes while imagining the lights that would come out of your hands. And when I opened them, she was already flying and chirping so cheerfully." He said while caressing the bird's head.
Maria was shocked by the revelation. His son is only 3 years old. Even she awakened her magical powers when she was 10. And as far as she can remember, the youngest magician ever recorded was Aruzed, the son of the Magus and he was 5 years old that time.
She touched Nard's hands and activated her tier 1 skill "Life diagnostic". She was shocked once again seeing the small mana ring surrounding Nard's heart.
'He's half-way through becoming a tier 1 magician', she thought.
"My son is a genius!" Maria hugged him while tears were falling from her eyes.
Rrejy while passing on his son's room went into panic when he heard his wife's shout. He stormed into the room and yelled, "What's going on!". He thought that there was something wrong with Nard seeing his wife hogging him while tears falling down her eyes.
Maria noticed Rejy. She ran into his embrace. Rejy is confused and went to inspect his son and seeing that his son was healthy and had no visible wound or anything. He asked her wife, "What's going on?"
